Just back from Italy. Have apps to update but being denied as I appear to be logged into the Italian site. How can I get back to the Aussie site ea?

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap your Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in. The App Store will automatically change to the store from which your account is authorized to make purchases.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

There is your problem. DVDs that ship with a Mac are machine specific. You will need to purchase a retail copy of the DVD $29.

Cant find any costumer service here either except forums.

I have exactly the same problem - Whenever I go to Print, the print widow appears, it thinks about it for a bit (rotating symbol) and then quits.

Hi stirling r,
I have always been very weary of fake emails and can easily spot the ones that get through the spam filters but for the first time in my 25 plus years memory of using email, I though a fake email was genuine.
Ok, granted the email was supposedly from Apple so there's an implied level of trust there and I had updated my Apple ID details hours before, but it was only after doing a double take at the url link in the email I realised it was fake. It was pointing to an IP address (http://104.145.233.95/..etc) and not the usual https://www.apple.com/..etc.
I just wandered how may Apple users, especially new ones would have unwittingly compromised their Apple ID details by this scam. I would love to see Apple doing more to make its users aware of scams directed at them.

The result is that the project would not load in the edit Projects window. I can see the file in the finder window and it will launch iMovie but the file itself will not load in the projects window.
I have contacted apple support and they tried to do a few things... to no available.
With my limited knowledge of file structures I assume that the header file must be corrupt.
Is there a 3rd party utility that can decompile and fix the file structure so it will load properly. I've been working on this project since june and would hate to have to redo the whole thing again.

I can't believe it!! But this answers my question. I pair up quickly between my iphone5 and iMac, but cannot transfer pics from my iphone to the iMac over Bluetooth as I expeceted I would easily be able to do. After all, I did this with my old Mac and a simple Motorola cell phone years ago.
So, the answer is that file transfer from iphone5 is not supported. Really!!
Not sure why capabilites have regressed, this is disappointing, but thanks for the answer, at least I know to stop beating my head against the wall searching for some hidden box to check. Have you tried booting from the Recovery HD to reinstall Lion?
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
You will need the Apple ID and password used to purchase Lion. If you have not purchased Lion, then you will need to purchase the Snow Leopard DVD and install Snow Leopard then update it to 10.6.8 to access the App Store where you can purchase and download Lion under your own Apple ID. Or you can purchase the Apple USB Lion installer flash drive at any local Apple retailer or the Online Store.

There is no featured tab in my iTunes store. . . and everywhere it shows me signed in. I had downloaded an app for my mother on HER ipad, and that is the only app I have done for her. It shows up on my phone, and now I cannot update any of my apps. I uninstalled that app on my phone, but when I want to update ones I have installed on my phone with my appleid, she keeps showing up.

When I try to copy pics from my external drive to a CD/DVD, no matter if do it from LR or my drive, I keep getting the message; "Disk burning is not supported by LR on this computer." I've tried everything I can think of, so, I thought I'd see if anyone may know if there's anything I can do. Or could it be that my computer just can't handle it? Help!!! So frustrating!!
