in mm01 u can extent the material for new plant
first creat all the views say purchasing accounting basic view etc for one plant
the go to MM01 put same materal code and select the views purchasing and accounting
now put the other plant number
enter
and put the purchasing and valuation class etc asd save
thuis u can extend the material to other plant
reward if usefull

hello, friend.
as i understand, you would want options for more than one plant (to choose from) and not to restrict the number of choices.
for practical reasons, you can only enter 1 (standard) plant in the customer-material info record. nevertheless, you can enter a different plant in the customer master, and another plant in the material master.
when you process the sales order, you can change the plant to any other choices, even those not included in the customer-material or customer master data, as long as these plant choices and your customer are assigned the same distribution channel. of course, your material should also be extended to these plants.

I am having the standard price for the material with the different plants ,I am seeing only one Material and Standard price(if a material has more than one plant, only show the price for the first one In the report ):
plant :de87 Material: 60020601 Standard price: 1237.00
plant:PT01 Material :60020601 Standard price: 634.00
In the report I am seeing DE87 with the standard price :1237.00 .
I am extracting from the 0MATERIAL_ATTR
Please help me how can I display all plants with the material and std price. In my data source there is no PLANT

Report is running on 0MATERIAL(Transactional master data),Data sourc: 0MATERIAL_ATTR,
We are having the standard price in the 0MATERIAL ,(Standard price is combination of plant and Material) .Plant is not available in the material,so in the report its displaying only first result
plant :de87 Material: 60020601 Standard price: 1237.00 --->Displaying this
plant:PT01 Material :60020601 Standard price: 634.00
In the above we are having the same material but different plant and different standard price. so I need to display the both in the report.

Master with more than one Detail

Hallo,
Does anybody know how to create master with more than one detail. i.e
Employee as a master with the following details
(Dependent, Education, Contract, Job History).

Ribhi,
A master detail form typically consist of a master form and a tabular form for the detail records, i.e. you can edit your detail records on the same page as your master record. Since you can only have one tabular form per page, having multiple of these detail tabular forms, won't work. However you could instead create your master-detail form with the option of creating the detail as a read-only report, which would have an edit link on each detail row, that would take you to a form to edit each detail row individually. With this model, you could just add additional reports after the initial creating of the master-detail form.

Work centres for employee of more than one plant

Hello experts
I have a question regarding work centres. Our department is managing a pool of workers which consist of employee from more than one plant. Somebody had made experience concerning this issue?
Furthermore we have to manage external workers as capacity. How can I build up this in SAP?

MM_SPTOCK - Problems when Material assigned to more than one Batch Id

Hi Experts,
We are using MM_SPSTOCK object for archiving Batch Records. While executing this Archiving object ,Suppose we have a case where there exists a material assigned to more than one batch .Lets Say B1 and B2 for Material M1. If we are interested to archive the Batch record M1 B1 then M1 B2 also getting archived even though the batch B2 is not specified in the selection criteria of MM_SPSTOCK .This leads to Data inconsistency.Is there anything that we need to do in order to save the second batch record getting archived.Please suggest.Let me know if you need any information

Problem with Assigning more than one value to GROUP dynamically

I have a problem with assigning more than one value to GROUP varible dynamically.
I am able to assign only one value dynamically through Initialization block
I have even tried with the ROW-WISE initialization blocks..
using this query..
SELECT 'GROUP', G.GROUP_NAME
FROM GROUP_MAP G
WHERE G.USER_NAME = ':USER'
if GROUP_1, GROUP_2 are two groups to be associated,
through this, i'm getting " GROUP_1;GROUP_2 " into GROUP variable ( seen from Narative view )
And the properties and securities of this Groups are not inherited.
Please let me know if there is any other way to Populate the GROUP variable dynamically with more than one value.

i finally got in this way..
i had created a function which takes USER_NAME as input and returns a string that contains the GROUP names with semicolon delimeted..
Though it is same as that of ROW-WISE initialization,
the properties of those groups are also being inherited..
Now, i can assign more than one groups and its properties to a user dynamically.

I have 5 view objects (Suppose A,B,C,D,E) and I have created view links between them like
A->B
A->C
A->D
A->E
Then I am shuttling views in Application module (In Data model Tab) to create A as master and rest as details.
But it is not creating as i want.
I add new instance of view object independently.
Please solve this

Update more than one criteria based group

Hi,
Due to some change in the primary fields. We have got a burden to change the criteria for multiple groups. Is there any way to change criteria of more than one group using "Filter" attribute or with some other approach at a time.

Depending on what the details of the changes are, you could write a powershell script which bulk updates the criteria in the groups (Using a CSV file for example, groupname as one column and the xpath filter for the criteria as the second column)

Can mrp run consider material availability for more then one plant?

My Case:
Material "A" is maintained for plant "X" and "Y" for example. When i execute mrp for material A i have to specify a plant. And the system creates planned orders just considering the quantity in that plant. But i want mrp to see the quantities of both plant.
I mean when i execute mrp the system must consider the quantities for both plant and create planned order or not.
Is there a way to fix it?

You can use Scope of Planning for this.
Total planning covers the planning of all the materials that are relevant for requirements planning and includes the BOM explosion for materials with a bill of material.
You can use total planning for a single plant or you can use the scope of planning to control whether the total planning run is executed on a multi-plant level
If you have activated MRP with MRP areas, you can also combine MRP areas in the scope of planning as an alternative to plants.
With the help of the scope of planning, you can control whether the total planning run is to be carried out:
1. For one plant (as previously without scope of planning)
2. For several plants
3. For an MRP area
4. For several MRP areas
You define the scope of planning for the total planning run in Customizing for MRP, in the IMG activity Scope of planning for total planning run .
You can carry out total planning for a scope of planning online or as a background job. The planning run must always be started with parallel processing.
You can use the scope of planning for total planning in Material Requirements Planning, Master Production Scheduling and Long-Term Planning.

You can create a new class and define all of the Attributes at the time the class is created - this is the preferred way of creating classes. Use the addAttributeDefinition() method on ClassObjectDefinition. If you need to add attributes to existing classes, you can only add them one at a time (using the addAttribute() method on ClassObject).
