Make both 3510 storedge devices primary

Hi All
I have a v490 server connected to 2 disk units (3510 storedge) sometime in may we had a problem with them and at tha time we had the following:

but now I have a primary and secondary, and I am triying to work on the secondary and the system is not letting me do anything.

I have managed to sort the problem out, by swapping cables, and now are both primary, but something curios "OFFLINE" in luxadm display:

You have to add another email address on one of the two devices that you can use as the "You can be reached for FaceTime at" contact address and then remove/uncheck the Apple ID email address as the contact address on that device. The way you are currently setup is like to trying to call yourself on your on phone - from your own phone.
Using the iPad as the example go to Settings>FaceTime>You can be reached for FaceTime at>Add another email address. Then add a working email address in the next window. Apple will verify the email. Go to the inbox of that email account, read and respond to Apple's email in order to complete the verification process.
Go back to Settings>FaceTime>Uncheck the Apple ID email address and make sure that the new email address is checked/selected (you will see it being verified again) and that new email address will be your contact address for the iPad.

TS1538 "itunes requires a newer version of apple mobile device support. Please uninstal both apple mobile device support and itunes and then reinstall itunes." I have done this 3 times!!!

I have just installed the new version of itune (11.1) and it keeps coming up with this message. "itunes requires a newer version of apple mobile device support. I have done this step 3 times, while following the support steps on how to fully remove all itunes and related programs. I keep getting the same issue.
Also, my computer recognizes my phone but itunes wont. When I try to do a driver update according to the support page it keeps telling me that "The folder specified doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with windows x64- based systems." On the support page it also suggests trying an alternate folder (program files(x86)/common files/ apple/ mobile device software/ drivers) That doesn't work either.
I am getting extremely frustrated.... Can someone PLEASE help!!!!

Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe, and select "Extract to iTunesSetup". WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup".
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, does an iTunes install go through properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install (or uninstall), let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

Two weeks ago we bought a mini iPad in New York. In New York, we have also taken into use cases. The mini ipad disposal was connected to the mac computer of my son, who lives there. We have not made backup. At home in the Netherlands, we wanted this case for charging on the Windows computer, that we have at home. Immediately, the itunes program was activated (we had a few years an ipod in the house). Appears in the computer the message that you can register. Cases I tried that. I do not know if I did succeeded. There also were some choices of settings. So I made the mistake of choosing the setting to use movies as I recall.
That same afternoon comes on the ipod in the message screen that he can connect to the server no contact. WIFI contact fails. The ipad is happening the same. The computer still works fine with the wifi connection. Both Apple devices have done well yesterday here in the Netherlands.
Please give me a good advice?

If you have not already done so, your chances will really improve if you....
1) Connect the printer to the USB port on the AirPort Extreme
2) Download and install Bonjour Print Services for Windows on the PC

The computer (windows platform) where I initially began using Itunes has four other computers/devices that are shared with it. All four of the other computers show up in my account, and can be managed. Or I can remove them. But on the new computer that I want to be my base computer (home if you will). The computer I want it to replace, when ITunes is open, has a tool bar, with various functions. All of the other devices are linked to that computer in ITunes, under Home SHaring. The new computer, shows the downloads via Home Sharing, but it does not show/have any tool bar.
I want to activate the new computer to be the computer via ITunes where all of the devices are linked to it as the base for ITunes. And, I don't know how to make that happen.
I hope that makes sense.

I suggest you make this your own iPhone by erasing everything on it. You will lose everything and have to start over.
Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings

How can I make both Items recurring in a promotional modifier

I need to create a modifier for the scenario such as:
If Item A is bought 10 pcs
and
Item B is bought 5 pcs
then
promotional free Item C should be given 2 pcs.
Now both Item A and Item B needs to be recurring because only if Item A becomes 20 pcs and Item B becomes 10 pcs, then get Item C becomes 4 pcs.

You can activate iMessage on the old one so it can get your iMessages. The old phone will NOT recieve SMS/MMS messages sent to your number.

It will only appear in devices if you mount the drive. This should happen automatically when Time Machine starts.. but you can manually mount the share by just clicking it.

You will first need to remove it as your rescue email address, which you can do via the Password And Security section of your account on http://appleid.apple.com : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
After you've done that log out of that site, and then either log back in and try putting it as your primary email address, or you can do it by logging into the account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone
