I downloaded the icloud software on my computer in order to sync calenders and contacts using Windows 2007, but I keep getting an error message when trying to sync my icloud and Outlook calendars. I downloaded it for the first time a month ago and had it working but it stopped syncing, so I deinstalled the iCloud software and reinstalled, but keep getting the error message "Your setup couldn't be started because of an unexpected error. You can try going to iTunes with your device connected, select your device, then click view, show duplicate items

You are seeing the message because the new AirPort Extreme has some specific System Requirements:

Setup and Administration
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later and AirPort Utility 1.3
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later and AirPort Utility 6.3
AirPort Utility 5.6.1 in Snow Leopard may or may not work correctly with the new Extreme for all functions. As long as things are working OK for now, you can probably leave them "as is" and wait for another Mavericks update to fix some issues before you "upgrade".
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you could use that to administer any settings changes on the new Extreme. -

HT1632 Why do I keep getting an error message when trying to sync my workouts?
I haven't been able to sync my workouts for the past few weeks. I have an iPhone4 and have always synced directly from my phone to Nike+. But over the last few weeks, when I try, I get the following error message:
"Nike+iPold cannot sync workouts because Nike+ service is unvailable"
I've made sure my phone is up to date software-wise, and even tried connecting it to my iTunes. The Nike+ app doesn't even show up in my iTunes.
Any suggestions? I'm missing out on tons of workouts and really don't know what to do....Kind of hard to answer without some details such as iPhoto version and OS version. Are you signed into your Facebook account?

The odd thing is the printer works, but the scanner isn't recognized.
I ran the latest Mac software update first, and then reinstalled the HP software. I checked all the settings as suggested from the HP site, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

I keep getting an error message when trying to download itunes. It says it can't find "msvcr80.dll, but when I search for it on my computer it is there. My itunes was working just fine before I got the message to download the latest upgrade. I've not had any problems doing that before now, so don't really know what to do.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
