JUnit log

Question

I am using junit in Jdev for testing. In my Java code, I am trying to use "logger.fine("some message")" to output debug message to log window. But that doesn't work. If I change to "logger.info()" it works. What setting do I need to change to make it work for log level "fine"? Thanks a lot!

this logger is: weblogic.logging.NonCatalogLogger.
we've considered switching to use log4j through
h commons-logger as we're using in other parts of our
application (web/standalone clients), but there's the
whole issue of logging to a file (which the
weblogic.logging.NonCatalogLogger does though). IMO,
using the log4j logger would at make the beans more
portable as well as easier to migrate to somethign
that's spec compliant (just use a different
appender). any thougs?Off the top of my head I agree with your statement on using log4j logger.
