Just purchased creative cloud. Unable to sign in?

My company just purchased me a Creative Cloud Full Suite license and I'm unable to sign in with the the Username and Password that was registered.
Does it take a certain time after purchasing to be able to download the software?

    I'm unable to download the applications and I'm not sure why. I thought it had something to do with me having the trial prior so I went ahead and deleted it. I was under the assumption that when I purchased creative cloud, it would be some sort of prompt to install the program (the way adobe normally works) then I would be able to install the applications separately.

    Welcome to the Community & thanks for being the Creative cloud member!
    The first thing is to download Creative cloud desktop app which will help you to download all the apps available, go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download it.
    Once downloaded, launch it and select any product to start downloading/installing within the app.

    I just purchased Creative Cloud single-app membership for Dreamweaver, to upgrade the trail CS6 i had, it was still opening in trial format so i uninstalled dreamweaver on my mac. Now i can't download the new version of Dreamweaver via the Creative Cloud app.  Can you reset my account so i can download Dreamweaver CC to my mac.

    I am on OS x 10.8.3
    I have used the cloud cleaner and downloaded creative cloud again and dreamweaver cc, I can open dreamweaver but its always in trial mode.
    When click on Licence Product and login using my Adobe ID, it then asks for the serial number.

    Swelte82 what operating system are you using?  You will need to meet the minimum system requirements in order to install.  You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

    If you purchased thru the Adobe web site then you are not being conned.  You just might need to help to get you thru.

    I just purchased CC and all of the programs are appearing to install apart from photoshop. When I search for it in my files the only thing that appears is "uninstall photoshop cc". Should I do that and then re-launch CC?

    What shows in the Adobe Creative Cloud application in the "Install or update an application" section?
    If you have already installed Photoshop CC for a trial you won't need to install it again.

  • I own Lightroom5, just purchased Creative Cloud.  Photo Shop shows up as installed, LR5 does not.

    I had purchased Lightroom 5 a couple months ago, then a couple weeks after that started a 30 day trial of Photoshop CC.  My trial expired a few days ago and I finally got around to purchasing a $10 subscription that has both LR5 and PSCC (both of which were already installed).  Now the CC drop down shows Photoshop CC (2014) as installed and up to date but has Lightroom 5 under "Find New Apps" with the option to install?
    I clicked "Install" just to see what would happen and it just started installing another instance of Lightroom 5.
    What do I need to do to correct this?

    There's nothing to correct. it behaves as expected - apps installed outside the CC subscription are not recognized due to how the installer database works. Reinstalling is way to go.

  • Trouble with newly purchased Creative Cloud Team

    I just purchased Creative Cloud Team with 5 seats.  When we go to download the different applications, some only say "TRY".  WHAT IS UP WITH THIS?!?! 
    I get Premiere and After Effects, but Photoshop only has a "TRY" button.  My coworker isn't even seeing Premiere in his options!  What is going on here?!

    No worries, just follow some extra steps.
    Did you assign seats to your coworkers ?
    You have to log-in with the email and password of the Team manager; probably the one who purchased it - you as well ? Then look for the button to manage your team (assigning seats by inviting probably yourself and other users). Don't forget they all (you included) need to click the Acceptance link in the invitation email they received ! After that, the application buttons will display "Install".

    So I purchase again the same subscription. Now I have double subscription for Creative Cloud Photography plan. I want to cancel one.

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
    How come you guys cant solve this kind of problem?

    First check to see your plan is active: Adobe ID
    Try launching Photoshop choosing Trial instead of a purchase.
    Mac             /Applications/Photoshop CC/Photoshop CC.app
    Windows  C:\Program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Photoshop CC.exe
    Then once inside, go to Help > Sign in...  There, use the email address and password for your account and it should activate.
    If that does not work, could you tell me what version of PS you have and what os version you are using?

    I've tried about 10 times with two different credit cards but for some reason I am unable to purchase Creative Cloud. I keep getting this error message......

    The billing information is correct and the debit/credit cards information is also correct.
