Itunes wont accept my master card number but has charged me $5.00 on my attemps to use it. What can i do?
Hi! since monday June 4, 2012 i have been trying to open my itunes account and it will get my information charge me a $1.00 and then tell me its incorrect and wont let me use it. Somebody can help me? I bought an iphone and without itunes it's useless. Thank you very much!

Could be any number of things - hard to tell since you haven't provided details. If this is for a purchase on the app store, the card's address must be from the same country as the store's location. Could be lots of other issues.

Create a NEW account/ID using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

My iTunes wont accept half my songs?
Recently I got a new computer and did not back up my itunes, ive been trying to put all of my songs onto my new itunes from my iphone by using an extracting tool. i managed to obtain all of the music from my iphone which i was planning to put onto my new itunes, i saved all of the songs from my iphone to my computer then located them through itunes and loaded them onto itunes, the only problem is that my itunes wont accept half of my songs, ive got all the songs i want on my computer but half of them on itunes? can somebody help and tell me how to get all of my songs from my computer to itunes?
Are the video files in a compatible format. iTunes handles .mov, .mp4 and .m4v. For anything else there are likely to be third party players.

We are using IPads in a school setting and having trouble setting up the ITunes account without a credit card number. We are only allowed to download free apps, the school is not paying for any, therefore we do not need to have a credit card for purchases. Is there a way to get around this so that we can still download the free apps onto the IPads?

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

itunes wont inport anythig it show listings but comes up with error ocurred while converting (song title ) the required file cannot be found using windows 8
iTunes cannot convert protected WMA tracks. There may also be problems if it can't get full access permissions. What exactly are you trying to do when the error occurs?
