Layout Service Level Report

Hi together,
does anyone know, how to change the Layout of the Office-Document the Service Level Reports generated by the Solutionmanager? I know how to change the Fooder and Header, but what do I have to do to change e.g. the SAP Logo to the Logo of my company? Is it possible to change the Word Master Document?
Does anyone know?
Best regards
   Thomas

Hello Thomas,
You can customize the SLR front page.
You can customize the header and footer, and since the SAP Logo is part of the report header, you should be able to replace it with your company logo. Please visit this link for more details [Customizing SLR FrontPage|https://websmp208.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=011000358700000598892010E].
Please check the PDF at this location because I beleive it fully answers your question.
You should specifically look at "2.2 Customizing Step by Step - 2.2.2 General Settings - Coverpage".

Paul

    Hi Jared,
Thanks for sharing the link. I have gone through the link.
However, when I edit the "Setup Service Level Reporting" by click the link under "Solution Monitoring->Service Level Reporting" under "Operations Setup", I could get the screen where in I found the below details:
    1. Setup SL Reporting (On the left Pane)
    2. Variants Administration (under the above head tree)
On the right pane, I could find:
    1. Name
    2. Type
    3. Weeday of Processing
    4. Active
    5. Date of Next Report
I could successfully give the above details and saved it. However, I dont see any provision for seleting the system SIDs as mentioned in the help.sap.com site proposed by you.
May you help me in selecting the System SID for which I need to declare SLR?

  • Service Level Reporting - Trend Analysis data missing in the report

    Hi Experts,
I'm working with sap solution manager and Business Process Monitoring.
I can't get to know how to configure the system in order to get Service Level Reporting collecting data for "Trend analysis" related to business processes.
In fact, in my reports each trend analysis graph (last week/month six months) is empty, no matter which aggregation type (AVG, MAX or SUM) I use.
It seems like the BI within the Solution Manager doesn't collect the data, or doesn't provide them to SL reporting.
How can I check whether something is missing in my configuration?
Thanks in advance for your help!
    Regards,
    Paolo

  • Service Level Report values not matching to Service Level Dashboard v 2.0 values

    Hi Experts,
We have installed SLD v2 on a development SQL server along with WSS 3.0. The SLD is pointed to the SCOM datawarehouseDB to collect the information to have it up in the dials.
We have SCOM 2007 R2 who's OpsMgrDB and OpsMgrDWDB are hosted on a SQL 2008 R2 instance.
I have created the Distributed application and added 3 Service level Tracking to it.

    Processor Utilization
    Memory Utilization
The problem here i am facing is that the values in the dials on the SLD Home sites do not match with the values i get when i run the report for  Service Level Tracking Summary under reporting tab in Ops
    Console.
What could be probable reason for this ?

  • UCCX 7.1 CSQ Service Level Report

When do these reports start "reporting" on a call? When it hits the CSQ? When the trigger is hit? Just want to make sure none of the recordings are calculated in time to answer. Any information would be appreciated.

  • How to edit the Servicve Level Report?

    Folks,
Our customer would like to have a Service Level Report (SLR) from the Solution MAnager.
However the first chapter on page 1 called "Solution Landscape Alert Overview" (with some EWA alert warnings) must be deleted from the SLR.
How can we edit the report to delete this chapter?
Is this possible, and if yes; how?
    Regards,
    Joris

    Thanks for the suggestion.
However the part I want to remove cannot be controlled in that way. It simply is not in the checkboxes.
Isn't there a way to go deeper in the SLR and 'hack' out the parts you don't want?
The normal way (via checkboxes) doesn't let you control all chapter in the SLR.
    Regards,
    Joris

  • EIM 4.3 - Service Levels

    Hello,
I have been looking at setting service levels within an integrated EIM environment, and I can't seem to make the correlation between configuring them in my workflow and reporting.
In my workflow, I setup two SL's.
       1 - Total Case Activity Time - 8 hours
       2 - Total Activity Time - 2 hours
I can see how to setup alarms to notify my supervisors if I am going to exceed my SL set above.
For reporting... I don't see where these service levels are tied into my reports. It looks to me like I need to set a service level manually for each report I would like to do.
I figured Service Levels were kind of like call types, in that I would run a service level report and it would return data based on emails hitting that service level, etc.
If someone has created reports based on the service levels they entered in their workflow, can you let me know what you chose?
    Thanks!
    Barry

    Hi Matthew,
Unfortunately the service levels you enter are just for monitoring and notifying. The actual reports you run, you need to specify the service levels in there manually.
Other than that, I have found no other work around, or had the opportunity to engage eGain directly to try to talk about this.
    Thanks!
    Barry

  • Service Availability Report in SCOM 2012

Hi, we are having SCOM 2012 SP1 and need a report on Service Availability for the below services running on the servers
    Active Directory
    DFS
    DNS
    PKI
    DHCP
Also, would like to understand how the SCOM would report the service availability when there are network issues (primarily WAN Issues) preventing the SCOM Server from reaching the server Hosting the service.
    Thanks,
    Naren.
    Thanks & regards, Naren.

    Hi,
In order to generate reports on the services you mentioned, you need to go through two steps for starters.
    1. You need to create Distributed Applications for the services (Active Directory excluded since that DA is already created when importing the AD MP) see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh457612.aspx for how it can be done.
    2. You also need to create SLA´s (Service Level Tracking in the Authoring pane of the console) see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh230719.aspx
The behaviour can somehow be modified since you decide what should count as donwtime when creating your SLA. However, a server which become unreachable would most likely be classified as critical and therefore it would "bring down" your service
    in SCOM.
Once you have created the DA´s you want, you can use the default report "Service Level Tracking Summary" Report under the category "Microsoft Service Level Report Library". Here, you can choose to go back to a certain time to display
your SLA levels. Be aware though, you can never go futher back than to the date where you created the DA and the SLA since that´s when the availability starts measuring.
    Regards,
    Daniel
