Itunes wont uninstall from pc

Hello guys,
So I dont know what happened, but one day I was using iTunes perfectly fine, then the next day it wont even open saying error. Now I have tried deleting it and everything relating to Apple, and it wont let me delete the iTunes from control panel saying: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailble." It says that when I try reinstalling it, and deleting it.. I dont get it, its really ******* me off. I love apple products, and I wont change for anything, but I am in need really bad to fix this. Someone please help.
Thank you so much.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

yea it is an error 2
    Many thanks.
We'll try a "standalone" installation of Apple Application Support, then. (It may not install, but at least we'll have a better idea of what the problem is, based on any error messages we might get.)
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
    http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you? If so, does iTunes launch properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install, let us no what it says. (Precise text, please.)

  • Itunes wont open from desktop icon or anwhere else

ive installed recent itunes and it still wont open. ive repaired itunes and it still wont work. i continue getting an error message. i dont want to lose my music so i really dont want to uninstall.any advice would be great!

Can you post the error message in full.
Also try to start QUicktime. iTunes can't work without it. Does Quicktime start and work normally? If not describe what happens and give any error message in full.
Then head for your control panel and try to start QUicktime preferences. If you get an error message post it in full.
If your QUicktime works normally, then this Apple help is a good start for troubleshooting launch failures.:

  • My iTunes wont sync from my phone to my new laptop.

I purchased a new macbook pro but my iPhone 5s won't allow me to copy over all my music. Purchased items will copy and i can access my music when its plugged in through the on this phone tab, yet i can't copy it over entirely to my laptop. Also i have a backup from my old computer (Wont turn on anymore) through time machine but i can't locate the files containing the music just the iTunes app itself.

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself independently backed up against loss.  To use a device with a new computer you transfer the content from the old computer (or its backup) directly to the new computer, not the device to the new computer. Media syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

For transferring other items from an i-device to a computer you will have to use third party commercial software.  See this document by turingtest2: Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991

  • Why won't iTunes completely uninstall from my songs?

I installed iTunes and it screwed up my photoshop elements, the songs won't work in my slideshows.  I uninstalled it
but the icon stayed on all my music, so it still won't work.  Does anyone know how I can get the icon off and put the
winamp icon on? I tried to through making the winamp the default but it already is.  So somewhere my computer thinks
it still has iTunes controlling my music.  Any ideas??

    Hi dpjakob,
My interpretation of your question is that iTunes has lost its link to 100 of your songs. When tracks in iTunes display a it means the file cannot be located; it may have been moved or deleted. For this issue, we will need to refer to the following article:
iTunes: Finding lost media and downloads
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1408
Alternatively, if your media was downloaded from the iTunes Store, you may be able to download it again free of charge:

    Hey there 808applecider,
It sounds like you are trying to update to the newest version of hte iTunes application but are unable to with the menu bar. This is the first thing I would have tried as well, so I would next use the following article to uninstall iTunes and its associated softwares from the computer and install a fresh up to date copy.

  • Itunes wont uninstall on windows 10

I'm on windows 10 preview and I would like to reinstall iTunes, but when I got to repair or uninstall it, it gives a option to find itunes64.msi, and idk what that is, so I got to my iTunes folder, iTunes isn't even in the folder its like its uninstalled, but when I got to reinstall it says that you have iTunes already installed. Back to the error, so when I cant find the .msi it will not let me uninstall iTunes. Pls help me

Perhaps you need to call Microsoft and tell them about it.

  • ITunes wont uninstall or Install.

When i go to uninstall itunes it isnt in the list of programs that can be uninstalled. And when i downlaod iTunes it runs the installer but when it get to the end of the installation process, i get a message that says that the current version of iTunes cannot be removed. and when i get into itunes it gives me error messages saying that iTunes components will not run. After all of the error messages iTunes will start up and it gives me the option to install the current version of iTunes, but when i run the installer it gives me a message saying that the iTunes software update has been corupted. when i go to the list of programs that can be modified it has the option to repair the iTunes software update program. i repaired it and it still does the same thing, i tried as itunes says and manually tried to update iTunes and it still didnt work. so i tried manually removing it but there wasn't and files under iTunes or Apple Computer that could be modified. I also turned on hidden files but there was nothing in the files. But yet the iTunes icon is still there and it starts up with the chain of error messages.
What cani do to fix this. i want to remove itunes and re-install it. is there anyway that i can do this?
Thanks for help that anyone can offer!

  • Purchases in Itunes wont move from my library to my Ipod

I'm having quite a time figuring this out.  Long story short...I had forgotten my Apple ID and Password so had to do a whole new one...I'm thinking this has everything to do w/ my problems, but I'll continue...
Everything I purchased on the old ID can be seen on my Ipod in Itunes under the device name (Death Star)   But is not available in the ITunes Library.  With my new ID I had purchased a few movies which are seen in there, but I can't move them to my device to watch on it.  Kinda pointless to have movies stuck in itunes when I use my Ipod to watch them.
Now I got 2 ID's, both are the same info / I read you can't merge accounts.  I jsut want to be able to buy freakin' movies and be able to watch them on my device, not in Itunes...HELP!
