Links no longer work in Outlook since FF update

This morning (10/22/10) FF was updated - now at 3.6.11. Previous to this I could click on a link in an Outlook email and be taken to the page in FF. Now it just pulls up a window with programs listed and doesn't go to FF.
I verified that FF is still my default browser.

Javascript buttons and links no longer work in Firefox after latest update

Whenever I try to use a javascript button or link, nothing happens, I just get a message in the bottom bar such as: "javascript:window.close();" telling me what the command is, but when I click on it, nothing happens. I cannot close windows in social security or in any other program using javascript. This has happened since the last upgrade to Firefox 11. I even tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling (using the Mozilla instructions to '''completely''' remove Firefox) a fresh Firefox eleven, to no avail. I have a similar problem like this. I dont know what the deal is but since some type of either add on upgrade or firefox upgrade i get notifications to install flash when i try to launch anything from google music. I did everything you can think of including uninstalling, reinstalling both the add on "No Script" Firefox itself, ran several diagnostic programs to ensure it wasnt any type of malware, reinstalled Adobe Flash 11, Verified Java version. I even tried to play music from google music in IE8 and that worked so its clearly Mozilla and its add ons. I disabled No Script and Google Music miraculously started working fine. This is pretty irritating considering I do everything in my power to ensure I dont get hit with any type of malware, virus, spyware, etc and No Script is definitely an Add on i like to use for that very reason since Firefox no longer supports the Norton Web Tracker add on. Any fix for this foolishness would be great, thanks!!

Mailto: link no longer works

After working tfor the years the code for adding a email link no longer works. What's going on? For example this piece of code worked fine for years <a href="mailto:[email protected]">Email</a>. Now when I try to use the link my email programs opens up fine but in the place where the email address goes it includes the the full mailto:[email protected] where the email address goes rather than just the email address.

Mailto links are inherently unreliable for several reasons:
The end user must have an mail client like Outlook installed on their device. Most webmail users don't need an email client anymore preferring to log-in to their accounts with a browser. If your end user has no email client, nothing will happen when they click the mailto link.
Spam. Email links are a neon sign for robot email harvesters who will bombard your inbox with unwanted spam mail.
People who use computers in public libraries, schools or community centers won't be able to use your mailto links.
For best results, use an HTML contact form with a server-side script that processes form data and sends it to your email address. Preferably a script that is secure and has built in spam prevention.

Why do podcast album view links no longer work in iTunes 11?

I've recently updated to iTunes 11, and now the podcasts I have that contain links no longer work. What can I do?

Duplicate your copy of iTunes 10.x before upgrading to iTunes 11 (or restore it from a backup) and use iTunes 10.x to listen to (and in particular access the links in) podcasts. Further, file a bug with Apple that these links don't work when the album art is displayed in the album art mini-player.

My Relative links no longer work in Captivate 7

My Relative links no longer work in Captivate 7. They worked in the 5.5 versions of the exact same lessons. But they do not work after saving and re-publishing in Captivate 7. What's up with that? Any suggestions?
Just found out from Adobe it's a reported bug that is not yet resolved...

This is typically an issue of setting the web preference in the WINDOWS preferred programs. In Win7 this is accessed from Control Panel>Default Programs>Set Program Access...>Custom. Maybe these options will give you an idea of the problem.

Google Application Links No Longer Work in Safari

Hello,
It seems something is up. Google application and profile links no longer work in Safari 7.0. I downloaded Chrome for OS X and they work perfectly fine in that. So is it Google trying to gain more share of the browser market by modifying there code or is it a Safari update that recently broke the functionality? All I know is I have had to download a different browser to get my google mail working.
If you want to test, go to your gmail and try to click the google applications icon near the top right. Nothing will happen in the latest Safari. Now try it again in Chrome and guess what! This used to work perfectly. More importantly is the profile icon (far top right, usually your picture) which allows you to login/logout/switch google mail accounts also will not work at all which makes it impossible to use this with Safari.
Apple you may want to track down what changed as this will impact your browser's market share if its is not fixed asap. I will come back and try Safari again in a week and see if they have fixed anything. For now, sadly its off to Chrome for me.
If you would like me to provide any diagnostic information I am more than happy to assist in this matter.

Its a Safari bug. Go fullscreen and the icons work fine. Now go back to non-fullscreen and they dont work.

That is just a link to what is already on this website. I don't know what any of that stuff MEANS. Tell me what to click on in my computer, if you know. I THINK it has Windows 8.1 but don't know how to tell. I was nagged into installing 8.1 and didn't like it and tried to uninstall it but I think it is still there. The hyperlinks were still working long after that. Now, suddenly, google chrome doesn't work, hyperlinks in emails (only) don't work. I don't know how to "reset" anything. This was working fine; now it isn't. I didn't do anything different, and every time I get a message it directs me to click on a hot link and my problem is that hotlinks in my e-mails are NOT WORKING!!! HELP!!!

Links no longer working

Last year I created a small website with Dreamweaver CS3. I had to update it - Using CS5 and now my links do not work.
Mainly, I was changing the dropdown menu under the Levies and Bonds Explained tab. Can anyone take a look at my template code

My Windows XP and Windows 7 iTunes no longer 'see' my AppleTV since latest update (25/02/2013). Also, my AppleTV tells me I must turn on Home Sharing which is already turned on.

My iMessage and some of my applications no longer work with the new software update. How do I fix this?

I called Apple Support after trying many fixes suggested online. They directed me to the procedure on the following page:

I did the erase and restore option they suggested since I had tried a pile of ther things suggested on posts and blogs and they did not work. I even waited the obligatory 24 hours, thus the restore from backup option was what they suggested. I have a 64gig iPhone 4S and it took about 1.5 hours to complete the entire operation seeing that I am using about 54 gigs of that capacity.
Warning: I lost all of my emails and all of the data files from one of my map programs so be sure you have everything that you really need from your phone store elsewhere before wiping your phone. I thought that the backup on my computer would restore everything but obviously NOT.
