LMS 4.2.3 - Contract connection reports do not generate matches on devices covered under valid contracts
I entered my CCO credentials and proxy information and all my contracts appear.
When I select just one or all of them, I get no records against any of my devices except on the C18xx and C87xx Product Families.
I know I have the rest of my devices on contract and I am regularly able to open TAC cases and process RMA's on these. I also have the inventory collected for majority of the devices and serial numbers are in the database.

  • 5520 connected to network but not communicat​ing with devices

    I have a 5520 which worked fine for six months. Suddenly it's not working any more. I connect it wirelessly to our home network, it passes all the stages and prints off a test oage showing everything is fine. But when I try to print a page wirelessly from my Mac Mini the print manager just tells me that the printer is 'unconnected'.
    Other devices (eg smartphones) can't find the printer at all, whether they are connected to the home network or using 4G, and I have downloaded HP's app just in case that helped.
    I have tried returning the printer to factory settings but it doesn't make a difference.
    Yesterday I noticed that the printer was showing up as a wi-fi network in its own right so I was able to connect to it from theMac Mini (but not from other devices) and print that way, although that was not great because I had to disconnect from the internet to do it. Today it's not showing in the wi-fi network list any more. Any thoughts woiuld be hugely appreciated!

    I noticed that your HP Photosmart 5520, is not communicating on the wireless network to your other devices. I am happy to help you with this connection issue!
    For further assistance, I will need to know the following:
    The version of the Mac Operating System. To find the exact version, visit this link. Whatsmyos.
    If the printer is able to make copies. Copy Text or Mixed Documents.

  • WiFi won't connect on iPhone but does on all other devices

    So my wifi was working fine and 2 days ago it started to just not connect to my phone anymore.
    It works on all my other devices but my iPhone.
    I tried to reset my network settings, forgot the network and typed in the password again, nothing works.
    Any ideas how I can fix this?

  • USB device connected to port but I can't see device in My Computer

    Was working ok, but now my Miix 2 8 isnt showing up in my computer listing nor in the device manager.
    WiFi seems to be working ok.
    How do I get windows 7 to see the Miix 2 8,   same issue when I plug the Miix 2 into a second windows 7 computer, and when I plug in a dongle with an SD card it sees the card and will display the contents...

    Is the light source you have added an ambient light. Then you see the overall light. By selecting spot or point light you have a light source like lightbulb.
    If the light source is under the grid you want see nothing. place it above the grid.

  • Jetpack MiFI 4620 LE connects to internet but is undiscoverable by any device

    My work provided me with a new MiFI card. It connects to the internet and has a sim card inside it, but is not detectable on Macbook, iphone, ipad. I have had one before that no additional set up was needed. Is this device malfunctioning?

    Not detectable, as in you cannot even see the wireless network from those devices?  That doesn't sound right.  All devices with wireless adapters installed should be able to see the 4620's signal, unless someone configured the SSID to be hidden.  That or the device is not properly booted up to the point where it can broadcast its signal.
    Try restoring the defaults on the device by removing the back cover and pressing and holding the Reset button with a paper clip for 10-15 seconds.  This should remove any unusual configuration settings on the device and set it back to normal.
    If the reset was successful (should see the lights blink on/off in unison followed by a reboot) and the SSID/Network name is still not visible on your devices then contact VZW or your companies Help Desk for warranty/support.

    That screen is saying it has gone into recovery mode and you need to use the instructions for attaching by recovery mode given in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

  • Network connection show unplug the lan connection

    I have Windows 2008 R2 Std edition in my server with dns and file server roll install on the same.
    Now the said servers LAN connection shows unplug but its actually connected. I can access the said server properly. I can able to get remote desktop also there is nothing any issue with the said server but only problem is that unplug icon is showing on task

    Please check if the Network List service and Network awareness service are running. If not, please start them and change the startup type to Automatic. Also please try to disable the NIC and
    re-enable the NIC to see if it works.
    Also, you may temporarily disable firewall for a test.

    (I should have been able to work that out for myself.)
    I just assumed smpatch was not working at all, so had not tried smpatch get, but I did have those variables in the output from previous runs of suc.sh on both machines to compare.
    (I think maybe I should also not try to just "fit" this sort of thing into my schedule late on a Friday night after a busy week (we are short staffed and stressed at the moment - two car crashes and a mountain bike crash have reduced task accomplishment somewhat) especially when my contact lenses are glugged up and I can't see the screen properly (hard to tell the difference between "*" and "+")
    So, MORE red face :-(
    I knew about the java versioning problem and thought I had changed it
    I must apologize for bothering you - but I am most grateful for your help.
    BTW - what I did (just in case it helps anyone else) ....

    Hi，
    So switch a LAN card fix this issue...seems a compatibility issue or maybe some packs or programs you installed recently cause this issue.
    Have you manually check the network adapter driver from the PC's manufacture website? sometimes, it will be a time delay before Microsoft push out the driver update.
    Check if issue exists in safemode with network, this mode will launch Windows with limited sets of files and drivers. 
    if you have a restore point, restore the pc to a previous point at which the pc is functioning fine.

    Without contract is not the same as unlocked. The update to iOS 7 relocked
    the iPhone to the wireless carrier to which it was originally locked. You must
    contact that wireless carrier to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
    If you used jailbreak or other hack to unlock the iPhone initially, the method
    used may prevent a legitimate unlock from succeeding and may render your
    iPhone unuseable.

    Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
    Does the iOS device see the network?
    Any error messages?
    Do other devices now connect?
    Did the iOS device connect before?
    Try the following to rule out a software problem:                
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Power off and then back on your router
    .- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
    - iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
    - Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network      
    - iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
