The plug-in for the selected item is not installed on your system...
Onko jotain muita vaihtoehtoja lisätä niiden verkkomuuttujat projektiin?

  • SQL 2000 LINKED SERVER ERROR 7303 WITH SQL 2012 ON WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2

    Hi all,
I have a problem with SQL Server 2012 and a linked server for SQL 2000 database.
    System specification:
    Windows server 2012 64 bit
    SQL SERVER 2012 64 bit
REMOTE SERVER SQL 2000 32 bit
I've installed sql native client 32bit,create a SYSTEM DSN odbc connection with "SQL Server" driver named "MYSERVER".
Create a linked server with the query below in SQL 2012:
    EXEC master.dbo.sp_addlinkedserver @server =N'MYSERVER', @srvproduct=N'MYSERVER', @provider=N'MSDASQL', @datasrc =N'MYSERVER', @location=N'System';
    EXEC master.dbo.sp_addlinkedsrvlogin @rmtsrvname=N'MySERVER',@useself=N'True',@locallogin=NULL,@rmtuser=NULL,@rmtpassword=NULL
    GO
but when i browse the linked server i receved error 7303.

You need 64-bit MSDASQL. It is the bitness of the server you are connecting from that matters. 64-bit executables cannot hook into 32-bit DLL.
However, I suspect that you will not get things to work anyway. At least I have not seen anyone this far who has been able to set up a linked server from SQL 2012 to SQL 2000. I know that when I tried this, the following providers had this result:
SQLNCLI11 - does not support connections to SQL 2000.
SQLNCLI10 - failed with some obscure message that I don't recall.
SQLNCLI - Don't recall that the problem was here.
SQLOLEDB - SQLOLEDB is always replaced with the most recent version of SQLNCLI, so this fails because of lack of support.
I don't think I got through all version of the ODBC drivers, though.

  • Jpeg 2000 - news and advice

I need to know if there  is a plug in for jpeg2 -- for ps-4, on Mac, and if any one has found this to be a good/better format for  small cameras?

There are plugins available on the web if you are interested.  But looking at info below you might want to consider that since it is not widely used you may have trouble sharing picutres with others in this format.
    This from wikapedia
While there is a modest increase in compression performance of JPEG 2000 compared to JPEG, the main advantage offered by JPEG 2000 is the significant flexibility of the codestream. The codestream obtained after compression of an image with JPEG 2000 is scalable in nature, meaning that it can be decoded in a number of ways; for instance, by truncating the codestream at any point, one may obtain a representation of the image at a lower resolution, or signal-to-noise ratio – see scalable compression. By ordering the codestream in various ways, applications can achieve significant performance increases. However, as a consequence of this flexibility, JPEG 2000 requires encoders/decoders that are complex and computationally demanding. Another difference, in comparison with JPEG, is in terms of visual artifacts: JPEG 2000 produces ringing artifacts, manifested as blur and rings near edges in the image, while JPEG produces ringing artifacts and 'blocking' artifacts, due to its 8×8 blocks.
JPEG 2000 has been published as an ISO standard, ISO/IEC 15444. As of 2012[update], JPEG 2000 is not widely supported in web browsers, and hence is not generally used on the Internet.

My last column needs to be Entitlement which should be the carry over of 2012 + carry over of 2013 = 31 - which should be my entitlement for 2013.
Not sure if that makes any sense.
    Please see images attached.
Is there a way to do this with no ABAP, as I am not able to write the customer exit.
    Thank you

You may try with Cell definitions concept by introducing a "Calyear structure" in rows and define 2013 cell accordingly. Rest all cells other than in Entitle ment KF take the definitions of their respective CKFs/RKFs. Leave all cells blank other than 2013 in Entitlement KF.
Remove Calyear infoobject which is there currently in rows pane and then create a structure in place of it. Every year, you will need to enhance the Calyear structure and make the cell definitions accordingly as per your business requirement.
Please have a look at my blog to get a brief idea on what I am saying.

  • Multiple column table

    Hi obiee experts,
I am new to obiee and reporting itself.
I have requirement to create a table as follows:
    for-each GROUP_NAME
    DATE
    SHIFT_NAME
    PERSON_NAME NUMBER_OF_HOURS
For clarity, I am adding two sample records,
    GROUPNAME : IT
    02-FEB-2012
    0900 1500 2000
    ABC 0 5 3
    GROUPNAME : SERVICES
    03-FEB-2012
    0900 1500
    XYZ 4 1
    0 3
And to add more to this, all this data is available in a flat structure as,
    <RESULTS>
    <GROUPNAME></GROUPNAME>
    <DATE></DATE>
    <SHIFT_NAME></SHIFT_NAME>
    <PERSON_NAME></PERSON_NAME>
    <NUMBER_OF_HOURS></NUMBER_OF_HOURS>
    </RESULTS>
which repeats for the same group but different DATE and SHIFT etc.
    Is this doable?

    Hi ,
You can do that. Its not the problem.
As you are new to BIP just follow the below steps.
1.Open the word Load your XML.
2.Goto Insert option --> Select table wizard ..
3.Follow the pop up window..select which columns you want to show in your Report.
4.Under the group by select your shift column.
Finish the template check the preview and do the change as per your need.
As a new to OBIEE and BIP this will be very helpful for you.

  • Displaying ReportViewer 11 in older versions of Internet Explorer

I would like to know if I'd have any problem displaying reportviewer 11 in  IE 8, 9 and 10

    Hi Eliarias,
According to your description, you want to know the ReportViewer compatibility on IE 8, 9 and 10.
In Reporting Service, the type of browser used to view the application determines the kind of ReportViewer functionality that you can provide in your application. The browser type are supported for ReportViewer is decided by operating system version. The
IE 8 and IE 9 are not supported on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 2000 and Mac OS X. The IE 10  is not supported on Windows Vista and Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Mac OS X. For more information, please

  • CRM2015: AD Domain Functional Levels Ambiguity - Clarification Sought

In the Planning and Deployment guide (page 17) It states.
The domain where the server is located must be running in one of the following Active Directory domain functional levels:
    Windows Server 2008 Modes
    Windows Server 2008 R2 Modes
    Windows Server 2012 Modes
For more information about Active Directory domain and forest modes, see:
Understanding Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) Functional Levels
Active Directory (Windows Server 2012 R2)
Windows 2000 Server forest and domain modes are not supported with this version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
When it states Windows Server 2008 Modes, does it mean only 2008 modes, or the modes supported by 2008. As I believe one of the 2008 Modes is 2003 Native and Interim.
Can anybody confirm if AD controllers must be 2008 or higher to support CRM?

  • SQL server 2000 Procedure executing very slower in SQL 2012

    Hi,
I've migrated my database from SQL 2000 to SQL 2012 using SQL2008 as intermediate. After migration, I found that one of my procedure is timing out from web site. When I run that procedure in Management Studio, it takes 42 seconds to display result. The same
query is executed in 3 seconds in SQL 2000 version (in first run it takes 10 seconds in SQL 2000 and second run it took 3 seconds only). But in SQL 2012 second and third time also it took 36 seconds. Can anyone explain why the query takes longer time instead
of less time after the upgrade?
Our prod deployment date is approaching so any quick help is appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

You need to compare the execution plans of queries running in 2000 and 2012 to pin point why there is a difference.
However, have you made sure that you have reindexed the indexes and updated the stats and you still see the difference? If not, please do that and test again.
Could you post the execution plans?

  • SQL Server 2000\2005 compatibility with Active Directory 2012

    Hi All,
We are currently using Active Directory 2003 and will be upgrading to AD 2012.  I'm trying to determine if there is any known compatibility issues when running older versions of SQL Server (2000 and 2005) when upgrading to AD 2012.   I've
read forums from when others went from AD 2003 to AD 2008 and didn't experience any issues.  We have the newer versions of SQL but I'm not too concerned about these.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated?   Has anyone been through
    this process.
    Thanks,

    Hi CraftsmanRobert,
Based on my understanding, you used Active Directory 2003, then it would be upgraded to Active Directory 2012. You wanted to run older versions of SQL Server (2000 and 2005) with Active Directory 2012.
Firstly, there can be a compatibility problem when run older version with Active Directory 2012. SQL Server 2005 (the release version and service packs) and earlier versions of SQL Server are not supported on Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012,
Windows 8.1, or Windows 8. For more information, please refer to this article: How to use SQL Server in Windows and Windows Server environments (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2681562/en-us).
Besides, Microsoft doesn’t provide assisted support for SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 already. Please upgrade the existing instance of SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 to a new version like SQL Server 2012. You can download SQL Server 2012 Express
    from this link:

  • Installing a Windows 2012 Domain Controller into a 2000/2003 domain with Exchange 2003

    Hello,
I have a client that we are planning to migrate to 2012 over time.  They currently have a Windows 200 DC and 2 member servers running Windows 2003, one of which is running Exchange 2003.
We first are going to introduce a 2012 server into the domain and my plan was to DCPromo the 2003 server that isn't running Exchange and raise domain level to 2003 and then demote the 2000 server.  I was then going to install the
2012 server into the domain and make it a backup Domain Controller for the time being and leave the newly promoted Windows 2003 server as the primary Domain Controller with all the roles and global catalog.  My question is will Exchange 2003 still function
    normally in this scenario?
I've been doing research and read some things about Exchange 2003 not working with 2012 Domain Controllers, but I was thinking if the 2003 is still the primary, it might work.  We will eventually migrate to 2003, they just don't want to
do it all at once, due to costs and other issues.
    Thanks.

I didn't ask if it was supported, I just wanted to know if Exchange 2003 would continue
to function if the Windows 2003 DC still held all the FSMO roles and Global Catalog.
A not supported situation means that it is a situation where Microsoft made no testing or do not guarantee that you can operate with no problems. Following a not supported scenario could be done but is on your own risk.
If it won't, can the 2012 server be a member server in the 2003 AD?  The 2000
DC it is replacing, just shares files on the network in addition to being the lone AD server
Yes, it can be a member server.

  • SQL 2012 Linked Server connection from SQL 2000

    Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to create a linked server connection in SQL 2000 to a SQL 2012 instance?
If so, which provider should I use?
    Many Thanks,
    Phil

    Hi Shanky,
I'm afraid you misunderstood my Q. The above posts show how to create a linked server connection FROM SQL2012 --> SQL 2000.
I'm trying to create a linked server connection FROM SQL 2000 --> SQL 2012.
