Lollipop update for note 3

Hi i bot an AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from the U. S. A. I unlocked is here in Bangladesh locally. Bt i cant use NFC neither i can use my phone as Hotspot. Also i m unable to receive updates for lollipop. Any suggestions for me how to solve my problem? My email is *** appreciate if any kind soul can assist me on this... Thank u...

even this posters carrier cant do anything as the software is locked to ATT period. The hotspot is trying to check with ATT's server to see if they have the subscription for mobile hotspot.

I understand you have not been able to update your Note 4 to Lollipop; I would be happy to assist you resolve this issue!
You must be connected to Wi-Fi during the Software Update check and download. I do recommend you turn off the setting for Smart Network Switch before attempting to check for an update.
From your phone, go to: Settings>Wi-Fi and ensure the box is unchecked next to “Smart network switch”.
How to update:
Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
From the home screen, drag down the notification bar, and then tap Settings.
Scroll to and tap About device.
Tap Software update.
Tap Check for updates.
Status message: Software update process will not delete any personal data on your phone. Check the AT&T server for new software update?
Tap OK.
Status message: Checking for update; Processing and the download for the software update will begin in a moment. The software download may take several minutes.
Status message: Downloading...
Status message: Software Update a software update is available for your device that requires Wi-Fi connectivity for download progress to begin. Connect to a Wi-Fi network? For a list of free Wi-Fi networks click here AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots.
Tap Continue.
The device will start downloading the software update.
Status Message: Downloading software update, Please do not leave Wi-Fi coverage area
The device will automatically restart once the new software has successfully downloaded.
Status Message: The software has been successfully installed. Your phone is now ready to use.
Tap Done.

Where can I download the kitkat 4.4.4 update for Note 3

Since taking the OTA update, one of my Note 3's has lost it's mind. ALL the sensors stopped working. No auto rotate, no palm gestures, etc. Where can I get a copy of the 4.4.4 update so I can reflash my phone to see if it fixes my issues? I am no longer in contract with Verizon and if I can't undo the damage this update has done to my phone, Sprint sure is looking pretty good to me . . .

UPDATE: I have done all you mentioned to no avail. Today I went to local Best Buy and presented my phone and issue to the Samsung Rep there (the Samsung Manager there). He played with my phone for about an hour and gave up. He reflashed my phone, did a factory reset and searched the internet for resolutions. He did find many people with the same issue and it appears to point to library files within the Samsung Hub that may, when updated/removed, turned off the Sensors deep in the firmware. There is no external way to turn them back on in the firmware, ie, toggling Screen Rotation on in the settings menu. The ONLY sensor that seems to be functional is the eye scrolling when reading. EVERY other sensor is off. Even the camera buttons do not rotate when going from landscape to portrait views. He is researching it further and will contact me if he finds any resolution. So thanks to Verizon/Samsung, my Note 3 does not work as intended any longer. I am sure that no one in Verizon Support that monitors these boards has the expertise to fix my problems. The local Verizon Store only checked my account and basically told me "sorry, no protection plan, goodbye . . . and don't forget to mail your payment on time" . . . if the Lollipop update does not fix this issue, guess Sprint will get a new customer . . .

It can handle kitkat. Those problems were coding issues I believe.. and they tried to resolve it but not successful. Can they stop their work on kitkat and start working on lollipop rather.

Verizon Galaxy S5 Lollipop Update Does not work with Ford My Ford Touch

Updated my Verizon Galaxy S5 to Android Lollipop this week. We have a Ford Edge with My Ford Touch. All Blue Tooth features for Galaxy S5 paired and worked with Ford MFT except for text under Android Kit Kat 4.4. Since Update, I cannot: 1. use voice commands to dial via blue tooth and telephone directory from car; 2. Verizon Telephone Contact entries do NOT show in Contact List; 3. Contact List in phone is different alpha sort order from telephone directory that one can see with pairing of phone and car via Bluetooth. I have unpaired and paired phone/car multiple times. All suggestions welcome. How does one go back to Android 4.4 Kit Kat that seemed to work fine!

App Store notifies updates for not installed app?

Hello,
I keep getting an update notification for an app not installed (anymore? I can't rememeber if I ever installed it) on my MBP.
Is there a way to hide/override it?
I already tried cleaning App Store cache but nothing changed.
Any clue?

You can "hide" a purchased item by hovering over its listing in the "Purchases" tab. A small "x" will appear, and if you click on it the item will disappear from the list:
You still are entitled to it, though, and can "unhide" it later by going to
Store Menu > View My Account

Mac app store always shows updates for not installed apps

Hi,
I've got fresh install of 10.7.1 (replaced hdd, installed via Restore OS usb flash drive). Everything works properly, except of Mac App Store.
For some reason it shows me as updates all apps I ever purchased. Installed and updated to latest version, as well as not installed yet.
Any way to fix this?

Lollipop Update for S4

I am guessing Summer 2015 at the earliest - or past renewal time for most owners, so they just won't care as will have moved on.

I would LOVE to have Lollipop 5.0, but since Samsung only promises OS update support within 18 months of release, I'm guessing that the VZW I545's are out of the loop. Per phonearena.com, I9500 is scheduled for early 2015 and, I9505 later. So far, I am happy with 4.4.2, that's Kitkat, right?

Q2 lollipop update for P70

I wonder where is the update that should have been released any time in Q2, and when will we get it.
Such a great disappointment really.

I think it is better to wait few weeks od months in order to allow Lenovo programmers to complete 5.0 and to test all segments, rather than this 4.4.4 - many unfinished parts and bugs. Also, many people complain for battery authonomy in 4.4.4 but they don't know that 5.0 is more power hungry system. I will wait and after official release of 5.0 to see comments of people before upgrade. Untill than, I will install 4.4.4 patches hoping to correct all bugs.

Any update on the Lollipop update for Moto X 1st generation?

I'm wondering why there is such a delay in getting the update after the 2nd gen was out in November ...

They are having problems and want to solve what they already have.
