JMF threads can not stop?
My program is designed for two-way audio conference, but now I met a problem that there are some threads can not stop before I start some calls(maybe 100 times).How can I release this threads? please help me, thank you in advanced.

Please log off and log back in to your machine and the issue should be resolved automatically. In case that does not work, please manually run the msi installer posted here (may require reboot).

I just updated to 9.0.1 and now I get 4 tabs opening every time. (Welcome to Firefox, Mozilla Firefox Start Page, Plugin Installed & The Personas Interactive Theme) I can not stop them from opening. Please advise.

I can not stop or start the Database logged with sidadm

I migrated ECC6 SAP / MaxDB 7.6.00.35 Windows 2003 Server to Windows 2008 Server. But now when I perform a login with sidadm, can not stop or start the database in dbmcli.
Just with Administrator can stop or start the database.
Error After db_offline :
Err -24994, ERR_RTE: Runtime enviroment error 1, could not create comm. Shared memory [5]

Since I missed a phone call, my phone can not stop vibrating. could anybody tell me what is this problem?
Do the reset: hold Home button and Power button at the same time, keep holding until you see the white apple logo (takes about 15 secs).

I can not STOP THE MUSIC that is currently playing Looking for a music app or a way to let me stop the music that is playing. I have asked this over and over all over the internet and no one has an answer. I enjoy my music for a while but when it is time to STOP THE MUSIC I have found but one way - Turn off or power down the device. This is so annoying I have stopped playing and stopped purchasing any and all music of any type. If I can not find a way to do so I will remove all music from my devices until I may hear of how to STOP THE MUSIC. I have seen it is done on Android devices but no Apple devices. If there proves to never be a way to STOP THE MUSIC I will surely sell all 5 of my iPhones, iPads and iPad Minis and finally give up on Apple ever truly caring about their users.
Wwell, maybe it is just me. I have been using and have bought 7 Apple devices just over the past 3-5 years. Having supported, programmed, configured and taught college level courses for MS based and super computer hardware and software configurations for almost 20 years I am apparently ignorant of differential operations. Previously I had 5 choices on any hardware or software when playing anything like music, video, DVDs or anything similar. I had 'Play' 'Fast Forward' 'Fast Rewind' 'Pause' a n d 'STOP'. Perhaps Apple has found the STOP unnecessary but I thoro enjoyed knowing whatever I was playing had STOPped and could not continue unless I chose to go back to the program or equipment and chose any of the 5 choices except STOP again since I could not STOP a STOP. As I said perhaps I need to reconsider my choices and obvious ignorance. Thanks for all the help.

Since I updated to firefox 3.6 I keep gettin multiple pop up windows. This did not happen until after the update. The pop ups appear as regular windows so pop up blockers can not stop them. Why has the new update made my laptop more vulnerable. updates are supposed to be improvements!

Was listening to music when sound gave out on me. It wont ring, phone just vibrates even after turning off vibration option. I've tried all the options listed and nothing. My phone has never been jailbroken either. If I connect the earphones is works perfectly. On one of my last calls received, phone's ringtone was heard for about 2 seconds before muting and just vibrating. Ringtone sounded perfect, speakers did not sound damaged.
What else could be done? I've read several post regarding this and it seems like Apple has no solution to this yet. Very dissappointed. -
Why a thread can not be restarted?????

Sato.Essentially once a Thread has been started it cannot be started again regardless of its current running state.
Calling start on a started Thread makes no sense. Neither does calling start on a Thread that has finished make sense although for less obvious reasons.
You can query a Thread to see if it is still active (has been started and not yet completed) via the isAlive() method.
You can then query the Thread you want to start with code like this
if(!myThread.isAlive()) {
myThread.start();
}This code works fine when the Thread is still running however what happens when the Thread has run to completion?
Well it is often best to offer more complete state information about your Thread class...

Owb 11gR2 control center server can not stop
Hi guys
I have installed Oracle 11.2.0.2 on Windows 2008 server (64 bit) and installed OWB 11.2.0.2 on my desktop (xp) , now I can connect control server from client and deploying mapping etc.
But I met a issue is I could not stop the control server. If I use the sql script "stop_service.sql " to stop it, the result is "available" and "Client managed service" . If I used the porgram\administrator\stop control center server from OS, it says "please check that the service is running in manual mode" and "shutdown failed".
Any idea about it? how can I fix it?
Cheers.Did you make sure that the Control Center Agent is running on your database server?
Test it by running the show_service.sql or service_doctor.sql as user OWBSYS. The scripts can be found in directory +$OWB_HOME/owb/rtp/sql+. If the CCA is down or wrongly configured, e.g. you changed OWBSYS' password after installation, such that it can't connect, the service_doctor script will tell you. Please correct any errors or misconfigurations and start the CCA afterwards using the start_service.sql script from the same directory. -

Can not stop iTunes from automatically going to Store.
When I open iTunes, it automatically tries to connect to the Store. Waiting takes over a minute and cancelling also takes over minute. I can not access the program until it stops.
I find my itunes does this if I was looking at the itunes store when I closed it. If I click in my library first and then close it it opens fine without going to iTunes
