Hello,
I can't GeoRaster data in the preview of the MapBuilder and MapViewer. The GeoRasterViewer shows the Raster images without problems.

The errror message of MapViewer is nearly the same with some more informations about the spatial query and the coordintes of the query window. If I run that spatial query in the sqldeveloper it returns a result!
I did following stebs:
- saved a tiff-Image in a GeoRaster table with pyramid an tiled images.
- checked the sdo_geom_metadata --> they are correct
- checked the sdo_georaster object for the rdt table name and rasterid --> they are correct
- checked the rdt table --> objects with that rid are saved
- checked the mdsys.sdo_geor_sysdata table --> entry is correct
- validate the geraster with the sdo_geor.validategeoraster function --> object is valid
- updated the spatial extend of the image and try again the preview functio--> the same error
The databse server is a virtual Linux server with Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit.
The web server is a Window 2003 R2 Server with a weblogic server and mapviewer patch 5 (Ver1033p5_B081010).
For a test I did the same (the same table script, the same raster data, the same import method) on a developer pc (WinXP Pro SP2) with Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 (32bit) the same mapbuilder version but with the MapViewer QuickStartKid and it works fine!!!
Has anyone an idea?

We are using OWB 10.2.0.3. We tried to introduce two basic roles to prevent user A from accessing certain parts of our project. Somehow (I cannot really say how) we ended up in the error message below whenever we want to modify the security properties of an object.

Like you I get this error and do not know what steps caused it.In my scenario I have some mappings that give the error and some that do not - the repository user gets the error but the repository owner does not.
Thinking back over the last number of months (as this project contains 7-8 months od work - we do have exports of the project) I think the ones giving the error are those that perhaps were copied from another to start the coding but I cannot be sure.
I have read the metalink note mentioned above as well as the the queries posted by Oleg and yourself. The queries posted are slightly different, one has a where clause
fco.classname = 'CMPACLContainer' (Maren's)
and the other
fco.classname='CMPMap' (Oleg's).
Was this intentional Maren on your behalf for your problem to be fixed?
We are using 10.2.0.3.33 OWB client and 10.2.0.3.0 OWB repository.

Dynadock V10 - " error can not find installation file" INSTALL ERROR
Hi I have a toshiba dynadock V10.
Every time i try to install the drivers it says " error can not find installation file". I have downloaded the latest drivers and switched off my anti virus and shut off all running proiceses and no go. There are a few references to this on the internet but none has a solution.
I amn trying to install it on an equium U400 running windows 7.
Funnily enough it loaded on an old dell pc easily!
I have spent hours searching the net and there is no answer. I dont have anything showing in programs to uninstall.

This means that drivers are ok and there must be something wrong with the system preinstalled on Equium U400.
How did you proceed?
Its important that you would NOT connect the Dynadock to the notebook before the drivers and software installation has not been finished.
Therefore you have to install the software firstly. Then after new reboot connect the Dynadock to the notebook and the installation would finish the next steps. -

Error - "Can not find Microsoft Word installed.."
Hi,
I downloaded RH6 demo to test it, but can't generate a
printed documentation.
When I try, I only get an error message
"Can not find Microsoft Word installed on your system"
I have no idea why this happens. First, in the layout
settings I have set .pdf to be produced - DOC option is not
checked.
Also, MS Word is installed (Office 2003), and in Tools /
Options / HTML Editors Word 2003 is listed, with a correct path to
Winword.exe (which I reselected, just in case) .
This happens on Windows Vista Ultimate edition, UAC off.
Other layouts are generated normally.
Any idea how to fix it?
ThanksRH6 is not supported under Vista.

When you installed RH6 did it find Word on your system then?

Can not connect iPad 2 to wi fi IConnection works on other devices. This device is searching and can not find Wi Fi to connect too
It does connect at other Hot Spot locations. At home and here at my office, I have At&t DSL & Wireless,Motorola 3347 Router. Computers hook right up to wireless with no problem, I just can't get ipad to connect. Password is rejected. When I open my created .jws file and complie the project, it gives the error

I have one esb project 'A' that is invoking another esb 'B' that contains transformation. Routing rules are defined from server deployed service no soap service call. So in esbsvc file it puts xsl url as esb:///esb_projects/....
When i deploy A and test it, i get error unable to find xsl file in path esb:///esb_projects/...
I tried to look into this issue, it looks like all files are stored under temp_xxx_localhost directory.
did any one find solution for it?
Note: this issue will come only if you have transformation at B service.Have you checked the logs in enterprise manager on deployment?
Can you run esb B independently? Again via the em choose the web service end point to test.
I have not had a problem with a missing xsl. You can create test cases for xsl transformations within JDeveloper which will enable to test the validity of you transformation. But, it sound like you are already beyond this point. -

Help: error: can not find the main class!
when I run the class, the following error message comes up:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: j2sdk1/4/1
and also a dialogue window (title is "java virtual machine launcher") comes up: could not find the main class, program will exit! After I click ok button, another error message shows up: Exception in thread "main" .

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

What's your 4 folders' content and type?
If you doesn't keep the source file in original location, please use system restore to roll back to a previous time when everything works fine or let file back to original location.
And then run sfc /scannow to repair the missing or corrupted system file:
