    Hi,
I want to know how to mass maintain the schedle line rejection code for a specific grid value.
I tried using the T Code MASS, but i cant carry out mass changes at the schedule line level.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
Rejection code is at item level and once rejected system automatuically deletes the SC lines.

    Dear Friends,
Our client's requirement is to mass delete the schedule lines generated through MRP by wrong production schedule. They want to delete it once in a month.

    Dear,
I'm not sure just try this,
    Go to SM30 table MASSFLDLST
    add field LOEKZ
You defined in customizing table T161 field STAKO- LOEKZ
Then you can delete it through MEMASSSA T.Code
Else better you use tools like LSMW to close those unwanted schedule lines.

  • Reg: Sale Order short close at Schedule lines level

    Dear Gurus,
Requirement is to close all open schedule lines beyond one month.
In detailed. User Enters Manual Schedule Lines as per the requirement of the customer say for 6 months.
for Eg . Sale order entered on 1st of august to Dec with 500 qty, schedule 100 qty/Month, manually in sale order.
Now if business delivers only 90 out of 100. they need to short close that particular schedule line only not the entire sale order or line item. I tried with Delivery block at schedule lines level. but it is not working.
If any one has come across this scenario please share with me.
    Regards
    Praveen

If we apply a delivery block the pending qty will automatically add to the last schedule date. Ex. if there is 3 dates in the schedule lines, and there is some 50 qty pending in second date, and if u apply delivery block it will carry forward that pending 50 qty to the third schedule line and adds up with it.
But in my case i just want to close that pending 50 qty in second line item.

  • MASS CHANGE IN SCHEDULE LINE DATE

    Hi All,
Will u advise whether it is possible to change schedule line date in MASS
Example. We are having make to order scenario. Sales order is prepared with 25 different line items with shipment date 10 th Feb. Out of these 25 items 10 items are ready by 20 th Jan. If we want to ship these goods on 20 th Jan. we have to change schedule line date item wise.
Is there any way that we can make this change in a mass without changing delivery date of the sales order.
    Thanks
    Ravi

V_V2 calls a program that can be 'customized' since it consist of 2 phases:
    1) selection phase
    2) rescheduling phase
You can copy program SDV03V02 into a custom one and add your own selection criteria without altering the second part of it.
I alreay made it and it works fine even when upgrading.

  • Converting PR into Schedule lines in mass

    All SAP Gurus,
We have scheduling agreements for several materials.
Now in day to day working, various user departments rais the PR for these items.
Then we enter the schedule for these items into the scheduling agreement (with reference to PR).
But the problem we face is that we need to go to each scheduling agreement indivisually and enter the schedule against the each line item.
Is there any short cut procedure for this?
    Regards,

    Hi,
It is possible in two ways
    1. Schedule lines will be creted directly at the time of planing run (so no manual intervention)
    2. If PR is creted then we need to transform it manually into schedule lines

  • ME38 Schedule Line Mass Change

    Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to change Schedule lines(Line wise) quantity from excel sheet by delivery date.
I tried  BAPI_SCHEDULE_MAINTAIN  but I am getting below error due to my system setup.
Scheduling agreements with time-independent conditions are not supported So i couldn't change any schedule line.
Because  time-independent conditions  is deactivated in my SAP system.
Is there any other solution like BDC or LSMW ?.
If through BDC is possible how can i go particular item wise?.
Experts please give me solution <removed by moderator>.
If you want further details I can ready to give.

I tried with userexit_move_field_vbep but no luck.
Bala: i can use the save_document user exit but if i go and see the schedule line it will show the old date and time. I think that is usefull when saving the application.
Sorry, i forgot to mention one more thing.. i.e., user can change the date and time using 'fast change of' option in menu bar.
Please let me know which field do i need to change to change the date. I tried VBEP-EDATU and VBEP-EZEIT.
    Thanks in advance

  • Partial delivery per item in sales order and ATP - schedule lines

    Hi,
I've problem regarding ATP- schedule lines and partial delivery flag.
In sales order there is flag Partial delivery per item B / 1 . That means create only one delivery even with quant 0. That comes from customer master or customer info-record and it is OK.
    Please look at next example.
    Customer requires:
10 PCS of materail A on date X. Only 5 PCS are available on date X.
10 PCS of material B on date X 0 PCS are available on date X, 10 PCS are available on date Y.
So if we create outbound delivery on date X it will contain only 5 PCS of material  A. No successive deliveries will be created for material A because of the flag B/1. That item is closed.
    Problem is with material B.
The sales order will be open because of material B and on date Y we can easily create another delivery with 10 PCS of mat B.
That is wrong. Agreement with customer is only one delivery for ALL items in sales order. If we create delivery on date X it should contain only materials which are available on date X and sales order should close.
Do you know how to fix this problem?

    Hi,
I've think you didn't understand my requirement. I allways get schedule lines but they are confirmed on different dates.
Example in same sales order we have:
    Schedule line for item A:
    DATE X confirmed quantity 10
Schedule line for an item B.
DATE X confirmed quanitity 0 (zeroe)
    DATE Y confirmed quantity 10.
I would like to create outbond delivery on date X with:
    item A quantity 10
    item B quantity 0.
And if that hapens than B/0 rule will work or reference customzing that you suggested before. So order will be closed because all items are processed or referenced once.
Do you know how to do that?

  • *MRP unable to create Delivery Schedule Lines in MM Scheduling Agreement*

    Hi Experts,
    I need your help...
The issue is, in-spit of maintaining Source List with an u201CScheduling Agreement with item No.u201D & u201CSource List Usage in MRPu201D as 2 (Record relevant to MRP. Sched. lines generated automatically), MRP run does not generate Schedule Lines, instead PRs are created.
Please help me to understand such behavior and fix the issue as the requirement is to generate Schedule Lines only.
    Thanks,
    Pratap

    Hello
    Please check
    1) Source List maintained properly in terms of Material # ; plant # ; proper POrg ; Schd Agr # and line item# ; proper validity date & MRP relevant indicator
    2) Please also check Quata arrangement if you are using. whether % is maintained correctly against the vendor
    3) MD03 , Delivery schedules- should be 3
    4) check your planning horizon whether it is NETCH or not
    5) check material master -MRP2 view, Procurement type is F- external procurement, schedule margin key if you are using
if everything above is set, then I feel it should work
    Also please verify-
lot size, safety stock and the corresponding prod volume for MRP input v/s the stock available in MMBE
    example.
MD04, we can see the open del lines.
    if SS = 50 , prod volume is 150
    1) if MMBE shows 200 then it wont generate any schedule.
    2) if MMBE is 180 and your lotsize is 40, then after MD03, you will have a schedule line of 40 (provided if everything is set properly)
Please ensure there are NO open delivery lines . if you find such in MD04, then please close open delivery lines
in calculation of MRP, system considers such open delivery lines are going to receive and no additional schedule line generated even after MRP run
    thanks

  • No schedule lines due

    Hi Forum colleagues
    Scenario:
I have created sales order with requirement class type ELVV (M.T.O), MRP was run based on sales order, production order is created, GR has been done.
Goods have finally come in stock.
Now when I try and do the delivery, it is giving me an error “No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date”
Also in schedule line tab in sales order confirmed qty is showing as 0.
I have a delivery date as 26.03.2008, however, I would like to carry out test run and do a delivery today.
Could someone help me as what I am missing?
    Thanks
    Kalpesh
**Points will be rewarded to suitable answer.

    Hello Padmanabhan
    Pls check the following:
    1) The ATP Rule i.e., Checking Rule + Checking group.
While you are doing the ATP check the system will populate a screen showing the stock availability position. Here the confirmed qty will be zero.
here pls click on the Scope of check button and check the ATP Rule. here you might have clicked the button " DO not check RLT" button.
If u do this then the system will not calculate the next available date for the product and there fore the confirmed qty is always zero.
the system will confirm the qty only if sufficient stock is available during the time of the sales order creation only.
So pls Un mark this button ( if you have marked this ) and try and let us know the result.
If this has solved your question. Close the Thread and reward
    points .
    With Best Regards

  • Schedule lines combined in sales order

    Dear All,
We have a sales order item with say 2 schedule lines as below
Date                  Order Qty      Rounded Qty     Conf. Qty     Delivered Qty
    05.10.2010        60                  60                      0                  0
    18.11.2010        0                    0                        60                10
Now, if we want to unconfirm the undelivered quantity and to do this we make the order qty = delivered qty and then change back the order qty to original qty, all this with ATP check off.
We expect it to be ...
Date                  Order Qty      Rounded Qty     Conf. Qty     Delivered Qty
    05.10.2010        60                  60                      0                  0
    18.11.2010        0                    0                        10                10
It works but in some cases Sometimes, we notice that SAP moves old delivered  lines to first schedule line. Hence, we loose the schedule line information.
Date                  Order Qty      Rounded Qty     Conf. Qty     Delivered Qty
    05.10.2010        60                  60                      10                  10
Does anyone have an idea why SAP does this and how can we avoid this. This is really important for us, any help will be greatly appreciated.
If anyone could also suggest a better way to unconfirm undelivered qty from schedule lines also.
    Best Regards,

You can try to use delivery block at header level. Copy the delivery block credit limit and create a Z-block(t.code OVLS The path is SPRO->Logistics execution->shipping->deliveries->define reasons for blocking in shipping). When this block is assigned the confirmed quantities will be removed. Once  business approves, the block can be removed so that the remaining quantity will be confirmed. Just test first using the credit limit block in test system and if the results are OK, then you can create a new block.
PS: Please close threads once those are answered. There are old threads still with open status and you action to close those are appreciated.

  • Generate schedule lines via MRP

    Hi,
Unable to generate schedule lines via MRP.
    Settings:
Mat master - External proc , no spl proc
    OA - Maintained
Source list - Maintained MRP Relevant - Indicator 2
Quota arrangement- Exist with only 1 vendor(same as of OA) 100%
    MD03 - Planning data - Create PR (indicator-1), Create Sl(indicator 3)
Please let me know whether there is anything else which influence SL generation.

    Hi,
    hi,
    1. Mark checkbox source list in material master.
    2. purchase info record for the vendor & material combination
    3. source list for the material - mention the scheduling agreement and mark as mrp relevant, schedule lines generated
    4. Use MD03, choosing 1 for purchase requisition, 3 for schedule lines and planning mode, prerequisites requirement exists for material. If requirement does not exists it will not create scheduling agreement line.
I  hope you got all your answers. so kindly close this thread.

  • Deletion of schedule lines

    Hi,
Is it possible to delete the schedule lines in mass in 4.6 versions. I know that it is possible in ECC 6.0.
    Regards
    Nilesh

    Hello Pravin,
You correctly know that it is possible to delete the schedule lines in ECC 6.0.
But unfortunately there is no transaction by which mass deletion of schedule line is possible in 4.6.
User has to delete it individaully.
