    How do I get photoshop to synchronize again ??

    Welcome to Adobe Forums.
    This error could also be because you have a bad network configuration. Or, you could have a proxy setting that conflicts with the Creative Cloud Connection.
    Try turning on and off the "Turn Sync off" option.
    Rename OOBE as OOBE.old
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Download Creative Cloud desktop app and sign in https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    Apple a renouvelé le système de réseau AFP dans Lion. Les dispositifs NAS qui utilisent le vieux système ne fonctionneront plus. Vous pouvez changez Lion afin qu'il puisse marcher à un niveau de sécurité plus bas, comme dans 10.6.   • I cant connect to creative cloud and download my apps

    Yesterday I bought the teachers edition CC,
    I logged in and connected to Behance.
    Then i wanted to download some apps and it let me download CCdesktop first.
    I run it and logged in and synced to Behance. But when i wanted to click the apps tab for downloading apps a  "No Internet Connection" turned up in CCdesktop.
    Then I started out searching for some solutions, because my internet was just fine.
    1. I used the Adobe support advisor and it found 5 issues, all the same:
    cpsid_8289s1: A restart is pending, "bootstrapper error has occured"
    I checked the taskmanager to see any pending setups, couldnt find any.
    I checked the registry for InProgress key, but i have no. It is just not there in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
    2. I restarted pc and tried again, same error: no internet connection connecting to the CC
    3. I used the adobe cleaner to uninstall ALL of my adobe previous versions, I actually cleaned ALL. The log file shows some parts and files that couldnt be deleted. But all of the Creative Suite 5 programs are gone.
    4. I asked the online chat help also. After 1 hour of waiting this help session wasnt going anywhere. I got advised to use Firefox browser, although i tried it on chrome, ie and opera already. I got advised to delete all cookies in the temp folders, no luck either. Then the friendly advisor wanted my host file, but i was so tiered after 4 hours of trying i just gave up there.
    Now i am still trying to get creative cloud desktop to login to adobe servers so i can actually download some of the apps i desperately need now.
    Is there anybody out there who knows what my problem is or what else i can try to connect to the Creative Cloud?
    - I am running on windows 8 pro

    I think i found the answer was in the hosts file

    I deleted the buttom adobe.activate links and now i finally have access to the Apps.
    Wish i went 1 minute further with the help session last night  
    I  hope this helps anyone else with the same connecton problems.
    This problem is fixed now, i am installing Apps.

  • Unable to connect to Creative Cloud .... what is going on?

    Is anyone else having issues logging in to Creative Cloud?  I cannot access via AAM or https://creative.adobe.com/.  AAM just gives me an error that it cannot contact Adobe, and the web portal just clocks.

  • Can´t connect to Creative Cloud.

    I can´t get anything done with Creative Cloud. i get (12175) error when opening my CC app, It suggest to check my net connection and/or my firewall setting. i have opened "hole" in my firewall for it, but still nothing. un-installed and re-installed but no help.
    Operating system is Win 7 64-bit

    This is really bad. I was promised by an Adobe Manager from India to have cloud synching back by June 17th, but NOTHING seems to be happening on Adobe's site. No comments, explanations, emails to subscribers or anything.
    Guys, you just let us down. We have been your users for the past decade, and you treat us like dog ****.
    My business relies on file synching, and I thought Adobe Cloud is a good solutions. Subscribed to it, and lost my office structure when you switched cloud off.
    No emails prior to that, no warnings, no: you just switched it off.
    I guess Adobe does not care about their current users. Loose a few, get millions more once the platform was re-launched?
    What a miserable business attitude.
    With me, you will lose another customer.
    Forgot to mention that there are alternatives to Adobe, just have a good look around on Google...
    And think about this, too : After all this NSA/PRISM/CIA/FBI disaster in the past couple of days, who wants to trust Adobe???

  • Unable to Connect to Creative Cloud

    After supplying my user id and password, I am not able to log into Creative Clould.  All I get is a spinning icon. (See below)

    Solution 2 works for me.
    But after rebooting and moving to my second station, it started back up again. So I deleted the opm.db to resolve it.
    Seems to happen when I need to switch between my two work stations.
    I hope this will resolved.
    Both Stations are built the exact same, Windows 7 Enterprise x64.

    If uninstalling and reinstalling is not resolving the Muse installation issues then you may want to remove all Adobe Creative software and run the CS Cleaner tool.  You can find details on the use of the CS Cleaner tool at CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
    There maybe another option which you can explore but this will be dependent on if you have any other Adobe Creative software installed?  Do you have any other Adobe Creative software installed on your computer beyond that which is included with the Creative Cloud?

    アプリケーション&サービスのページから、Creative Cloud Connection をダウンロードします。
    ダウンロードしようとすると、ダイアログが出るので「アプリケーションの起動」を選択。
    すると、Adobe Application Managerが起動するので、そこでCreative Cloud Connection
    の「アップデート」を選択。すると、半分インストールした所で
    続行するには、次のアプリケーションを終了してください:
    - Adobe Creative Cloud Connection
    [アップデートをキャンセル][再試行]
    と表示され、ここから先に進みません。(再試行を押しても同じ)
    ちなみに、このアプリは立ち上がっておらず、実行中なのはAdobe Application Managerだけです。
    もちろん、このアプリを使ってインストール中なので、これを強制終了するとインストールは中断します。
    バックグラウンドでCreative Cloud Connectionが起動しているのでしょうか? それとも、名前は違いますが、同じソフトなのでしょうか? 同じなら自分をアップデートするのは難しそうですが……。
    アップデートのしかたを教えて下さい。

    の設定をすべてオフにしてからアップデートすると、最後までできました。
    これ常識?
