Made a photobook but cant order it
Hi there this is my first post, i made a small photobook on i photo, and would like to get it printed. When i asks for method of payment ie visa, mastercard or american express, i do not have any of these. All i have is my debit card, please can any one tell me a way to order my book and pay for it with my dedit card?. Many Thanks Joe
Hey there. Does your debit card not go through any of the credit card companies? Most debit cards in the U.S. go through either MasterCard or Visa, and if you order something online, you just specify that particular card type, even if it is a debit card.
Check on Apple's site for the customer support for Apple Printing Services, they may have an alternate payment method available for you to use, however I think that it only supports credit and debit cards that go through Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Local Exchange is FTTC/FTTP enabled but cant order...
Ive been waiting for 2 years to get FTTC, my local exchange is finally accepting orders for FTTC and FTTP. However when i go to order fibre with BT it tells me that its not available, therefore i assume my local cabinet has not been upgraded. How do i find out, if and when my cabinet will be upgraded? and is there a way as a business to pay for FTTC or FTTP to be installed? my current broadband speed is pathetic and trying to run a web business with a poor internet connection is frustrating to say the least.
My postcode is S25 4EW and apparently im on cabinet P12 if that helps.

Just because an exchange is fibre enabled does not necessary mean that your PCP (cab) has been enabled, these are done in phases, your PCP may be 1st or even last.

IDVD made my slideshow but can't select my title buttons in order!
Hi all,
I have made a album slideshow on iDVD works fine but cant select my title buttons with my dvd controller in the right order with the arrows. I can select all of them but eg. by pressing up it goes right!
I do not understand this can anyone help me?

BenThe button order is the order they were added to the menu. If you manually change the order on the menu they still will highlight in the original, established order. So don't change the order after adding the items to the menu.

I made a website, but have now deleted it in order to take it down. However, after deleting it, the website is still online? Can anyone help me figure out how to remove the site completely?
The site is joehewett.uk and I am worried that now I do not have the files of the website I cannot remove it?
James.Did you delete the files from your Remote server?
Deleting the local site folder or the site definition in DW will have no effect on your remote site.
When I go to your URL, I see the index.html page with 16 code errors and this background image:

So the site is still online until you delete those files from your server.

I have set up my photos in Adobe Elements 12 organiser and wish to download them to Snapfish in order to create a photobook, but it seems I am unable to do this. Adobe do not provide a hardcopy photobook service. Can anyone help me please? I don't want to have to reformat all my photos. It has taken me the whole week to do it in Adobe Elements. I was unaware that Adobe no longer have this service as it misleadingly appears that they do.

Yes - well you have to make the file in a word processing Application.
You could use TextEdit (it's free) Pages (words only), or Numbers (data base) (they are part of iWorks - and may or may not be free (included) on your machine. You could use MS Office (it is not free) You could use any Open source word processor that plays well with Office (NeoOffice, StarOffice) they are free.
That's how you create content and copy/paste URLS. Then you save the file to the desktop. If you are going to make more than one file... you make a folder on the desktop and save, or drag the file(s) into it.
You attach it to your e-mail client which will compress it and e-mail it. An excellent reference is to use Help, from the menu bar, also from inside any application. From your library or book store the OS X for Dummies has a lot of useful information (you don't read it cover to cover but look up chapters about what you'd like to do)
You can also make appointments at your local Apple store for individualized help (if a store is nearby) -
i made a mistake by saving a web page and moving it to ical on my mac air. now i can open ical but cant access it as it says i have a systems error . how do i fix it ?
Changing body text is not simple. It's a desperate last resort. You need to buy the exact font. Acrobat will not let you edit in a font you don't own. Even then, it's undertain. Consider preparing an overlay in InDesign.

Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - only works for new accounts! You must follow the instructions exactly.
Since you already have an account you probably don't want to make another one (you cannot merge them later). Or I guess you could for the sake of the free stuff and then carefully manage your accounts in future. -
after downloading Mountain Lion, I can no longer print! My MAC see's the printer, even nozzle check works, but cant print anything!!

i have to restore my phone from back up but in order to do it i had to update my software. now that my software is updated there isnt enough room on the phone to back up. is there a way to only restore certain things from the backup like contacts?
Because it says it's incompatible when it can't be, I got hope. I get error messages all the time with my iPod and iPhone that it cannot sync and that 'this device is not capapble of connecting to iTunes' stuff. I literally forget that happened, plug it in again and it works, I later realize that iTunes made a mistake, they do that.

I will suggest (and probably be corrected) that what you're seeing is probably interlaced footage on your progressive monitor. (You mentioned you're watching the DVD on your computer.) Your TV has far fewer lines of resolution than your computer monitor, so FCP works within those constrictions. Also your TV runs at 29.97 frames a second, which is actually 60 frames a second as each frame is divided into two fields, which comb together to for one frame. These combs are very much evident when watching a DVD on a computer. Even high budget Hollywood films have this problem, especially when the camera or subject is moving. There is no way around this if you're outputting on DVD or NTSC.
You could create an Progressive file, which won't do this on your monitor, but thats a whole other ball of wax...
