Mapping issue on Copy head to line

In the TBIT41 05_Example.pdf in the second example--"Copy Head to line" i tried it in that way, but it didn't work.

How 2 Copy Header & Line Item Text from Purchase Order 2 Out Bound Delivery

Hi SD Gurus,
I want to copy header and line item text from Purchase Order to Out Bound Delivery (This is required in Stock Transfer Process).
I have been able to do successful config. for copying header and line item text from Sales Order to Outbound Delivery but config. doesn't seems to be same for copying text from PO to OBD.
Is there any way to achieve the same? Can some expert show the way to achieve this.

I have seen some PO's which have info rec texts in that, which gets pulled by the above code...first thing is its id is F02 which exist in STXH table also there is other text with F01 id, and hence the table it_itab gets both these text hence no pbm.
but i came across a PO which has only one text which is info rec text with id F05 and is not store in stxh and hence doesnot get pulled by read_text fm. How do i change my cod to get this text which should not hamper other PO's as well.
As mentioned in above msgs, this F05 could be retrieved by providing object name as EINE.

Header line item mapping issue in LSMW

Hello experts,
I am trying to map my data in LSMW with header and line items.My structure looks like this.
1header col1 col2 col3 (2item) col1 col2
1header col1 col2 col3 (2item) col1 col2
In the line item col1 changes its posting key.
Header is reapeating for every line items how to map the above in LSMW .
How to upload the data only when the Reference document number is changing??

at Step 3-->maintain source fields -->Double Click on the Key Field -->Tick the check of Selection Field....
here you need to decide which one is the key field...if you dont have key field in Item level then create one.

Issue with Copy of events from Outlook Calendar to SharePoint 2010 calendar(mapped in outlook)

There is a issue while copying events in Outlook mapped SharePoint 2010 Calendar.
This issue only seems to happen when user copies an event from his Outlook calendar to the SharePoint 2010 calendar.
He is able to create a new event in the SharePoint calendar from Outlook.
He tried below steps, but still no success
1.
Open your Outlook calendar.
2. Open the event you want to copy.
3. From the File menu, select Info.
4. Click the Move to Folder button.
5. In the Copy Items To dialog box, scroll down to the SharePoint Lists item and select the SharePoint calendar to which you want to copy the event.
6. Click the OK button.
7. Click the Yes button when prompted to continue.
Please let me know if there is any possible solution for it.

I have done a test as your steps. I am able to copy an event from my Outlook calendar to the SharePoint 2010 calendar.
1. I suggest you test in another compute, perhaps your Outlook results to that issue.
2. Please create a new site collection, then test again, compare the result.
3. Maybe it will take some time before the copied event displays in the SharePoint 2010 calendar. So, wait a minute, compare the result.

Map default values in Header based on multiple values in the line item

Hi
I have a scenario in which the Header field of an IDOC should be populated with some default values based on some mixed mvt types in the line items.
eg:
Header -
> Delivery type -
> needs to be mapped to A (for X of line item 1)or B (for Y of line item 2) or C (for Z of line item 3 )
based on line items field
line item1---> mvt type---> X
line item 2-->mvt type----->Y
line item 3 -
> mvt type -
> Z
mvt types doesnt necessarily have to come in that order and even the same mvt type can repeat in multiple line items.
Can we achieve this logic in XI ?

I think if you include removeContext, Sort, SplitByValue (on Value Change), CollapseContext to mvt type in all line items and then use ifelse condition to achieve your result.
I will give an example of line Item1
mvt type --->RemoveContext ->Sort>SplitByValue(on value change) --> CollapseContext
Use the above mapping to IF function and check if it is having X, Y or Z then map the appropriate value to target field.
Do the same for rest of the line items.

Line item text field from MIGO are not copied into FI line item text field

Hi all on SCN, please, I need a help.
It was created as required by the user a field status group with the text field required.
This field status group was assigned to some accounts, in order to make my unit tests.

In development envirionment was made some tests directly in FI area, and it works properly.

But the user made a test using MIGO transaction, choosing in this transaction an account that he changed its field status variant to the one created in development environment, that make the text fiels required. So, to start, he donu2019t fill the text item of MIGO, and a message error appear stating that he needs to enter values in this field.
After fill in the text fiels, he can save his work.

But the FI document generated donu2019t receive the line item text typed in MIGO, but receives the values on Reference document and Document Header text entered in the header of MIGO, what is missing, donu2019t is automatically copied MIGO text line items to FI documents line Items, does there is some additional configuration missing?

Hi,
Material document will get updated in reference field in FI by default. If for any reason, want to get this updated in text field, you need to define a subsititution in GGB1.

Credit memo and MAP issue

I have 2 issues, and i am unable to understand the system logic for the same
Issue 1:-
We have an Intercomapny scenario
sequence of transaction is as follows
1. Create Return purchase order (document type NB) - Intercompany purchase
2. Post return goods receipts - movement type 161
3. Post credit memo with respect to return purchase order
4. Cancel the movement type 161 - using 161 movement type
System allows me to cancel the document created using 161 movement type
Step 4 should not be allowed but system is allowing me to do so, please advise how to stop this
Issue 2:-
I have a strange MAP issues which is flactuating very drastically
the scenario is as follows
Store stock is 10 ea, stock value is 1000, MAP is 100
DC map is 25
When we make return STO from store to DC, ths stocks are issued at DC MAP (condition type P101)
Assume we issue 9 quantity from Store then
Store stock is 9 ea, stock value is (1000-(25*9)) = 775, MAP is 775/1 = 775
This transaction is causing major flactuation in store MAP (100 changed to 775)
Please advise if there is any way we can control this behaviour
I understand that there is a setting which will in case of major MAP changes will put the amount into PRD account.

For your first scenario,
for a retun po of IC NB type, after creating the PO you need to deliver the same at VL10G. For the delivery system will allow to create the PGR . Prior to these steps you need to return the goods using 161 at MIGO.Please check this 161 stock posted to stock in transit.After PGR system will clear the stock in transit.
Now after claring the stock from transit try cancelling the MIGO 161 document.
For the second query,

When I make a photocopy or when I scan to PC, both the ADF glass, leaving only the lines without any image of the sheet that I'm scanning. If mold from windows instead working normally.
What might be?

Quando faccio una fotocopia oppure quando scansiono verso il pc, sia dal vetro che dall'adf, escono solo delle righe senza alcuna immagine del foglio che sto scansionando. Se stampo da windows invece funziona normalmente.

I understand you are unable to reinstall the printer software.
I will be happy to help you.
The print spooler is part of the Windows operating system and if it doesn't stay running the printer software won't install or print.
You could try the following steps to see if this will resolve the issue.
Normally with spooler problems the first thing to do is to clear the print queue.
Open a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type cmd and press Enter.
Now type these commands, which are in capitals for clarity:
NET STOP SPOOLER and press Enter
DEL %SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS\*.* and press Enter
NET START SPOOLER and press Enter
EXIT and press Enter
If you are still having issues with the print spooler stopped then right click on the start button, left click on explore, open the windows folder, open system32 folder, open the spool folder, open the printer's folder, then delete everything on the right window.
Then go back and try and start the print spooler again.
Run a full uninstall of the printer software. Disconnect the USB cable.
To uninstall from CD:
Go start and select computer.
Right click on the CD for the printer and left click open in a new window.
Double click on uninstall.
Uninstall printer from the C Drive.
Go to start, computer, c:, windows, program files or program files x86, HP, printer name. Double click uninstall. Restart the computer.
Check to make sure the print spooler is running.
Ran the installation again. Don't connect the USB cable until prompted.
If the print spooler stops again you will need to contact the computer manufacturer to resolve this issue.

Issue with copy control of Delivery document to Billing document

Hi All,
I am having some issue with copy control of Delivery document to Billing document.
I am having two line items in Delivery documetn, one is for item to be delivered to customer and other which is created due to batch determination.
Now , when I create billing document (VF01) with reference to this delivery document , I want only one line item (for the one which needs to be delivered to customer).
I have used following things in copy contro from ZLF to ZF2:
Copying requirements: 004 ( Deliv-related item)
Data VBRK/VBRP: 007 "(Inv.Split (Rec/Div))
Is it correct or shall I use something else, so I have only one line item in Billing document.

Mapping issue with context again

I again need help with a mapping issue. I dont know how to handle the contexts to get this working in the xi graphical mapping tool. I have previously logged a question regarding this structure but the requirements have now changed.
I have a source document that has multiple delivery line items and for each delivery line item, there are multiple handling units. Each handling unit contains the line number of the delivery line item it belongs to. This structure has been simplified below.

Issue in COPY function in IP

HI,
We are facing an issue in COPY function in IP. Few Time characteristics are not copying from Actual to plan cube. We have Three Actual cubes and one plan cube. We are using COPY function and changing Info provider , currency and version Characteristics.
We have tried with FOX code also but Time characteristics 0CALMONTH2, 0CALQUART1 are not getting copied, They are displaying as # but we have data in all the actual cubes. These chars in Multiprovider are mapped with all the infoprovider.

We are not using derivations.

We have some planning sequences which get excuted through a portal based on a planning template. The planning sequences are failing as they are not getting the input parameters when we run them on portal. We ran the sequences individually through the modeller with the necessary input parameters. The actual cube data is read succesfully but the 2 time characteristic are showing # values.On trying to save the data in the plan cube we get this error "Access via Null object reference not possible.error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE". Please suggest.

FDM 11.1.2.1 Mapping Issue Conditional Mapping Error

I am configuring the newly installed FDM 11.1.2.1 and have and issue with the conditional account mapping where I have "varValues(9)" and it comes with this error. I have taken the script from our current FDM 9.3 versionm where it did worked, but in FDM 11.1.2.1 it will no go through.
Is the script not correct ? Or is this new version different somewhere ?

Cast the value of varValues(9) as a Double and do the same for the 0 i.e. CDbl(varValues(9)) = CDbl(0). Also verify that the value passed in varValues(9) is actually a number and does not contain non-numeric characters or is blank

Context with counter mapping issue

I need help with a mapping issue.

I've tried both 1.2 release and 2.0 (v20091121-r5847) but received the same result - empty Map.
Moreover, for both versions the following string was absent in deployed XML file:
+<direct-key-field table="PARAM_SESS" name="PARAM_NAME" xsi:type="column"/>+
Therefore, on application initialization I have got an exception: org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DescriptorException with message This descriptor contains a mapping with a DirectMapMapping and no key field set.
So I was forced to add the line manually.
This seems buggy to me...

Copy Header texte into Item text, trasactions FB60-FB50-FB70

Hi,
using the transactions FB50, FB60 and FB70 I need to copy automatically the Header text into the Items text.
Can someone tell me how to do that?

In the enjoy transaction like FB60-FB50-FB70, header and line items fields are quite mixed up. When you are mentioning Header text, please confirm that you meant "Header text" field in the "Details" tab screen and not the "Text" field in the basic data tab screen.
Normally when you want to copy the "text" field content in the Basic Data screen to all the G/L line items text fields, you do it through "editing option" in the FB60-FB50-FB70 transaction screen itself. Here in the General entry options you activate the check box "Copy text for GL account enter".
But if you want to copy really the header text in the Details screen to Vendor and Gl items for example, then you have to create substitution rule

How to cancel the sales order - header and line status are in Entered Stage

Dears,
I have some sales order to be cancelled in which the header and line status are in *"Entered"*. I am not able to cancel these sales order.
Also note that these orders are for maintenance service.Once i book these orders the lines will change to closed status.
So it is not possible to book and cancel the lines.
Kindly me to resolve this.

Coming to your Action-->cancel...as far as i know ...the header status will change to canceled..
unless until you have some processing constraints in place...which is stopping you...
