If the Autoconfig doesnt help, you might want to raise an SR, and you will also need to start debugging on Apache / JServ for more information. Steps to do this I once saved, and are pasted below:
Enable Apache debug as follows
a.cd $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs
delete or backup all the log files
b.cd $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs
delete or backup all log files
c.cd $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Jserv/logs/jvm/
delete or backup the files
e.vi $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf
Set LogLevel debug
f.vi $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.conf
Set ApJServLogLevel debug
g.vi $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.properties
Set following:
log=true....
log.file=//../<SID>_ora/iAS/Apache/Jserv/logs/jserv.log
log.timestamp=true
log.channel=true...
log.channel.info=true....
log.channel.jservException=true
log.channel.warning=true
log.channel.servletLog=true
log.channel.critical=true
log.channel.debug=true.....
Restart the Apache Server
cd $COMMON_TOP/admin/scripts/<SID>_<host_name>
sh adapcctl.sh start
-------------Apache Bounce & Enabling Debug End----------------------------------------
Note:- Revert the changes after reproducing the issue, as Enabling Debug in Apache result in
Performance overhead.
Reproduce the issue
Upload the FRESH Logs from following Directories in ZIP Format.
1.From "$IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs"
2.From "$IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs"
3.From "$IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs/jvm"
Also, if you are just getting a blank screen then you might want to recompile JSPs via adadmin.

  • Workcenter ID page not coming

    Hello Gurus,
    We have CTI integration with our SAP IC application. Bucher and Suter is the service provider. When we login to SAP IC, we have work center ID to be entered by the Agent which establishes connections to the communication management services. This is working fine till we refreshed our test environment. After the refresh, work center id page is not coming and it is directly taking us to the account identification page.
    We have checked all the connections as well and dont see any issue. Please help me if you encountered similar issue.
    Thanks a lot in Advance!
    Lakshman

    HI,
    Thanks for the response.
    Refresh i mean, we did a system refresh with our Production system recently. Our BASIS team did this activity and they performed all the post refresh activities as well but what we observed is the workcenter id page missing. When i select the role, it earlier takes me to workcenter id page but now getting directly to the account identification page without prompting to enter workcenter id.
    Thanks
    Lakshman

    Hi,
    We are performing an Upgrade of 12.0.6 to 12.1.1.
    We have just finished the upgrade of 10.1.3 Home to 10.1.3.4. After the successful completetion of Patchset Installation, as a part of Instance
    Validation , we found that we were not able to get the R12 Login Page displayed.
    On Checking the Apache Logs, The Error Message looked as below:

    It is reading the AppsLocalLogin.jsp from a non existent Location < INST_TOP>/portal/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp
    I have run the autoconfig successfuly in all the Application Tiers and generated Product JAR Files. But still the Error Exists.
    Please help to resolve this issue.

    Thank You Helios.
    The thread which you had mentioned in your previous reply had the similar issue which i was facing.
    I moved forward with the remaining Pre-Upgrade Tasks, Applied Maintainence Pack and then completed the Post Upgrade Tasks.
    I am very delighted to let you know that my Upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.1 was successful. I got the feeling of GLADIATOR :) when I saw the Login Page appearing for the first
    time after the Upgrade.
    Thank you all for your help and Support.
    Thanks,Varun

  • OBIEE 11g login page not showing

    hi,
    I installed obiee11g on windows 2008 server...all OPMN process r started but still login page is not showing...Can anyone help

    Hi,
    what url do you use? And what port? I use (for BI answer) http://obiee-vm:7001/analytics. Port *7001* not 9001. It works for everything. http://obiee-vm:7001/em and so on.
    You should try it.
    bye

  • Web Authentication - Web login page not displayed

    Cisco 4402 WLC running version 5.2.193.0
    Access Points: AIR-LAP1142N
    I have configured an SSID for WebAuthentication. When a wireless client logs into the WLAN the PC will associate to the AP but will then stop at the WEBAUTH_REQD stage.
    Internet Explorer will show the attmept to redirect to the virtual port at 1.1.1.1 but will not bring up the login page.
    IE shows : https://1.1.1.1/login.html?redirect=www.google.co.ukhttp://www.google.co.uk/
    The network is a flat network so this SSID is using the management interface.
    DHCP is being provided by the controller for this WLAN.
    I know the classic design should be for this to be implemented on a separate VLAN but my customer has not VLANed his network yet and this is planned at a later stage. I have implemented this on a flat network before and it has worked.
    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    I faced exactly the same problem as you have described above. The following is what fixed it for me, i am sure u try it to might fix it for u as well.
    In my scenario i found that my WLC controller had cipher-option sslv2 disabled. I enabled it and that resolved the issue for me.
    This is what needs to be done in order to do it :-
    It's best to enable it on the WLC and this is done from the CLI. It requires a reboot.
    ssh to the WLC
    enter the following command:-
    WLC>config network secureweb cipher-option sslv2 enable
    and then reboot.
    Once the WLC reboots u can check the status by issuing the following command:-
    WLC>show network summary
    The output should look similar to the following
    RF-Network Name............................. GTCR-CH-RF-GA
    Web Mode.................................... Enable
    Secure Web Mode............................. Enable
    Secure Web Mode Cipher-Option High.......... Disable
    Secure Web Mode Cipher-Option SSLv2......... Enable
    As u can see the Secure Web Mode Cipher-Option SSLv2 is now enabled.
    This should work.
    Hope this helps and all the best.

  • Password & Login Pages not working

    Good peoples,
    Due to some stupid browsing I've got a little glitch in my computer, it happens with both safari & firefox. Basically, whenever I enter in a login & password on a page (these are non-Keychain passwords) it keeps looping back to the page with blank login & password entries. With Gmail, I can't even get to the login page. The address bar just keeps going through freak out and the browser is stuck in limbo. After a few scans and such, I've got Intego protection softwares, I'm confident that there isn't any malware but I think some glitch got into my computer before I shut it down.
    Horribly embarresed here, deservedly so, can say with certainty I've learned my lesson.
    Thanks for any help.
    For the record I've done:
    *Various virus & trojan scans
    *Repair Keychain, even though these passwords are not on my keychain
    *Spoke with Intego Help
    *Re installed Safari
    *Tried and found the same problems in Firefox
    *And cleaned out all of my caches & cookies
    Thanks,
    JKisan

    Are you using Skype website or Skype desktop client to changing the password?

But she said she had issues with her mouse cursor. Some of the clicks and keyboard buttons were not responding. She decided to restart her computer and thats where we are right now. Log in page keeps coming back after shortly after accepting the password.

    have you installed your SOA Suite in advanced mode?
    Then you have to enable a checkbox with "Configure this as an OC4J administration instance"

    Is this the first time you restarted the servers after the fresh installation? If no, then there must be for sure some changes done, were they? If yes, then the initial configuration was itself wrong, check the prerequisites before installing.

  • Index/Welcome page not coming up??

    Greetings -
    I am just getting things switched over from Windoze to our new iMac, and I finally figured out how to get my old web pages into iWeb for updating and publishing. I am able to get the site published to a folder (I'm not using .mac) and then FTP'd using Cyberduck, but when I try to bring the site up in Firefox, I get a directory listing of my files instead of the Index.html page. I can click on the index file to get the site up, but it won't come up on it's own. I would assume "user error", except the old index file loads without any problems. The only difference I can see is the case of the files - the Windoze files were all lower case, but the iWeb files are 1st letter cap.
    Any help appreciated...for now I had to reload the old site files back onto the server just to keep the "web presence".
    TIA...Bruce in Redding, CA (currently known as "**** on Earth" due to the wildfires)

    If you're not already taking this approach:
    "When you upload the files, instead of selecting the entire folder named "Site", select the contents of the folder instead."
