Language of purchased software

I'm dutch, and when I log in to the app store I can only browse the dutch store.
I want to buy Apple Pages/Numbers, but I don't want the dutch version. Can I change the language of the software after purchasing?
Please note I'm not talking about spelling correction or dictionary settings, I know you can change those.

All apple software is multilingual and automatically assumes the language of your OS (at least for the 22 localizations currently available). So there is no need to be concerned about getting a particular language version.

They work just fine. whatever issues you have are specific, but without proper system info, browser info and other details nobody can even begin to guess.

Replaced Hard Drive - Do I need to purchase software again?

My Macbook hard drive failed, and it was not recoverable. We replaced a hard drive. Do I need to purchase softwares (Kenotes) again? I purchased this software about 6 months ago from the online apple store. I still do have an Apple ID. My OS is Lion.

If you purchased Keynote from the Mac app store, no, you do not need to purchase it again. Go to the app store, click on the Purchases tab and look for Keynote and click the Install button to the right.
If you purchased Keynote as part of the iWork suite on a disk, you should still have that disk and you can reinstall it using that. If you do not have the disk you will need to purchase again.

There's an old support document that directs you to the Account menu and to utilize Download purchased software - which does not show-up. Any ideas?

If the purchase was made more than 18 months ago, the Apple Store will no longer show it. You'll need to call the Apple Store and ask if there's any way now to redownload that software.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...

Why is my purchased software running as a trial?

I have my Adobe Web and Design Premium that I had purchased (and regestered) last fall give me a 30 day trial warning. I did use the free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud to try a program that I did not have, but I do not understand why it would effect my purchased software. Any ideas how to fix this?

@ Whit_y - - No Worries, All you have to do is to Run any of the application that you have isntalled, when it gives you a trial window, Click on 'License this Software' and SignIn with - Adobe Id and Password.

Download and install just like you did originally. Since you are allowed to have two activated installations there is no need to deactivate on the old machine unless you prefer to uninstall it for the open space or to have an extra activation still available. You can download via the following page:

You should be able to find the serial number via your Adobe account online.

Purchased software update (MTN Lion) did not download.

When I downloaded the software update (OSX Mountain Lion on to a MacBook Air, OSX 10.7.5) , it seemed to be going fine. When I came back later, there was no message like" download complete" or "in progress". When I log on to I tunes, there is no purchased software available to download. When I go the the App store I see the purchase but cannot click on the button to resume the download. ( that button is blank, all the others purchased apps say things
like "resume" ,"download", or "accept" When I try to restart the whole process, the password to download is no longer valid. I called
support and they looked at all these things and couldn't help me. Can someone here help me?
