The format in which a developer has to sign his application in order for it to be recognized as signed has changed. Update the applications, wherever possible.

I have the same problem on my notebook but I don't restart. Just do the control, alt, delete and bring up your task manager. Then scroll down to Firefox, end process and close. Now you should be able to restart FF. Not a fix but better than having to restart your laptop.

I just fixed my Windows VM. I was having problems connecting to SQL Server through JDBC with 1.6.0_29 but works perfectly with 1.6.0_30.

I currently can't run a number of third party apps with PS CS and Mac OS 10.6.5 or 10.6.6 and we're all waiting for Apple to fix this. I can't run xGestures, Smart Scroll, etc. and more.

I'm starting to really regret "upgrading" from Leopard to Snow Leopard. I waited I think long enough (the .6 version) to have such major issues like this that affect my productivity to be ironed out by now by Apple.

Sounds to me like Adobe was probably relying on undocumented behavior in the CGEventPost routine. Apple is free, of course, to change undocumented behavior of any of their system APIs all they like, since you're not supposed to be using such things. Developers are supposed to stick to the documented behaviors in the APIs. If they don't, they can try to save face as Adobe is by blaming Apple, but the fact is, it's not Apple's fault, any more than it's my fault if someone picks up a flower pot from my front porch and misuses it by throwing through someone else's windshield.
As Barbara has observed, sounds like a case of Blame-Displacement Syndrome.

A Permanent Fix For 3rd party apps that don't launch?

Since Apple has removed my post suggesting this is a bug (and if you've owned iPhones from the get go, you will know that this is). I'm putting a question out to the forum in hopes that besides the already mentioned deleting/updating an app via the store, uninstalling all apps (losing all the app data) and reinstalling et al, has anyone found a way to keep this from happening ever OR a way to back up the particular file that must store authorization data that gets corrupted?

My experience is the same as w7ox for as long or longer. I've had a couple of apps that would occasionally crash on launch, but these were fixed in updates from the developer. One thing to be aware of is that all apps share the same memory, so if one is ill-behaved it can cause others that are perfectly innocent to crash on launch. So the likely situation is that you have one errant app. When an app crashes because a problem in a different app a reboot will fix it, sometimes only until the other app is run again.
BTW, there are huge numbers of posts pointing to problems that are called bugs by the posters (and some actually are), so it's likely your post was deleted for a different reason than the fact that reported a bug.

How can I share the apps that I have bought on iPhone? Both are with same user ID

I have bought new iPad and have some apps that I want to share from iPhone. I am using the same user ID and wast able to figure out a solution for the same. Cn anyone guide me

You can download the apps again on the iPad in the App Store - by tapping on the purchased tab and then find the apps and tap the cloud icon in order to download them again.
If you want to add all of the app data and settings that you have already created on the phone for these apps - you will have to restore the iPad from the iPhone backup.
You should transfer all apps on your iPhone and on your iPad in your iTunes library on your computer. The way to do that is, with your iPhone connected, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases from - the name of your iPhone. Then do the same with your iPad before restoring your iPad from the backup for your iPhone.
Follow the restore with a sync with iTunes to ensure that all of the apps and other content did transfer to the iPad.

I have 2 touch's that froze when trying to update to the latest ios version. Neither respond to restarting the devices. They are also not recognized in windows or itunes. How do I get these to work. I followed all of the instructions on the apple website and they still don't work. I have verified that I have apple support for mobile devices installed in itunes and my version of itunes is 11.0.1. Why won't my macbook air recognise/open a DVD that i have used before the update of yosemite?

I have recently updated my Macbook Air to the OS X Yosemite version 10.10. Before the update I have been using a DVD/CD which was working fine, since the update I have not been able to access the DVD/CD, it is coming up with 'quit unexpectedly' which has never popped up before when using the disc. Does anyone know how ill be able to gain access to the DVD/CD without it quitting before opening, and with it mentioning there has been a successful installation?

My iPad won't open the new apps I am downloading. It didn't even put an icon on the iPad but it does say to open in the iTunes Store.

A third party app had crashed my iPad iOS and will not reset. It gives a pop up window and seems very fishy.

Do not call the number.
Double tap the Home button, then swipe upwards on the Safari preview.
Go to Settings - Safari - Clear History.
Restart Safari.
