Love it but can't download it.

I am beyond ******.. I've been using keynote on my moms iPad and love it. Only problem is that it won't download on my phone.. It says I've already downloaded it and wants me to get it from the cloud but as soon as I click the button it changes to the downloading circle for like half a second and goes back to the cloud with out downloading..

--starts like this---Then I click the little cloud button and it changed to the little circle download thingy--not even 3 seconds later it gives up and changes back to the cloud

I have the same issue, to temporarily fix it go to Settings > General > Restart. When it restarts the movie should play. You have to do this for each movie for the most part.

The Ni Update service does't work, it needs a new version but can't download it.

You should restore the the iPod to totally erase the iPod and add your own media to the iPod.
Connect the iPod to your computer and restore to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes.

There should not be any reason you cannot download it, unless you are referring to not having a link in your account for it.

Adobe is verifying my case, but I'm in need of an urgent response. I don't know if I make another account and another credit card debit, just to have access for the programs, or if I wait working on another old PC computer for 25 trial days. If I make another account I can be charged for 2 payments, That's what I don't want.

It sounds like you are looking to use your iCloud storage to upgrade your operating system. To upgrade you actually need the storage on your iPhone to have that free space. You can check available space on your iPhone under Settings > General > About, then you will see the available space next to Available.
