Job RDDEXECL terminated with error.

Hi!
I am facing with hanging SPAM error in phase IMPORT_PROPER (patch of SAPKB70013 - SAPKB70016).
The SPAM patch terminates after a few sec. in DDIC activation action.
I have looked into log file and founded folllowing:
The job RDDEXECL terminated with error.
The reason seems to be sysntax error in program "CL_PROXY_SERVICE=======CP".
Futhermore I could detect that table SI_WD_FIRST_MAIN_SCREEN cannot be activated.
Can some one help me to solve this problem?
Of great interest was the following:
rescedule possibilities of job RDDEEXECL in order to contibue patch
start of SPAM or tp-commando by ignoring this error
Any helpful information will be very appreciated!

How many MB of SGA + PGA is assigned its BD?
Do the following:
1. It is necessary to modify the engine definition to include :
jvmOptions="-Xmx512M -Xms128M -Xss512k"
How to do it, depends on the version of Report Server in use :
a. For version 10gR2 (10.1.2.x) :
Backup your Reports server .conf file and Modify the rwEng parameters and add :
jvmOptions="-Xmx512M -Xms128M -Xss512k"
b. For version 11g (11.X), this has to be done through Enterprise Manager. In Enterprise Manager, locate your Report Server and go to "Basic Configuration" page then insert :
-Xmx512M -Xms128M -Xss512k
into the field "JVM Options" and "Apply" your changes.
* The important option is "Xss" that sets the maximum stack size that can be used by C code in a thread.
3. Restart your reports server and try to run again with DESFORMAT=SPREADSHEET

Hi experts,
When I run a report in Oracle 10gR2 forms, I got a error "Terminated with error". So I checked my report queue I found this error "Terminated with error: <br>REP-56048: Engine rwEng-0 crashed, job Id: 53 ".
For this error I tried to solve by doing the following steps,
1. increased the cache
2. jvmOptions="-Xms512m -Xmx512m"
My system configurations are,
Windows 7
4gb ram
disk space 100gb
I have my database & application server in same machine.

Hi Sheela,
Does the problem happen with activating the ODS object (definition) itself or with activating the data in the
ODS? I think that there must be other errors apart from Task 0085. At the time of the error you should check in
sm21 and st22 for additional error messages and dumps. If the problem is with the activation of data in the ODS
you should also check sm37 for the job that is created for the ODS activation , you may find more detailed
information in the job log. You should also check the activation step in the 'Details' TAB in the monitor for
the load there may also be more detailed information here.
In transaction rscusta2 (ODS customizing) you should try the following setting for the activation:
No. of Par. Proc.    3
Min. No. Data Recs. 10000
Wait Time in Sec.      600
Before changing the values you have in RSCUSTA2 please take note of the values you have already in
case you want to change them back.

Hi to all,
Since the last couple of days we are having a problem with Oracle Reports.
Whenever we run these reports, it behaves erratic.
The report comes normal for the first few reports, then suddenly the server gets hanged and no reports can be generated.
OS on Application server is Windows Server 2003.Os on client machine is XP and Vista
Error is as below in Application Report Server status

Oracle DB 10g installed on Windows 2003 Server machine and client is Windows 7 Pro. Forms are running fine. If I run report by puting everything in URL it is also giving result. But only when i am trying to call report via form I get an error REP-501: Unable to connect to the specified data. The report log file contains below result. Here there is one problem. Actually, there is one job and it will run end of the day(EOD) and that job should generate a report for the particular branch, but every day that job is failing, that job should generate a report daily. But that failed job is displayin an error as "Terminated with error: REP-300: service handle not initialized ==> select hdr . cus_mst_no , cus . name_1
so, daily morning, we are manually runnning the script file and generating a report.
". Can you please let me know what to do...it is very urgent

From the Oracle documentation: "A service context handle defines attributes that determine the operational context for OCI calls to a server."
Now, I have no idea what that is, but it looks like you are doing more (OCI calls) than just running a report. Post this also on the database forum.

I tried to increase cache in reports_server.conf and setting up JVM "Xmx512M -Xms128M -Xss512k" for reports server engine, none of these configuration settings worked.
Please advise if there is anything I can configure to bypass this problem.

The problem was solved by adding another report server with "SERVER_IN_PROCESS=NO" parameter in rwservlet.properties file.

RA-00480: LCK* process terminated with error very frequently getting this said error in our oracle 10g RAC database.
We have Node1 / Node2,
Node1 : we have scheduled jobs running & in addition to that end user access the database.
Node2: 24*7 application process the jobs runnning.
your suggestion / comments will be highly appreciated.

Hello Sujith,
I am experiencing the same error. It seems that when the BRCONNECT program detects a warning or error (ie. Tablespace_full) the job cancels. The program actually finishes successfully, but if an error is detected, for some reason, the job feels the need to cancel. I have not been able to find any info in OSS or the SDN forums. I'm curious to learn if you have resolved this issue. Again, I think the program finishes successfully, it's a matter of how the job handles the warning/error within the program. Our system logs and job overview has been peppered with these errors for the last week or so.
A couple options we've done to eliminate the errors is to change the threshold of the BRCONNECT warnings for Tablespace limits exceeded. This is only a temporary fix. I really think SAP needs to make a correction to resolve this.
