Lumia 800 - Marketplace Error message and code c00...

Hello, I bought my Lumia 800 in NZ less than a week ago. I get an error message when trying to access apps or get recommended updates via Marketplace...
"We're sorry but we can't complete your request at the moment. Try launching Marketplace again. If the problem continues, check back in a little while or try restarting your phone.
Error code: c00cee3b"
I have tried both the suggestions of checking back and restarting phone - this error message and code has been happening for several days.
Any ideas or tips much appreciated.

I suggest that you try and reset your phone and re-sync your windows Live ID to it by performing a master reset, be sure to save a back up of your sensitive data!

Click the Help Menu (Extreme Right) => Form Builder Help Topics. Type the Error Number (eg. FRM-10000)/ Built-in Name. It provides list of related topics, click Display and detail help is provided.

DVR displays error message and code E25

I have a fairly new DVR620 that I have successfully dubbed two old home movie VHS tapes to DVD. I started a new one today and about 3-4 minutes into the dubbing I get an E25 error that the content is not allowed to be dubbed... IT'S A HOME MOVIE; not something I purchased. I restarted it and got the same thing. I then just tried to start from where it crapped out, but the sme thing happened. What is causing this? If I can't use the thing for what I bought it for it's useless.

If one of the previous tapes is successful in being dubbed, and the other one you're trying to dub isn't successful, there's something about the tape that's making the DVR620 refuse to dub it. You mention tracking. I'm wondering if the DVR620 refuses to try dubbing it because the picture is too unstable. If you have another working VCR available, it would be interesting to see if running it through L1 input and recording it that way would work, and whether the resultant dub would even be watchable.
Regarding the tracking... at what recording speed was the tape made? Perhaps EP (i.e. the slowest speed)? That, along with the head alignment of the original recording machine, may make playback too difficult. Presumably you have tried adjusting the tracking on the tape to improve the picture, or was the picture still not very acceptable?

I have a an iMac 27" and am trying to import some videos of a friends wedding into iMovie however one of the movies won't import. It doesn't say why or give any error message or codes. All of the other movies on the card download with out a problem.

The movie in question is not 'corrupt' as you can watch it in iMovie direct from the SD card but as soon as you try to import it, it just says 'error'. iIve tried moving the file to an external drive ( and other variations on this theme) then importing but have had no luck.
Can anyone please help me.

Thanks for the pointers. The file type is .mts (a proprietry sony one).
I have now found some video converter software (Wondershare and iSkysoft) at a cost. Either will convert this file for me into .mp4. This I can then import into iMovie without any problems. I've checked this on the trial versions and it worked well but without paying am left with a giant watermark in the video
The mystery (which I still havent solved) is why did 20 other .mts files import fine and then this one not?
If you could point me in the direction of some free .mts converter software that would be the cherry on the cake.

Sometimes the Adobe servers used for the updates can get busy and it’s necessary to try a couple of times. Also make sure you don’t have a firewall which may be blocking the connection. It sometimes helps to temporarily disable internet security/anti-virus software. Because the Organizer is shared by both programs it often helps to do the PSE update first, followed by the PRE update in that order.
Select the 12.1 update for PSE from the updater dialog and ensure everything else is unchecked. Quit PSE and PRE if you have it running and then start the update.
If PSE updates properly to 12.1 repeat the process for PRE.

make sure you're using the adobe cleaner, not crap cleaner, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
copy the installation files to a desktop folder and install from there.

You are welcome to post any specific errors you are able to discover within your installation log to this discussion. Since you are using Windows then Exit Code 15 could mean one of the following:
Installer database is corrupted
Update pending to your operating system
Improper permissions set for the Media.db
The installation log file should provide additional insight into the exact error you are experiencing. Please make sure to use the find command to look for the words 'ERROR' and 'FATAL' to locate the relevant error messages.

Thanks. Where could I possibly look for a firewall rule. I knowingly did not creat any. My system has internet coming to a Modem which then is connected to a wireless router. I have computers connecting to the router through cable as well as wireless. One of these computers has been our mailserver using Mercury and Pegasus and that computer has a static IP address. The Mac Mini also has been assigned a different srtatic IP address. I have only set up user account, none of them an email account as I initially expect them to receive only internal mails. Is it necessary that I must set up an email id for each user while setting up the user account. My server id is server.local. So would the email id for local users be [email protected]?

When restoring an iPhoto library I got an "unexpected error" message and the operation could not be completed. Is my best choice to try again?

One of my external hard drives died. I had several iPhoto libraries in it. Fortunately, I used Time Machine to backup to a Time Capsule and I can see all the iPhoto library icons in Backups.
When restoring the first iPhoto library, after three hours, I got an "unexpected error" message and the operation could not be completed. Indeed, the restored library is smaller than the library in Backups. Is my best choice to try again and replace the restored library (which apparently must be missing some photos)? It would mean another 3 hours plus of restoration with fingers crossed...
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I am always suspicious of using a different OS to the one that was used to run the backup.. ie if you used Snow L to backup then there is absolutely nothing wrong with using SL to restore.
Mount the TC sparsebundle and verify it using disk utility.

You might also like to load the widget in Time Machine so you get whatever the full error message is..
I cannot find any reference to the error code you are getting..
My recommendation would be to try it on a different computer.. restore the whole backup to an external drive large enough to accept the whole backup.

Yes, the store didn't properly activate the card.
