Login action buttons no longer work and some pages not displaying correctly after upgrade.

After recent update, some web pages not displaying correctly and Login buttons on some sites do not work. I've updated my plugins and restarted computer, but problems remains. Is this Java, Javascript or something else? Same pages are working fine in IE.

Please update the firefox to the latest version of firefox 26
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

If it works in Safe Mode and in normal mode with all extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) disabled then try to find which extension is causing it by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.

I have a problem with some pages not displaying correctly i.e.
SE80 navigation page
F1 help
I am using XP sp2 and we have the latest version of internet explorer 7 (which I cannot uninstall as it is company policy)
SAP version is 6.4c.
I am using SAP Gui 7.10 with the latest patch 710_7.
This is making the system completely unusable for me.
I have read a few forum posts mentioning that upgrading to the latest patch version will resolve this problem, but this clearly has not worked for me.
Can someone please help, how do I actually esculate this to SAP?

I am a SAP developer in ABAP and its related to SE80 which I used to use primarily for editing code (i now have to use se38).
I often use F1 for hints on code etc to use and syntax so it does make it very difficult for me. If there is a more appropriate forum for this please direct me, instead of posting in gibberish english.
Max - I assume you have the same problem and it is also not resolved by the latest patch. I wonder is there a way this can be esculated with SAP?

Text on some pages not displaying correctly since Lion upgrade

Since upgrading to Lion a few days ago, I find that the texg on many web pages does not display correctly. It appears to affect mainly header texts - all I get is a row of the capital letter "A" in boxes. I am running Safari Version 5.1 (7534.48.3) on Lion 10.7 Build 11A511.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

Since updating to 3.6.15 today, back button no longer works and FF doesn't remember URLs. Not just that memory of previous URLs got wiped out, it still doesn't remember the ones I've typed in since I updated. And No back button, it's really hard to use.
I went thru all the settings and could not find a way to fix this problem. What is up? I've never had this happen in any version of IE, FF, or Chrome.
Can I get back previous version? Until then, it's Chrome and IE for me.
I'll be happy to delete any plug-ins if it will make this problem go away.

Back button no longer works in some specific situations; also, it appears that clearing cache isn't working.

The "back" button no longer works in certain specific situations on certain specific websites -- especially on the very website on which I need to use it very frequently. This has been going on for a couple of weeks.
Also, I noticed today that the "clear cache now" command doesn't seem to be working. Formerly, when I cleared the cache, I had to re-login to those websites that normally "remember" my login (because clearing the cache erased that "memory") -- but today, after using the "clear cache now" command, those websites still "remember" my login, which leads me to believe the cache didn't get cleared. I was attempting to clear the cache in the faint hope that this might help the above "back" button problem, as no one has yet given me a solution for this that has worked. I think this problem started around the time I had a few Firefox crashes while using YouTube and doing something else on the computer at the same time.

I'm guessing there's a chance that upgrading to a newer version of Firefox might fix this problem -- but I hesitate to do that, because it occurs to me that it also may be possible that changing the program before fixing this might make it harder to fix. I don't have enough knowledge of this software to know which is more likely, and I don't like to try things at random, in ignorance of the possible results. Why does one HDMI cord work and another one not display an image?

I have a 46L5200U TV that is about a year old. I have been fairly happy with the TV except it seems to be very problematic.
It started with some touch and go issues with the Apple TV that I started using in January. Some days it would work and some days it would give me a compatiblity error. I even connected the Apple TV to a different HDMI port with a short cable rather than the through the wall cable that runs to the access panel above the fireplace.
Recently, the HDMI cable that runs through the wall got damaged and required replacing. The alarm co. that did the original install came out and determined that they could not pull a new cable without cutting access panels in the sheetrock. I am not sure I want to have to deal with all that patchwork and $, so they were kind enough to leave me a cable that I could "borrow" until a decision is made.
Its a 35', heavy duty cable that works great with the Apple TV, but does not work with the cable box. When I get the box close enough to use a standard gauge 5' cable, the signal is fine to the TV.
I understand there is some signal degradation goes up with cable length, but why the difference between the Apple TV and the cable box?
Is this a common problem?
Would I have the same issue with wireless HDMI?

I wish I knew why my email address to the left isn't the one that is set in my preferences or in my registration profile...

IPhone 4 - SOME OF THE SOUND OPTIONS WORK AND SOME DO NOT?????S...

I have a iPhone 4- N WITH SOUND ISSUES
Some of the sound option are not working. Like the speaker phone button, phone will only light up will not ring at all.
Keystroke sound is not working as well, bit when I plug earphones sound work with those and does work when using it like regular phone. DOSE ANYONE HAVE A CLUE ABOUT THE CAUSE OR THE FIX ON THE PROBLEM???? PLEASE HELP?????

I'm sorry to hear of the sound issues you are experiencing with your iPhone. I understand how frustrating it can be and will be more then happy to help get this resolved as soon as possible. To better assist you I need to ask a few questions.
How long have you had this issue? Has there been any physical damage to the phone? Is the issue intermittent? What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
What iOS do you have running on your phone? Installing the latest version of iOS 5 may resolve the issue. You can determine which version of software is installed on your iPhone by navigating to the About screen or by connecting the device to your computer and using iTunes.
1. Press the Home button to return to the Home Screen.
2. Select Settings > General > About.
3. The software version of your device will be listed on this screen.
If you are not running iOS 5, iTunes can update your device to the latest available iOS software. An update doesn't affect your user content or settings. iTunes creates a backup of your iOS device and then performs the update. Follow these steps to update your device:
1. Verify that you are using the latest version of iTunes before attempting to update.
2. Connect your iOS device to your computer.
3. Select your iOS device when it appears in iTunes under Devices.

My Ipod Clasic is no longer working and I do not know why.

I have a 120gb Ipod classic that a friend gave me after purchasing an Ipod touch. I have had it in my possession for almost a year now and have not had a problem up until recently. I would be listening to a podcast or a song and it would randomly jump to either a farther part in the podcast or jump to a different song. I tried the 5 R's and they did not work.I restored the Ipod assuming it would fix the problem, but I was wrong. Now when I plug my Ipod into my computer it says there is a problem with my device and performs a can. The scan comes back with no issues found. Then in Itunes I am told it does not recognize my device and I need to restore it. When I go to restore the Ipod it then says it can not be restored.
Is there anyway to fix this or should I just ditch this one and invest in a new device all together?

Adobe Acrobat no longer works on my Apple 10.5.8 after upgrading latest patch?

After my Apple 10.5.8 OS automatically downloaded the latest Adobe Acrobat the other day, (after I ok'd it), it no longer works at all, can't open any pdf's at all. It says the following:
The currently selected language resources are not supported by the current version of Adobe Acrobat. Please reselect the language in the International System Preferences panel. I have been to this panel and nothing is working???

CRXIR2 image from blob field and some fonts not displaying in PDF export

I used CRXIR2 developer edition to create a report linked to a SQL 2000 database table. There is a blob field containing a JPG image that is different for each record in the table. I am using VB.NET code with ASP.NET 2.0 to programmatically change the temp file to a local folder for easy cleanup, open this crystal report with the 11.5.3700.0 version of the assemblies, set the datasource to a DataTable extracted from the DB, and then export to a PDF file.
The code for creating the PDF is:

When I run the site locally in VS2008, everything works fine and a PDF contains the graph and all the fonts are correct.
However, when I run the exact same site from a web server running IIS6, the PDF generated does not have the image, and some of the fonts are substituted (all of the necessary fonts are installed on the IIS server).

I am able to see the image and export from the CR Designer on my machine running XP. However, I installed the designer on our IIS server running Server 2003, and the image does not show in the designer preview on that machine.
I found another forum thread that you are involved in (1902383) that seems to be dealing with this exact issue, and it looks like there may not be a resolution.
I am going to try a different route - instead of pulling in the SQL Image field directly, I am going to write it out to a temporary file and pull it in by altering the graphic location of the picture object in the report.
I'll let you know how that works.

Strange fonts, and some fonts not displaying at all

I've recently been having problems with Firefox not displaying text correctly - instead it comes up with some jumbled weird characters.
Here are a few things I've already tried:
* I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox (I am currently on v3.6.10)
* I've tried and reinstalled all the default font families in my Control Panel > Fonts

This issue can be caused by an old bitmap version of the Helvetica or Geneva font or (bitmap) fonts that Firefox can't display in that size. 
Firefox can't display some old bitmap fonts in a larger size and displays gibberish instead. 
You can test that by zooming out (View > Zoom > Zoom Out, Ctrl -) to make the text smaller.
Uninstall (remove) all variants of that not working font to make Firefox use another font or see if you can find a True type version that doesn't show the problem.

Hello. I am designing some pages that appeared just right in Safari 4, but now that I use Safari 5 they are all wrong (they do appear correctly in Firefox and Opera). Is anybody having the same problem?

Some pages not displaying columns properly since FF 37.0.1 update

The problem showed up on some pages on Lynda.com. IE 11 does not have the problem.

Troubleshooting steps so far:
1. Refresh FF. No joy.
2. Disable all add-ons. No joy.
3. Run FF in safe mode. No joy.

Never mind, I fixed it. Changed some Java settings, then changed them back.

Header and Footer in not displaying correctly on each page in Adobe Forms

Hi experts,
 I need your little help on Adobe Form. I have develop a customer account statement and facing problem.
 In header and footer part I have to display customer address. It is ok if data is of one page. But when data is overflowing, customer address is showing only at first page in header, and not displaying address neither in header nor in footer(footer section will print on last page, it may be either first page or third page ) on other pages. (Address is table type data )
 Header and footer Section address has been designed on Master Page.
Please help me to resolve these two problems as soon as possible.

This can be done by bit of tweaking using JavaScript.
Actually the problem was, the header was printing continuously in subsequent pages and once the header data was over the rest of the pages contained blank header. But we need have to print same header for each group of items till that group of items finish in the specific page. And for new group of items different header will be filled and so on.
So to overcome this issue, create the item table in such a way that the header data is also included in the item table for each group of items. In the layout, select your header field and the event READY LAYOUT and write the below JavaScript code. This event is called for each page for that header field, so you can directly map the item table value and put it in your header field.
