List option in calendar with iOS 7

I want the old list option in calendar back in iOS 7. Is this possible? BTW, I agree with the opinion that the colors in iOS 7 were designed by a clown. Disgusting. Newsstand icon is particularly awful.

It doesn't bring back the entire list so don't be fooled!
You have to type a letter in the search window and if your appointment doesn't have that letter in it, it won't show up!
I want my list view BACK!!!

The only way I have found to deal with the calendar is to click the search icon in the corner of the calendar window and you get a list view of each day. It's better than nothing

i am having issues with the calendar after upgrading to ios 6.
firstly, it wiped all my previously created events off my phone...
and now i can only choose between two categories of events?
whereas with ios 5, i could choose a variety of events (i.e., school, work, leisure).

Go into the environment window and create new audio objects. In the parameter settings for each audio object, you can assign them to new aux channels. Every time you assign a new aux channel, Logic will allocate more aux channels for you to use (up to 64).

Sync Outlook 2007 calendar with iOS calendar via iCloud

I've succesfuly configured iCloud and I see the icon and option to sync online my Outlook calendar... but to sync, the only available choice is to MOVE the appointments from Outlook calendar to iCloud calendar... is there any way to COPY them instead? Moving means that these dissapear from Outlook, therefore the timeslot shows available now, to anyone who tries to book a new appointment though Outlook...

OK...here's the update. I tried a few more tricks, too numerous to go into and NOTHING worked. I finally downlaoded and installed Companionlink Express and.....presto! I can sync again. 49.95 for the Companionlink software. You would think the BB folks could write (or purchase) a decent piece of software. I purchased the 8330 primarily to help me keep up with my calendar. When that didn't work, I had a $200 dollar cell phone. RIM almost got this one back! IPad calendar with iOS 7.1

Installing iOS 7.1 significantly improved my calendar on my iPhone, but did nothing for calendar on my iPad. Did I miss something?

Perhaps an example would help.
1) suppose I want to look at my schedule for sept 23 this year.
2) I'd expect to go to the year view, click on sept then click on 23
3) that does not work. However I can click on the magnifying glass for the list, but it defaults to sept 1, so I have to scroll and scroll to get to the end of the month.
4) So I tried the week view. It defaults to the first full week in sept, so it's more scrolling to get to the week containing the 23rd. But once there the magnifying glass shows the list for a different week. More scrolling and scrolling.
5) so, finally I go the day view where I can actually get to the schedule for the 23.
iPhone process for accomplishing the same thing:
1) From year view, tap sept
2) in month view, tap 23
3) default is split screen showing month and events for the 23rd
If I didn't have 4 devices sharing the calendar via iCloud, I'd dump this calendar and get a 3rd party app.

I can share a copy of my calendar, but this copy is editable. I would like the other people to have a view of my calendar, not letting them modifying it.

Have him try sharing it with you publicly (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a9479). This will give you a private url to view the calendar. You won't, however, be able to make any changes; it will be read only.

My recent calls list won't work with iOS 7 update

I downloaded my iOS 7 update but my recent calls don't show up anymore. My husband downloaded his update and he has recent calls and an edit at the top of his list but I have nothing. Did this happen to anyone else and how do I fix it?

If your "corporate calendars" are on an MS Exchange system, of course yoiu can. Just install the Exchange account in your phone

Setting list view in calendar

I was very disappointed when I lost "list view" for Calendar on IOS 7.0. But when I upgraded to IOS 7.1, I noticed the old "list view" was back for Calendar. A welcome change. But now that has changed again, I get what is called "combo view", a half screen of graphic calendar and the bottom of the screen lists the day's events. For those of us who liked the simple list view, this is really annoying. Is there a way to get it set once again to "list view"?

IPhone 4s updated with IOS 8. Not the calendar will not show a full list of dates. Instead it shows the whole month with the list of the day selected. I want to have my full list back. So much easier to scroll thru when making appointments.

iPhone 4s just updated with IOS 8. Now my calendar does not offer the full list of items by day on the screen. Instead I see the month and below the month are the appointments in a list for the selected day only. I would like the option to have the full list available as it is much easier to scroll thru the list when making appointments.

The three Rs to IOS, try them in order until the issue is resolved;
Restart - Press and hold the Power button until the red Power Off stripe appears. Swipe to power off. Press and hold the Power button to turn the device back on.
Reset - Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons.
Restore - Connect the device to the Mac or PC with which it is usualy synced and use the iTunes app to restore the device to the factory settings. You can then restore the device with a previously made backup or set it up as new.

Only 'On My Mac' calendars can be published to a web page, but calendars listed under your MobileMe login name for syncing can be shared privately (editable if required) with other MobileMe subscribers, or publicly (non-editable) for general access using a CalDAV client such as iCal or Google Calendar.

IPhone calendar + List View All Calendars option (MobileMe)

Hi all,
I'm trying to fix a problem, which maybe there for some time already, in the iPhone Calendar. I'm using MobileMe to sync contacts and appointments. All my devices are up-to-date to the latest levels of firmware and software.
I have a normal calendar in iCal and some subscribed calendars. Ther's no difference in both type of calendars.
This is what's happening.....
- Individual calendars are all looking perfect in List, Week and Month view.
- All Calendar option is looking good in Week and Month view.
- All Calendar option is bad in List view mode.
When selecting the last option the Today date is changed a couple of days (Today = Wednesday 10-3), but also appointments are on different days. For example the soccer games on Saturday (6-3) and Sunday (7-3) are now changed to Tuesday (9-3) and Wednesday (10-3).
I have the same calendar on my other iPhone and nothing weird going on over there?!?
Does somebody have a clue?
PS. The calendars for this (MobileMe) user are all correct on the other Apple devices.

Got a message from cini007, but I get an error message when I want to reply to that message. I have copied the "solution" below.
I have tried this, but it's not working. The only thing happening is it has changed the dates randomly.
Although I have been looking for the auto shut-off option. I can't find that option only in the alarm clock options?

I had Genius Bar visit with same issue—no go (was advised to reset to factory settings).
BUT here is the SOLUTION as it happened again:
1. set auto shut-off to never
2. turn OFF MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (from Settings menu)
3. wait for calendar entries to be removed—takes minutes if you have several calendars
4. hard reset iPhone (press Home and On/Off at the same time for >5 seconds), and wait 2 minutes (about the time to reboot)
5. restart iPhone
6. turn ON MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (again, from Settings menu)

Location based reminders option not available on iPhone 6plus with iOS 8.1

Location based reminders option (within Reminders app) is not available. I can open the app and create a reminder based off time, but there is no option present to specify location. I have location services enabled. The Reminders app is not listed in my apps eligible to use Location services, but it's never asked... because it's not an option in the app to select.

Try using Siri to set the reminder, something like "remind me to call mom when I leave home". It should either know or ask what "home" is and that may initiate the location services. I did confirm that location services are available on the latest OS for the iPhone plus (just checked mine).
