Last iCloud backup info when phone not available

My wife's iPhone 5 has smashed screen. Need to know when last iCloud backup was. How can I do this without being able to look on the actual phone.
Also can anyone confirm that the entire camera roll would have been backed up?

you will want to go to settings>general>reset>erase all content and settings. this will take you to setup assistant again to choose icloud backup.
*MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A BACKUP
*MAKE SURE YOU CAN CONNECT TO WIFI

After you do the steps Janessa provided you, when the setup screen comes up after you restore the device, you will have to choose "Restore this Device from iCloud", and that will allow you to get all the information you have backed up on iCloud, and like Janessa said make 100% sure you 1, have a backup in iCloud, and 2, The backup in iCloud is somewhat up to date

Same situation. Had to pull out the Mini to research this. The Apple logo has been on the screen about five min, oh, just went black. Home brought it back and popup is gone. Wonder why this happened to many folks.

Try this.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

If your replacement phone has already been updated to the latest iOS (6.1.3), you should be able to access any available iCloud backup. Try going to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Data, go through the setup screens on your phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup, then sign into the iCloud account your backed up your old phone to. See if the backup you're looking for is listed. If it isn't, it must not be in your iCloud account.
If you still have the old phone, you can back it up to iTunes instead and restore to that backup.

When she plugged in the ipod last night it backed up again so that now shows as the latest backup. No previous backups are listed so I do not seem to have the option to rerun the old one. She had many pictures on the camera roll taken from well before July. I can only presume that the backup in July must have been incomplete - but then I didn't think it was supposed to list as an option to restore from. I have just bought a new phone as old one was damaged. I am trying to restore from icloud backup. when it asks for a rescue email address it won't accept the address I am submitting even though it is not any of the addresses that are already registered with icloud as apple id, alternate or rescue emails. this has happened with two different email addresses now, neither of which icloud have a previous record of. not sure what to do now!

You actually have to go through extra steps of setting up your phone as new, updating and then erasing and restoring from that back up.

My situation is much worse. My 80 year old Mother in-law bought a 4G iPad to keep in contact with her son overseas. Her retirement village has no WiFi so it it not possible to backup her iPad. The "This iPad has never been backed up" modal dialog locks up the machine. She is currently in hospital (doing well thankfully) but could have died and not been able to see her son because of this. It has caused her no end of grief over the last month.
I've worked around the problem by using my WiFi but this is a fatal flaw that needs to be urgently addressed.

We are using this data source to extract data for HR in BW. We are currently on BI 7.0
When I used this datasource in BW development system it worked fine. But now I am trying to extract data using the same datasource in BW QA system and I am getting this error.
"Date of last extraction from DataSource 0HR_PY_PP_2 is not available HR_BIW_PP"
The datasource is delta supported so I am trying to init it, and thats when I am getting this error.
Has anyone seen this message before, can some give some suggestions?

Just quick check, check rsa3 if you can get any data and also it seems like it is complaining about changes in extract structure, can you compare the extract structure of the two system manually? If you have made changes to the extract structure, did you move that change in the source system? Sometimes it worth it to replicate the datasource and reactivate the transfer structure using program RSActiTran.

I use iBooks to store and organize my PDFs. You can get iBooks free from the App Store.
If your are viewing a PDF in Safari you can tap the PDF and get the option to "Open in iBooks." once you open the PDF in iBooks you can create different collections and store related items together.
Besides getting PDFs from Fari you can receive them in emails. Tap to get the open in iBooks choice.
If the PDFs are on the computer you normally sync with you can copy them into the Book section of iTunes on your computer so that the next time you sync they will be copied to your iPad. Once on your iPad you can move them into Collections that you might have created.
