hi! can anyone help me about my problem.. im working on a system that needs to use buttons for adding entries... can anyone give me some reference code that can help me figure out the solution to my problem.. i really appreciate if u answer immediately...thankz..

Open the file, parse it, populate an ArrayCollection or XMLListCollection, and make the collection the DataGrid dataProvider:

How to get data from Oracle using Native SQL in SAP.. Problem with date

I'm trying to get data from an Oracle DB. I was able to connect to Oracle using tcode DBCO. The connetion works fine
I wrote this code and it works fine without the statement of where date > '01-09-2010'
But i need that statement on the select. I read a lot about this issue, but no answer.
My code is (this code is in SAP ECC 6.0)

Please refer the example in this link which deals with Oracle date format.
You can finnd a command DECODE which is used for date formats. If you have a look at whole theory then you will get an idea.

I need to check the database for the username and password entered. What should be my next step? How do i get this data from the database. Using findAll() method is not working . Do i need to connect to SCC or unwired server first. If yes , then someone please provide a sample code for it.

Till now, i was just sending values from web page and receive the data in excel format using servlets.
But, now, i want to fetch data from data base. I will be giving inputs in the web page(for the query)....ON click of submit button,
Servlet should be called.
Depending on the input, query has to be executed, and response should be sent to the user.

Please help me as i m totaly new to this environment and also first time i m working on EJB.its very urgent

How to polulate data from lookup using request dataset in OIM 11g

Hi,
Using Request dataset in OIM 11g, I need to display one dropdown with the roles those need to come from Lookup.
For Ex; I have 2 resources,i.e Resource A and Resource B. Resource A has 5 roles and Resource B has 3 Roles.
While creating a request, If I select Resource A, then I should be able to get 5 Roles and if I select Resource B then I should be able to see corresponding 3 roles.
Pls. note I have only one Look up definition , where I have roles for both Resource A and B.
I have done simillar thing in OIM 10g , however I am unable to do it using OIM 11g Request dataset.
Pls suggest.

How to add data from one TS database to another?

HI,
This is really a simple and basic question.
I'm collecting data in one local database (Access/Jet). I have the same database somewhere else and I would like to transfer the data I have collected locally to that other one.
Is there a tool within the TS environment to help me do that or do I need to use MS Access in order to do it?
Is it possible to do it programmatically?

You have all of the database steps to work with. You can open one, do a SQL query in which you SELECT the data save it to TestStand variables and then open the second db and do a SQL INSERT to that. Tools for database synchronization are probably built into Access and that might be the more efficient method though. The TestStand ActiveX adapter can be used or maybe you can write a stored procedure that will do it for you.

The entire purpose of sqlloader is to load data (hence, the name sql*loader*) into a table from an external source. If you want to delete rows from a table, you use the sql DELETE statement.
What is the business problem you are trying to solve?
