Java 1.4.2 shows language for system

Hi
Java 1.4.2_01 chooses the language for the system and not for the user.
After installing Java 1.4.2 on my Japanese Windows 2000 professional system all the menus show up in Japanese.
I have chosen English as my local user language and would expect the language to change to that.
The compiler output is also in Japanese.
Any ideas on how to change that back to English like in the version before 1.4.2??

Lost french language for system preferences and lost finder's help

My first installation of Leopard failed on my Macbook pro (blude screen). Made another installation (keeping old system). It worked. but now I have two problems and do not find solutions.
1- All my system preferences panels are in english even though I choose french as th first language in "international". All was in french in my previous system (10.4)
2- also, each time I want to use finder's help it crashes.
should I reinstall 10.5? Is this a known issue?

Welcome to the Apple boards.
It's not a known issue, it's probably not an issue per se. A failed install creates many "issues" that have to be addressed before going further.
Your Archive and Install most likely archived a bad install and when the migration occurred, these errors migrated into your new system.
I am not sure how much on your original system you have backed up, but you may be faced with having to do an erase and install in order to get rid of what is most likely a bad archive.
The first failure means that there was something wrong with your original system or hardware. Since it's running, sort of, your hardware is probably OK.
Did you first perform a disk check and permissions verify/repair? That's very important before installing a new OS or upgrading.
The help is crashing most likely because of the language issue.
Before reinstalling from scratch, I would suggest waiting for at least a second opinion on this. There may be some way to resurrect your system without completely trashing it and starting over.
It might be as simply as retrieving the proper language apps etc from the DVD using a tool known as Pacifist, but there I cannot help you.

FB60 Invoice posting system is showing blocked for payment

Dear all,
When ever we post FB60 Vendor Invoice document system is showing blocked for payment error.
In OBA5 we changed the message warning to Error thats why it is showing error message.
In XK01 vendor master we have put it as Payment Block "B".
While raising vendor invoice itself system is showing Blocked for Payment error. It will show the error message while payment itself only.

The message you have converted from Warning to Error may not be the appropriate one, so you can getting the message while invoice booking.
If you want to avoid users removing the payment block in proposal, you can customize payment block indicator by ticking "change in pmnt prop". Likewise, if you want to avoid manual payments also, then you can tick "Manual payments block" in the same configuration.

ChaRM for Dual Stack ABAP & JAVA - No http port for system SPD

I have configured the CHARM for Dual stack ( Java, ABAP). when I perform the action 'Logon to System' it gives me following option
" The system is a dual stack system. You can log
on to the ABAP stack or non-ABAP stack
To which stack do you want to log on?
ABAP or Non ABAP"
If I click on Non ABAP, one more message comes
"You can logon to system SPD or just display its
transport requests
What do you want to run?
Requests Or Logon"
If I click on Logon I get the Information " No http port for system SPD "
& If I click Continue It will take me to Ugent Correction & error appears as 'Action System Logon in system SPD 100 of type Source Systems has been cancelled'
How to Solve this error.

when i was Running the J2IER1 for Monthly return of Excisable goods and Availment of CENVAT credit there system is showing for SECess 0%
but it has to be BED,ECS,SECS (6,2,1)
i selected Details of Manufacture, Clearance and duty Payable in that
for some chapter ID's BED,ECS it is showing correct values
for SECess it is showing 0 which is incorrect
my client is saying that why it is showing 0%,for which transaction it is showing 0%.
can any one help me....
how will i get to know for which transaction it is showing Exactly
what kind of input can i get from J2IER1 for finding the salutation

Cant Set System Locale (language for non-Unicode programs)

Im trying to deploy custom image wherein Input language and location should be English Australia , BUT system locale (language for non-Unicode programs) should be English-us. The requirement is as below
Standards and Formats: English (Australia)
Location: Australia
Default input language: English (Australia) – US
Installed input languages: English (Australia) – US
Time zone: Cen. Australia Standard Time
System Locale
Language for non-Unicode programs: Default - English (United States)
Below is my CS.ini

when image is deployed the language for non-Unicode is also getting set to en-AU while it should be en-US, other language setting are as per the requirement. what should I do :(

"Java" is not a valid setting for the language attribute

Got an exception on Weblogic 10.3 after deployment in the JSP as ""Java" is not a valid setting for the language attribute"
I installed weblogic 10.3 and deployed one of the applications.
The JSP containing code like <%@ page language="Java" import=" is giving error.
The error message is like this
"Java" is not a valid setting for the language attribute"
Please let me know if i need to include some jars or change some setting.

What is your OS? You can use SAPCCMSR.exe to monitoring IT Reporting Java system on Solman.
Go to solman rz21 create a csmreg user. and configuration fil for agent. copy configuration fil on usr/sap/ccms/..
Go to comman line cd ../user/sap/xxx/sys/exe/.../ wite SAPCCMSR.00 -R pf=< ...../sys/profile/instans profile> .
You can se agent on rz10 and use this connaction on rz20 to monitoring and IT Reporting Java system on Solman.

10.4 did not have Russian. Upgrade to 10.5, which does. Or contact http://www.apple.com/ru/ and see if they still have the Russian add-on they made for 10.4 several years ago.

My Windows 7(464Bit) Ultimate, and its base language, and display language is English.
The Languages(English, French and Arabic) built-in (came re-downloaded and re-installed by the person who made the Windows disc installation). Thus, while installing Windows 7, those three lanauge listed for me to choose one of them to be the base language
and display language, I have chosen 'English'. In the End of installation, there are three pre-packaged languages(English and French and Arabic) can be used as a display language.
I would like anyone kindly to confirm for me why I have been facing these problems when changing language for non-Unicode programs from English into Arabic.
First: After I have installed the AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver (sp55092) 8.882.2.3000 on my laptop. The contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic while language for non-Unicode programs
is Arabic, however, they are completely shown in English while language for non-Unicode programs is English.
A: I found that contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic (second screen shot below, however,
when click on any options, for example 'Graphics properties' shown in Arabic in, the second window is shown in English) while language for non-Unicode programs is
Arabic, and it doesn't matter what format or location is.
B- when I changed language for non-Unicode programs into
English.
I found that contents of the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are completely shown in English .
Second:
A- Only All Arabic contents will be displayed encryptely while language for non-Unicode programs is English
B- All the Arabic contents are displayed properly while language for non-Unicode programs is Arabic.
Third: an error extracting drivers and software downloaded from official HP website while language for non-Unicode programs is English.
A- I noticed an error extracting all kinds of comprised files(drivers and software) downloaded from HP website while language for non-Unicode programs is English and whatever location and format are:
B- However while language for non-Unicode programs is Arabic, there is no error extracting files.
In conclusion, Is it normal
for all of you the contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in your native while language used
for non-Unicode programs is your native lanague, however, they are completely shown in English while language for non-Unicode programs is English?. IF so I would be saying that if I have wanted the contents of documents written in my language
Arabic to be shown properly, then then I
must let the language for non-Unicode programs be Arabic.

I am confused about your issue.
when you changed language for non-Unicode programs into English, it show English.
while language for non-Unicode programs is Arabic, it show Arabic, If it's none-Unicode.
This is correct. Why you think it's an issue?
About your second scenario description, I was not clear what you said. Could you give us a explanation?
Note: System display language is not the un-Unicode program language.
You can just choose one language to display the system at same time.

Multi languages for customer/vendor master

I have a requirement:-
I have maintained customer master details in two languages, one is English and second one is Thai. For this requirement Iu2019ve activated u201Cinternational versionsu201D also. But the problem is whenever I log on in Thai language, the system is not showing the descriptions for which I maintained for Thai. It is showing in English only.

                                                                                International address versions are used when the companies have
locations in multiple countries and communication occurs across these
countries. In such scenarios the addresses are maintained in different
versions and depending on the need, printouts are taken in relevant
language.   To see the Thail version, you need to activate it by SA09 and then to go to the
International Address version screen by FD02/FK02 and save the relevant Thai address.
Even though you maintain Thai version for
address and logon in tahi language, you will still see the address in
english.To see the address in thai langage you need to go to International
version screen by the push button "International versions". This is SAP standard behaviour.
Your requirement to have address in English language to be displayed
when logged in English & address in Thai language to be displayed when
logged in Thai is not possible.
