Last Thursday someone put a virus in my laptop and I have not been able to see or play any of the songs that I have purchase from itune. I had about 230 songs that I puchase from itune.
A virus was put into my laptop last Thursday and I have lost all of the songs I purchase from iTunes. Can you help me recover the nearly 230 songs I purchase from iTunes?

Good news - you have not lost your iTunes purchases. You can re-download them to your computer or to another computer that you have authorized your Apple ID to iTunes on as follows:
1. Open iTunes and sign on with the Apple ID that was used to make the purhases
2. Click on the iTunes Store
3. Click on Purchased under the Quick Links sidebar on the right-hand side of the iTunes Store window
4. Click on Music (or whichever media you are looking to recover), then on "Not in My Library". Then click on Albums or Songs, Most Recent.
5. You can then re-download individual items as you wish, or select "Download All" at the bottom of the screen to download everything

I've gone through the Help list under "Unresponsive Script Errors": I don't have Webroot SpySweeper; I tried letting the scripts run longer (selecting "Continue") but they keep coming up; my errors come up all the time, not just on certain websites; and I tried disabling add-ons to see if they were causing the problem, but they weren't. I have also completely cleared my cache several times and then updated Java, since I've heard outdated versions of this can cause scripting errors. I finally tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox (a clean reinstall, with no preferences saved), but that didn't work, either. Then I downloaded FileHippo and downloaded all other the updates it detected as being needed for my system, including Firefox Beta. Could my low RAM possibly cause my continued problems? Also, are scripting errors related to No Response errors? I am still getting these, too, after performing all except the most complicated remedial actions for them recommended on the Help page. (Both these types of errors started occurring for me at the same time.)
The error often has the name of the extension in it in some manner, '''supply the message wording''' then at least we'd have an idea of what you see. Plus we really don't know what you did look at, or what you actually tried of what you did look at.
For instance "AVG Free" shows something like tavgp in the message, if I recall correctly, so they aren't always real obvious unless you've seen it before.
But if you really went through some of help pages you would have tried in Safe Mode, gone through the diagnostics, and almost certainly gone through all your extensions turning half off then have of those on or have of those just turned off back on again and repeat -- not fun but it doesn't take a real long time, but I'd rather try other ways first, because I have a lot of extensions and many are already turned off because of Firefox changes for the worse, certainly not because I don't need them. -

Recently I have not been able to purchase songs from my iTunes on my phone, but can purchase apps with no issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
If this is an Alienware system, the most likely culprit is the Bigfoot Networks LSP as per the following document:

Head to the Downloads and Drivers page at Dell for your particular model of Alienware. Look for available updates for your BigFoot networking device. If you update those drivers, does that give you back your Store access? -
I originally set up my iTunes account on my computer at work, now that I have a home computer and authorized it, i have not been able to sync my apps from my iTouch to my home coumpter, it transferrred my music but nothing else. What am I doing wrong?

Can I have in one iphone 5 music from more than one itunes accounts? My daughter and I have our music in the same pc. She and I have iTunes accounts. I have not been able to load in my ophone with my itunes acct music that she purchased in her account. I have not been able to do this. Thanks
iTunes Match is not sharable across Apple IDs. The best way to get the music on her iPad is to leave hers signed into her Apple ID on the iTunes Store and sync via USB.

How can I move someone's hair from one photo to another and place it on another person? I have gone through every instructional video you have and have not been able to master this
Open picture B, the one you wish to select the hair from to add to the picture.
Use one of the selection tools, e.g. selection brush, lasso tool, to select the hair. You will see an outline ("marching ants") once the selection is complete
Go to Edit menu>copy to copy the hair to the clipboard
Open picture A, then go to Edit>paste
Use the move tool to position the hair from picture B.
In the layers palette you should see picture A as the background layer, and the hair (B) on a separate layer. -
I have set up iTunes and iCloud with my computer and my iPhone 4S but have not been able to determine whether contacts on Microsoft Office Outlook can be transferred from the pc computer to the phone. After the lastest update on iTunes I have not been able to get into the program. I have uninstalled all components and reinstalled and now it is telling me I am missing .dll files. I am so frustrated. I probably lost my entire library except what I purchased

For anyone who has used "Smilebox" for greeting cards: I can take video made in Photo Booth and use in my Smilebox greetings and I can use photos from iPhoto to use there also. I have not been able to figure out how to take clips from iMovie for use with Smilebox.

Ever since I downloaded Itunes 11 I have not been able to add new CDs to my library. I keep getting this message: Error occured while converting the file "..." An uknown error occured (-69).

I have not been able to find any information re: the Flashback virus on the Apple website. Has Apple put out anything on this?
The ‘Flashback Trojan’:
A version of an existing Trojan Horse posing as a legitimate Flash Player installer (named “Flashback.A” by a security firm) is designed to disable updates to the default Mac OS X anti-malware protection system, potentially leaving the system open to the manual installation of other malware without any system warnings. The most recent versions bypass any user action and automatically installs itself after an affected website is visited.

Flashback Trojan - Prevention of infection:
In order to prevent a potential infection with “Flashback” Trojans, Mac users should always obtain their copy of Adobe Flash Player directly from Adobe’s official website and to disable the "Open 'safe' files after downloading" option in Safari Preferences/General to avoid automatically running files downloaded from the Internet. Also, do not turn on Java in Safari Preferences/Security. Few websites use Java. Javascript is something entirely different and should be left active.
The Flashback Trojan does not affect PPC (non-Intel) Macs, nor has it been noted to affect users running Tiger OS 10.4.11 or Leopard OS 10.5.8.
Last, but by no means least, using Open DNS is the simplest way of preventing infection in the first place. Open DNS also protects against phishing attacks, re-directs, speeds up your internet connection, and works for all users of OS X from Tiger upwards:

Users with Intel Macs running Snow Leopard OS 10.6 or Lion OS 10.7 should ensure that they have downloaded all the recent Java updates from Apple, which are designed to prevent infection and also remove any infection already present.
New Macs running Lion do not have either Flash Player nor Java installed.
