An agent attaches a internal document to a case transaction.
How can the agent make it private so that it cannot be seen by the customer in ICSS?

Mac OS X does not have this option for folders. One way is to use Disk Utility to create an encrypted disk image (this is how I store my financial information, for example). This kbase article describes the process:

When you enter the password, be sure the box to store the password in the keychain is UNchecked.
Alternatively, you can use 3rd party software. Crypt3 can encrypt files or folders. The paid version of Hide Folders can also password protect them.

I am using Pages to keep my private journal. I have 90 pages of private information written and don't want anyone else to see it. Can I make this document private by putting a password on it? Is there any way to "hide" this document so no one but me can find it?

A disk image is an efficient soluce. I use sparseImage ones daily. They introduce just a small extraneous set of bytes and the docs are correctly protected.
If you are just starting to use Pages, why start with an old (two years old) version ?
Pages '09 offers the ability to password protect documents which prove that Apple is listening customers.
Even with this newly added feature, I continue to use the imagedisk scheme which allow me to keep together related documents like a Pages document and the Numbers file from which datas are grabbed in a merge process.

Change new button order and default content type
set your custom content type to be #1
when you upload new document it will automatically have your custom content type

Sure you can, just create the document in pages as you always do on your Mac, once it is complete, drag it to the Pages section at iCloud.com on your web browser. It will then sync to and be available in the list of documents when you open pages on your iPad.

Photoshop cc can't open and make new documents.

I'm using adobe creative cloud and photoshop cc.
When I run the Photoshop cc, it can't open and create new documents.
Open and make new documents Photoshop don't work so i terminate a photoshop cc use windows task manager.

I uninstall the Photoshop cc and install again but symptoms refeat.

You have permissions issues with your user folder and the location where the PS swap files are stored. You need to fix that part...

I have a requirement in confirmation to make "Reference Document" field as mandatory. I have done the config and able to see ' * ' (mandatory) in the reference document field in confirmation. However, system is not validating for entry in that field, I am able to save or post the confirmation w/o the entry in the reference document field.

The flag in the property will not generate an error message. This flag only renders the red asterisk on the screen. The actual error has to be generated on your code
After you have done the customizing to get the field to be shown as mandatory, you have to write a code in your BADI (like DOC_CHECK) to check the value for this field and generate the error message if the field is empty

Is it possible to make the document window not to hide behind the palettes?

Is it possible to make the document window not to hide behind the palettes (layers, paths etc) like in CS5? For instance if I want to make a correction in the right part of the image and zoom in, the window expand under the different palettes and I can no longer see the area which I want to correct without change the document window size. I don't want to use the Photoshop application fram because then I can't see stuff in other applications ID, mail an so on.

Generally, you shouldn't need to zoom; you can pre-set the display of message text.
To get straight to the point, you should probably try the https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunderbird/addon/theme-font-size-changer/ add-on to address issues with the size of the message list font.

CS4:Make a document ReadOnly while is open?

Hello everyone,
I need to make a document ReadOnly while is open. The idea is I want to block any user interaction(modification) in front most document in some situations and of course to be able to back to RW state later.
I know is possible to Open a doc as ReadOnly, but is it somehow possible to set this attribute to an already open document? if not, what would be a good workaround for that?
Also, I found a utility interface ( IFileUtility.h ) and a method called SetFileReadOnly() but couldn't find any Boss class to aggregate this interface.
Since I want to implement this on Mac/Windows would prefer to use SDK's API for this purpose.
I'm in rush to implement this today, any helps greatly appreciated.

No the point is to set the attribute on the fly, the complexity of user action plus some other settings for that doc, make it expensive to close and open it again and again.

IWeb "Make this site Private" Issue. Authentication wont remove itself.

Ok, so in development of a site for a client I had the site locked down so no one could stumble across the URL. When we were ready to go live, I removed the "make this site private" check and it became open... except one of the pages on the site still asks for user and log on. I need to remove this asap. It was a pre-made blog page that is having the issue. Anyone heard of such an issue and know how to fix it?
I opened up the source files and scoured the code for some sort of authentication code. I looked in the JS, HTML, and CSS files and could not locate anything. Please help!

Why? The correct procedure is to upload the folder
which has the same name as your site does inside
iweb, plus the index.html which is published
alongside it. This should assure, among other
things, that your basic url points to the correct
site/page.
Yeah, but the way he is doing it still works. There is still an index.html inside each site folder to point to, in this case, Welcome.html. He is probably trying to keep his url shorter.
