We want to make sure that voicemail transition is super smooth SonyBony! Please be aware you must power off the previous device in order for the complete switchover to take place. It sounds like you are putting a password for your Apple ID that works without issue on your iPad into your iPhone but get a message saying that the password is incorrect. I recommend the steps from the article named:
iCloud: "Incorrect Apple ID or Password" alert when setting up iCloud after upgrading to iOS 7

After completing iOS 7 setup, go to Settings > iCloud.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then enter your previous Apple ID and password.
If your Apple ID or password are not accepted, follow the steps in iOS 7: If you're asked for your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud.

I had to replace my hard drive and can't get my Photoshop CS2 9.0.2 to activate. I have tried both the phone and the website and have both the serial numbers. I can't find a number that works to speak to a live person at Adobe. I need to reduce the pixel size TODAY on some photos and need the program. Is there another way to reduce pixels if I can't get my Photoshop running today?

I just upgraded to Mavericks and can't get my opening page to stay on GOOGLE. IT keeps opening in SITES and then I have to click on GOOGLE to begin searching. I would rather not hav to go through 2 steps to start everytime. I entered google's address in preferences but it ignores my preference.
You don't say which browser you are using so I will assume it's Safari. If so then open Safari - Preferences - General tab and look for where you set the home page, just set it to www.Google.com
If this fails for some reason then open Safari and reset it (look in the Safari menu) and choose all options for the reset. The re-try setting the preference. Post back with your results. -
My boyfriend bought a ipod nano 2nd generation and can't get it to work and it only shows apple icon and an ipod with a triangle next to it. Says to see apple.com/support/ipod. Can anyone help to figure out what we need to do to get this working. Thank you
I think it needs to be charged. Try keeping it connected to the computer for some time. Then disconnect and connect again. And I hope you have itunes installed in the PC as the iPod can be synced only with that. Here's the link to download itunes http://www.apple.com/itunes/

I've been trying to do some cleanup on my mac, and somehow have removed my iPhoto from my desktop and can't get it back, i don't know how to get it back. I've had years of pictures on it and am going to be pretty hot if i can't get it back up.
Is it in your Applications Folder?
If not
To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store you can find it in your Purchases List. -
Activated iPhone 4, but can't get any service...just says "Searching..."
So I purchased an iPhone 4 and activated it with my number. Verizon account says phone is activated with my number, and I set it up with iTunes and all that good stuff. However, I can't get any service at all. The rest of my family all has iPhone 4 and they get 3G coverage in our house no problem, but I can't seem to get service anywhere. I have tried everything in the book; reset network settings, reset all settings on phone, soft reset, updated to newest IOS, dialed *228 and pressed 2 to get new PRL, turned it on and off multiple times, etc . Still can't seem to get service, just keeps saying "Searching.." where the bars should be. Just wondering if there are any other steps I need to take. Appreciate any and all feedback.

Upgraded to iTunes 10.2.1 and can't get new season pass episodes
After downloading and installing iTunes 10.2.1, I have stopped receiving emails for season passes. More frustrating is that even though I see that the most recent episodes are available in the iTunes store, iTunes is telling me that all purchases have been downloaded for this account. I checked my account settings and it still shows that I have season passes and that they are still active. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. It tells me that I cannot download them but that they will be available later. But they should have all come on Friday/Saturday. Definitely a big bug with this as I have 4 season passes. What gives Apple???? -
Anyone know a solution for not being able to get mail with the Gmail App after it working for a while. username and password entered many times.
Very Frustrated.One iCloud account has one user name (a .mac or .me email name) and password. If you have set up multiple accounts in the past then you must choose one and stay with it. If you don't know the user name, then you have a problem. If you haven't really begun using iCloud (but you mention trying to get mail, so I'm assuming you have used iCloud before), then use a .mac or .me account you know you have or just sign up for a new account - and be sure to write down the name and password for future use.
If you want to use the account to sync your contacts, email, calendars, etc, then each of your ios devices need to use the same account, otherwise they will be independent of one another. -

Thanks for the question. You’ll want to sign out of your iCloud account from Settings > iCloud, then sign back in with the new Apple ID. If you encounter issues in doing so, see this article:
