Keep getting msg "Cannot start Mobile Hotspot due to temporary network problem. Please try again later" This has been happening for the last 3 days!
Has anyone seen this problem? I need to have this function working as part of my job and I'm going to be out of reach of hotspots starting tomorrow. It's critical I get this working asap.

We want to make sure your Mobile hotspot is fully functional! Are you having any other data issues with your device? Make sure your data services are on by going to options>Network and Connections>Mobile Network>Data Services (ON).

I cannot download nor update apps through Apps Store, error message states that app cannot be downloaded, to try again later, this has been happening for the last five days. Help!
It started when tryung to update Twitter. Now the problem is with every app I try to update or download.I have this issue as well. The App Store icon indicates there are updates available but when I open the app a popup says it can't connect to the store and the screen remains white. During CS5 master collection update on Windows 7, 64-bit laptop, I get the error "There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later." This has been happening for the past few days. Can someone help me getting my updates?
Since CS5 is from 4+ years before the Cloud, this is not the right forum... but I don't really know a correct forum for that very old product
Have you tried to manually update the individual programs?

This has been happening when I'm on Facebook and playing games. It just freezes up and not even the cursor moves. I have to hit Ctrl Alt Del in order to disconnect and reload. Every time it happens I have sent report , but nothing seems to help. Yesterday I went and I cleared out all my cookies to see if it would help; but today it's impossible.

the behavior you are reporting can be many things...so lets start asking a few questions. Did you remove or add anything to your computer before all this started ?...can you temporarily disable your anti virus and try again? is IE ( internet explorer ) working fine? -
Today is April 10, 2013. I try to login to iTunes connect and I keep getting the message "An error has occurred processing your request. Please try again later or send an email for assistance." It never tells us what email address we need to write to.
The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
1. Open Safari
2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work. -
When I enter my iTunes redemption code, I get a message that says, "The store is unable to access your account information. Please try again later." Has anyone experienced this?
I got the same message qhen using iTunes thru my computer. With the same gift card i got the message that the card had already been redeemed. I tried 3 different brand new cards. All the same. Contact the support is advice I got.

Hi. I have an iPhone 4 with iOS7 and no data plan. When I am not connect to wifi I don't receive iMessages, but then when I do connect to wifi I get the messages telling me they were sent earlier. Is there any thing I can do to fix it? I don't remember how long this has been happening but it is very frustrating. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!!!
If you don't have a cellular data plan, then why are you expecting that you will have an active internet connection unless you are connected to wi-fi?
iMessages require either wi-fi or a cellular data connection. -
So Migrating to a new Macbook pro (retina) has cause a few bugs.
I have the same version of Iphoto running on both my old MBP and new REtina MBP. The difference is that the Retina MBP is running mountain lion and the old MBP runs Snow Leopard.
The Snow Leopard Iphoto app can login to Facebook without a prob
The Moutain Lion Iphoto app give the: "Cannot login to Facebook: An Unknown error has occured. PLease try again later"
Iphoto app is allowed on Facebook.
Since Iphoto was the same on both macs: I copied over the entire library from the old computer to the new one.
The library loads up fine in the new MBP.
I tried deleting the Facebook account and re-adding it on Iphoto. It still gives the same error.
Can anyone help.?
Thanks in advanceI have the same issue, but its happened in the last week or so on my older MBP with Snow Leopard - I know its authorised on FB and my password is correct! Just thought I'd share as it may not be a ML issue alone.

Needed to replace my iPad for school, but I can't access my recent backups on the new iPad, I updated the software and it still isn't working, has anyone else had this problem? Would appreciate help

I managed to download to my desktop entered key etc but when I try and install the wizard says it was interrupted and not fully installed no changes made to the system try again later - did this loads of times - same response - anybody any ideas what Im doing wrong?

Sorry I was away for a while – how do I run check disc on windows 8. The laptop is new and is an Aspire V17, I believe it has a high spec and therefore should have no issues??

Any answers about Siri not working that doesn't have to do with resetting?
Whenever Siri says that to me I have one of the following situations,
- there is an Internet connection but it is heavily congested and therefore poor
- I am trying to use Siri at a popular time and it Siri or the network is simply overloaded. If this is the case, trying again in about 10 seconds normally works okay.

...how do I resolve this issue? It's irritating for several reasons:
1) My new songs do not appear in match on my other devices because of this error
2) My itunes turns itself on automatically when it knows it needs to match; then the icon starts jumping up and down when the error occurs, distracting me from whatever I'm doing about ever 15 minutes at times.

Hi All,
I had this problem today myself, and was frustrated repeatedly by the '4002' error.
I have literally just fixed the issue by doing the following steps:
1: Go to the 'Store' tab and select 'Turn Off iTunes Match'
2: Return to the 'Store' tab and select 'Update Genius'
3: Wait for this to complete succesfully, the return to the 'Store' tab once more and select 'Turn On iTunes Match'.
4: iTunes Match will now go through the motions and should succeed!

Prior to one of recent upgrades in late September, I was able to open a new tab but using the + on the right unused tab. This does absolutely nothing now. I have even tried the CTRL T function and it does not work either.
This issue can be caused by the Ask<i></i>.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

How do I go back to the window that will allow me to enter my password. I have tried switching off the device, but each time the 'upgrading' comes on. I have also switched it off and left it on the charger for at least 6 hrs.
