Materail recevice with referance to material document with mvt type 303

Hi Guru:
In MB1B we are creating mateiral document with movement type 303 from one plant to other plant.
Now same material we need to receive in other plant with movement type 305 in same T code Mb1B.
Now as per user requirement if there is number of item are coming in material document which is generate with movement type 303, why we need to give all material, qty, batch again in MB1B movement type 305,
while we are receving same material in plant.
In MB1B there is link to create material document with referance to material document but we can use this facility for creating new material document for movement type 303 of same mateiral, qty and batch.
Please suggest is there any way to use this 303 movement type material document with movement type 305.

In my opinion in MB1B you can not have Material Doc. as a ref. Doc. for M.Type: 305...
But for MIGO transaction you can have Material doc. as a ref. doc. for M.Type: 305
Goto ---> OLME ---> Settings for Enjoy Transaction ---> Settings for Goods Movements -
> Settings for Transactions and Referance Documents ---> There...for MIGO_TR...Transfer Posting ---> Referance Documents ---> For your M.Type: 305 assign Material Document as a Referance Documnt...

Creation of Material Documents With Mvt Type

On Performing Post Goods Issue (PGI) in one Plant in case of Plant to Plant Dispatches, there should be Inbound delivery created for already created Purchase Order (PO). In addition after creation of inbound delivery, there should be material document created with 103 movement. This Material document is triggered when the inbound delivery is saved. Once Warehouse processes are finished, then Post Goods Receipt (PGR) happens, so 101 Movement Type happens for Purchase Order. PGR document should trigger one more material document with 104 movements; this document is reversal for material document with 103 movement type.
can any one suggest to enhance SAP for this?

Hi Nitin,
Before creating the Service type of product, you have to define the Base category for Service type product. Generally the category for service will be created under the R3 hierarchy R3PRODSTYPE. You can create this category using the TCode:
COMM_HIERARCHY. Here you have to select the product type as Service and have to assign the set types to the category.
You can create a service product using the transaction : COMMPR01 -> Click on Service ICON -> Select the Category for Service Type. Then fill in the details for Service Product description, Service ID(Based on number range settings for products), Language.
Also fill other details like Base Unit of measure, Pricing condition for different sales areas for the service product.
Since you are using CRM7.0, you can do all these activities using a POWER USER role.

Find Material Document with Movement type 103 for material document 105

Hi experts,
In PO History, I have three line items with movement type 103 (Blocked Stock) and one with movement type 105 (From blocked stock to unrestricted stock). I would like to know the material document with movement type 105 document that has the movement type 103.

Hi,
you can get the material documents (mblnr) for the movement type(bwart) in table AUFK.
But i think you need to pass some other data along with bwart like matnr or aufnr for getting the correct mblnr.

Not able to create a material document with movement type 103

I am not able to create a material document with movement type 103,
The system is populating the value as 101 .
How do I create a matdoc with movement type 103?

What is the error you receive? Please specify with message number.
On MIGO, you need to change the default value mvmt type value to 103 before you enter the PO number to be able to do 103.
Once this defualt value is set, you can enter the PO and item number in the document number fields and proceed with 103.
But you cannot change the mvmt type for already entered items from 101-103 or vice versa.
I think the 101-103 and 103-101 mvmt type conversion message is standard error message

Goods Issue with reference to Material document

Hello,
I would like to create Goods Issue with reference to material document (Transfer Posting document) , but the following message appears :
"Selected material document does not correspond with action to be executed".
Is it possible to create Goods Issue with reference to Transfer Posting (mov.type 311 - from stor.loc. to stor.loc.) ?

probably I'll have to find another way to solve this business requirement of copying the transfer document data in GI.
We have an auto created transfer postings via interface from another system and the main idea was to use already entered fields in transfer posting document such as material , quantity , text , goods recepient , etc. and not to enter them twice when GI should be created. In our case (it's a case for certain materials) it's always 1:1 relationship, so the idea was to facilitate the job of creating the GI, because GI should contain the same data as in transfer posting document.

J1i7 is the standard report which shows wether the part1 or part2 is posted or no posting is done, you can select the layout as per your choice by change layout.

How to link Material Document with Sales Order

Hi,
When we receive stock through MFHU transaction it becomes sales order stock. The movement type used to receive these into stock would be 131 for MTS & 131 E for MTO. My question is how link Material Document (MKPF/MSEG) with Sales Order because later using that sales order and line item I want to get the planned order number in SAP from PLAF table.

To refer to Sales order you have to go to Purchase order .
Step1 -From MSEG table you can get the EBELN ( PO) EBELP
BWART (Movement Type).
Step2-Now go to EKPO and retrieve all the PO EBELN, LABNR corrresponding
to the PO found the MSEG table.
Step3-Now go to the VBAK for Sales order Header record and compare the field
VBELN = EKPO-LABNR+0(10) and to rerive Sales order item go to VBAP and
copmpare the fields VBELN = EKPO-LABNR+0(10) and
POSNR = EKPO-LABNR+10(5).

View cancelled GR or material documents with reference to PO.

Hi Guru,
I am looking a way or a table to find out the GR( material Document) that have been either reversed or cancelled. The scenario is that a PO can have two or more Line items with quantity say 800 each. For each of these 800 nos for each line items we have to do 800 GRs and 800 Material documents have to be created over the time. So if few of the material documents or GRs been cancelled, we want to see the details like date of cancellation and PO with PO line Item number etc for the material document or in other words the cancellation or reversal details of the GR.

You can get this information from transaction code MB51.In the selection screen please select movement type 102 and 122.

Seeing held material document with another user I.D.

Hi Experts,
I am new to this forum. My query is - Is it possible to see a material document in the held list of MIGO screen if the document has been held up with some other user I.D. I held up a goods issue document from MIGO screen and i can see that document in held list of MIGO screen with same user I.D. But when i am entering MIGO with another user I.D. this document is not showing up in the held list. How can i see it in held data list of the MIGO screen with the second user I.D. ?

I have the following details available
a) Material number MATNR
b) Plant
c) Material document number. MBLNR
To uniquely find the material document the following is required:
MBLNR     Number of Material Document
MJAHR     Material Document Year
ZEILE     Item in Material Document

MSEG and MKPF are the tables where all material document numbers are stored and you can see the details using Tcode SE16.
Since u have the material number and plant ..... hopefully movement type also ...... then u can see the material document number(field name MBLNR) in MB51.

I created several pdfs & saved them in adobe acrobat pro. I want to start all over & want to delete these pdfs so I am not confused with more than one document with similar titles. How do I delete the document

I am working on a big project & creating everything in word. I then am turning the documents into PDF format so they will be easy for everyone to open. I have several PDFs that are not the way I want them & want to delete them so I don't have so many documents with similar names. Is there a way to delete a pdf from my saved document?? Why did you prevent printing when you want print the file? That make no sense.
