Last execution query and last user

Hello,
I'd like to know last execution time of a query and last user - table RSZCOMPDIR provides the "Owner" and "Last changed by" only.
I don't want to install the technical content.
Have you any idea, which table contains this information (BW 3.1 used)?
Besides, Can I have same information about a query executed by WebTemplate (therefor via WEB)?
Regards,
Claudia

Hi,
You can find this information in RSDDSTAT_OLAP table.
Enter the query's technical name in OBJNAME field and a date in CALDAY one. It will be returned a list of all users (UNAME field) that executed the query in that day (sort the list by UTIME field to get to know who was the last user).
The logs in this table are generated regardless the way through which the queries are executed - WAD, Analyser etc.
Regards,
Tiago

  • Using different hierarchy in a query and last value error

    Hi guys,
    there is a hierarchy for customers in the 0Customer Infoobject which I should use in my query.
    I have activated the hierarchy in the query and now some results are not appearing but red crosses "x" are shown.
    And the error message: The function Calculate Results as ... could not be applied everywhere.
    I know that I am using the result as "last value" for some columns because I need them there (for example: to determine the last value for the credit limit of the current month). I think these columns where I am using the last value calculation are only affected.
    I mean my query has a lot of characteristics and key figures and I was told that a hiearchy for customers which is available should be used. But now there are these red crosses.
    I don´t see any other solution as not to use this specific hierarchy.
    Has anybody a suggestion what could be an argument to use or not to use a hierarchy?
    Is it sometimes like in my case that a hierarchy is not possible to use?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
    say for example your customer hierarchy is customers grouped under region. You can maintain this region as one of the attribute of customer and you can display this attribute in the report. Indirectly, this will give similar output to that of hierarchy.
    But lot depends on how your hierarchy is formed, before commenting whether it can be moved to master data attributes.
    Thanks.

  • Last goods receipt, last goods issue and last purchase order

    Hi Experts!!
    is there any table/info structure where I have the last goods receipt material document number, last goods issue material document number and last purchase order number? I want to extract this information to Business Warehouse.
    Best regards

    Are you looking for a report similar to MB51?
    If you put little more detail, i might be able to help. I don't know much about info structures but i can tell you the SAP tables.
    All Movement Details are in the below tables.
    MKPF- Material Document Header,
    MSEG - Material Document Detail -( you can put your material, plant for selection)
    Last PO  - you can get it from Info-record (EINE- EBELN, EINE-EBELP).

  • Cfloop query and last row

    Hello everyone,
    I was trying looping over a query which has to be executed
    only when the last row of a previous loop has been reached. The
    question is: I have nested loops, I am able to print the values
    based on two loops:
    for example: <cfloop query="advisor">
    <cfloop students>
    </cfloop>
    </cfloop>
    I am able to get student values for a particular advisor and
    print the values for different advisor and students. I am trying to
    include another loop like grades within advisor loop which should
    be executed at the end of students list for that particular
    advisor. What I am doingg right now is displaying the values in a
    table format.
    <table>
    <tr>Advisor</tr>
    <tr>Student1<tr>
    <tr>Student2</tr>
    <tr>Grades</tr>
    How is possible to know when I would reach the end of the
    student loop for an advisor and then loop the grades for the same
    advisor before proceeding to another advisor?
    Any suggestions would be great.
    Thanks.

    The group attribute of cfoutput would be a lot more
    efficient. Useage is described in the cfml reference manual. If you
    don't have one, the internet does.
    It would also be more efficient to get all your data with a
    single query.

  • What exactly is the "last scan time" and "last update" time

    There was a topic last year about this confusion. Here shows the topic and the answers that you might be looking for :)
    Have a great day!
    -Isaac

    It is my understanding that the 'discovery scan' is just for the initial scan and then there is also an update scan that just checks for differences.
    I have my remote collectors to search specific subnets and scan once a week. Ever since the initial scan they all show up during in the inventory. I see most of them being 'updated' in inventory according to the schedule and the timestamp but the "Last Scan Time" never changes. As such my not scanned in 30 days just continues to build up. The "Last Updated Time" gets updated correctly but nothing else.
    Is this normal behavior? It doesn't seem like it is considering the Not Scanned in 30 days group exists. It wouldn't make sense for that group to exist if there was no need for a "scan" if "updates" worked just fine.

  • Need to know last ran by and last ran time of a SSAS cube

    Hi All,
    I'm just wondering if there is a way so that I can see who ran the olap cube recently with the ran time? any help is appreciated.

    Here's the view definition I used to create my RefreshInfo table:
    USE <database>
    GO
    IF OBJECT_ID ('dbo.vwRefreshInfo', 'V') IS NOT NULL
    DROP VIEW dbo.vwRefreshInfo;
    GO
    -- Used to display refresh info in workbook
    CREATE VIEW dbo.vwRefreshInfo AS
    SELECT
    CASE WHEN ( SELECT TOP 1 firstName + ' ' + lastName FROM <user table> WHERE userID = RIGHT(CURRENT_USER, LEN(CURRENT_USER) - CHARINDEX('\',CURRENT_USER) ) ) IS NOT NULL THEN
    ( SELECT TOP 1 firstName + ' ' + lastName FROM <user table> WHERE userID = RIGHT(CURRENT_USER, LEN(CURRENT_USER) - CHARINDEX('\',CURRENT_USER) ) )
    ELSE CURRENT_USER
    END
    AS RefreshUser
    ,GETDATE() AS RefreshTime
    ,MAX( f.TxDateTime ) AS LastDate
    FROM
    <fact table> f
    The user table did not have the domain prefix <domain>\, so that's what the string operations are dealing with in this definition.
    As for how I implemented in Power Pivot, I just created a table that wasn't related to anything else, and it was fed by this view. Then I threw a pivot table on the first sheet of the workbook with these items on the rows.
    It should be pretty trivial for you to implement something similar.

  • How to insert last update date and user id to a form?

    Hi,
    I have created a form to enter data to a custom table.
    When a new record is created, I would like to keep track of the creation date, last update date and who (user id) enters the form.
    Can someone please help or point me to a right place to look for this information?
    Thank you!
    LC

    Create four new columns in your table called Created_On, Created_By, Last_Updated_On and Last_Updated_By.
    You can create a trigger to accomplish the rest:
    create or replace trigger "<name of your trigger>"
      before insert or update on "<name of your table>"
      for each row
    begin
      if inserting then
        :NEW.Created_On := sysdate;
        :NEW.Created_By := v('APP_USER');
      end if;
      if updating then
        :NEW.Last_Updated_On := sysdate;
        :NEW.Last_Updated_By := v('APP_USER');
      end if;
    end;Every time you'll add or modify data in that table, the trigger will automatically fill those fields.

  • Function Module to find the Last Execution date of Back ground Job

    Hi,
    Is there any function module to find the <b>last execution date of back ground job</b>.
    So that I can transfer the data from SAP to Legacy system based on the document creation date should be in between last execution date and current date.
    thanks in advance.
    Eswar.

    Don't know of a function module, but you should be able to use the information in table TBTCO to get the last start date and time of the job you are interested in.

  • JDE Date Last Paid and Last Paid Amount

    When these two fields, Date Last Paid (A5DLP) and Last Paid Amount (A5ALP) in the Customer File F0301 will be cleared? Which programs that clearing these?

    Can you not use last_standard_process_date and final_process_date from per_periods_of_service table? That table has person_id and instead of using pay_all_payrolls_f, it is easy to get the information from these tables as long as you know what elements in your system have last standard process and final process date set up.
    Please let me know if this helps

  • Difference Between last purchase price and calculated price

    Hi,
    I am new to SAP B1. I was wondering what the difference is between last purchase price and last calculated price ??
    Thanks
    Gary

    Hi Gary...........
    Welcome To SAP Business One Forum..........
    Last Purchase Price is the price of Most Latest Purchase of that particular Price......
    And Last Evaluated means Last Calculated Price is the
    You can also perform the valuation based on the last evaluated prices. In this case, SAP Business One uses the last calculated costs for each item. If you run a valuation under the FIFO method, for example, and then run a valuation for the last calculated costs, SAP Business One valuates the items using the last value that was determined for an item under the FIFO method.

  • How to find last runtime of query and who ran the query

    Hi,
    I am doing the analysis for  all the queries  , their last run time and who ran the query
    Since there are almost 6000 queries , is there any way to find out last run time and who ran the query
    in one step or through any transaction else It would huge effort taking task to check the data in BW statistics
    table for each query
    Please suggest
    Regards,
    Vivek

    Hi,
    Statistics should be switched ON for all the queries first. You can check this in RSDDSTAT.
    Statistics data is stored in BW for a specific period only. This setting can be maintained in table RSADMIN (Field : TCT_KEEP_OLAP_DM_DATA_N_DAYS). If the value for the field is 30, then 30 days old statistics will be available at any point.
    Not all the queries will be ran daily. Some are ran daily, monthly and yearly depending upon User requirement.
    1. You can check in RSDDSTAT_OLAP for the details you needed.
    2. You can install the BI Technical Content and run the respective query for the details you needed.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Sunil
