Licence is not included for the material - J1IH

Hi All
We are working on ECC 6.0.
While doing J1IH ( Additional Excise) with Subtransaction Type 01, we are getting a warning message as -
Licence is not included for the material
Message no. 8I993
However if we process without any Subtransaction Type, no warning is flashed.
Please let me know the reason for the same and what could be done so that system doesnt prompt it?

I have maintained account ddetermination for DIEX ETT for sub transaction type 22. When I am doing Additional Excise in J1IH system is giving the warning message as "Licence is not included for the material" and it is not picking any G/L accounts. Where as without subtransaction , it is picking concerned G/L accounts. Please suggest, what I have to do?

Assessable value not maintained for the material X

Dear all,
i have maintained material chapter ID,Plant and materialchapter id combination ,assessable value , cenvat determination, and vendor excise details in the transaction J1ID .
Even after maintaining all these conditions , i am not able to save the po,while saving the po i got a error message that assessable value not maintained for the material X..

Search using approriate keywords in SDN, u get most of the details, i have now done the same searched and have pasted below .
Try ME2N.
Click on the "dynamic selections" icon and add the release indicator as an additional selection. Enter the release indicators that you class as "awaiting approval" and you will then have your list.
The ME2* series of transactions are not that much use prior to 4.7, the layout is poor. But if you have 4.7 or later you can get the screen to use the ALV format and this transforms the ME2* (i.e. ME2L, ME2M, ME2N etc.) transactions into VERY useful reports.

Palnning entry not generated for the material

Hi,
We RUN the MRP with MD01, but for for some material the PR are not generated, with MD01 I checked the palnning file with MD21 there is no entery for that material but when we RUN single level MRP with MD03 for that material it creates the PR so what can be the problem as for some material the PR are not generated with MD01 but it generates with MD03 all MRP data is proper in material master.

Hi,
Generally the planning file contains a list of all materials which has a valid MRP type in material master and relevant to the planning run. As soon as a material master record is created with valid MRP type, it will be automatically included in the planning file. You can find it in transaction code MD21.Whenever system find MRP relevant transactions i.e Stock updation,Receipt,Issues etc it will be included automatically in Planning file with appropriate indicator(NETPL,NETCH etc.).
Only in some exceptional cases, it is necessary to make an entry in the planning file manually.For an example after run MRP ,that material relevant Indicator will be removed. But still if you want to force it for next MRP run,you can include it manually..
And Please also check in material master entries properly maintained or not.

Batch does not exists for the material

Dear Gurus
In the inspection set up in qm view of material master I have assigned early lot creation in control inspection lot field.I have created MICS and inspection plan also.After release of process order for that material the inspection lot for that order is created.When I am saving the inspection lot after entering in qa32 the system is throwing a dialogue box ,"batch doesnot exist should a batch be created" with 3 buttons yes, no, cancel.Although the batch number is already present for the lot that I sawwhen I entered in,( batch number is coming through internal number range).Now after pressing yes in the dialogue box when I am going to msc2n to view the batch, the error message is coming the batch does not exist.
What are the settings that I need to do so that this discrepency does not arise.

1) DO you assign a batch number to the product during order creation ??
2) Why do you have to enter with QA32 to save the inspection lot? This is saved once you release the order.

Shipping data could not be determined for the material

hi all,
while creating STOs for i get a message that shipping data for the material canoot be determined for the material. the plants are maintained as customers. the shipping tab in item detail in STO order is not appearing. the shipping point is getting dertmined for sales orders from the same plant and material. am also able to ceate STOs between other pair of plants.

Hi,
Shipping point is determined by "shipping conditions" + "loading group" + "plant".
Shipping conditions are fetched from customer master / or if maintained in the sales doument type they are fetched from there.
Loading group fetched from material master.
Plant fetched from CMIR / CMR / MMR.
You do the shipping point determination using the transaction code "OVL2" If SC or LG or PLANT are deviating from the entries in the customer or material master then also you will not get the shipping point.

Standard cost estimate could not be found for the material

Dear All,
We have 4 manufacturing plants and 30 sale depots. We are maintaining price control (S) for FG and SFG in Manufacturing plants,price control (V) at depots for the same material code. we are getting an error message " standard cost estimate could not be found for the material" while doing billing at depot.
Please give me suggestion.

Price control should be S for Depot also. You need to run standard cost estimate in DEPOT after entering additive cost under CK74N for frieght, excise duty etc. To transfer the standard cost from the source plant you need to make configuration in OMD9 defining the receiver and sender combination so that system can pick up the cost from source plant. This special produrement type needs to be asigned in the material masters of DEPOT under MRP 2 view.

Local node not included in the list of host names for grid installation

I'm attempting to install clusterware on Solaris 11 on 2 nodes. I've tried tweaking the /etc/hosts file in a few different ways by including the fully-qualified name and without it for the localhost, but it still gives me this error every time. The runcluvfy.sh script doesn't run on Solaris 11. Does anyone know how to get around this problem?
I've tried this using the silent install and with OUI, but got the same error both ways. This is the format of the node names:

what Oracle Version are you trying to install?
Best to directly start with 11.2.0.3 and look in MOS for certification, hints requirements.

PO not creating for the matl,giving error Material not maint for purchasing

When I am trying to create PO for 1 purticular material, system giving error " Material CG056A not maintained by Purchasing Message no. ME 046 " Please let me know in order to create PO successfully what are all the purchasing related information necessary to maintain for this material.

While creating the material you have not maintained the purchasing view, hence you are getting an error.
Maintain the purchasing view for the material in MM01, which will solve the problem.

ERROR...This for is not included in the software package you have purchased

Hi everyone,
A Business One server was virtualize, after finished the process the server was working properly.
I add an user and check the professional license. Next day I got this error "This for is not included in the software package you have purchased" also the rest of the users has restrictions like a CRM license and the error message. They cannot see all the components of the application.
Nevertheless on the same server I have another company that do not has any error, the users can log in and they can see everything depending on their authorizations they do not got any error message.
What could happened , is something with the license profile or could be the authorization of the users ??
Hope any of you can he p me with this. I have print screens if any needs them.

Hi,
You are not assign any license to that particular User, that why this error is comming.
Before you can assign a license to a user, you must first import the license file.
As Superuser go to Administration > License > License Administration.
In the window that appears, press "Import License File" and choose the appropriate license file.
Go to Main Menu -> License->License Administration->you assign the professional licenses to to the users [or Particular User].

Nope. You can only have one credit card attached to an account at a time. Its not that big of a deal to use two accounts, users do this all the time. Create the second account(UK Account) in iTunes on your computer...sign out of your Italian account first. Then authorize your computer for this new account: Store>Authorize this computer. Then sync your phone. Now, to switch accounts on your phone: Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...then sign back in with the ID you want to use.
