I mean to say that the code will have to be given in the my login form to validate that the user & password entered in my login-in form is the Windows user & password, if it is correct, it will allow to go to the next screen but if it is not correct, it will not allow to go to the next screen.

Windows Phone and Windows 8 Mail App not sending email from Reply/Forward

I have recently upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1. After a successful upgrade I configured the Windows 8 Mail app to also sync with Exchange (2010 in house server). On my Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia 800) I have the same account configured.
This resulted in the problem that the Mail App and the phone do not want to send any emails that have been created by reply or forward.
The phone gives the following error:
"We weren't able to send this message, so we've put it in your Drafts folder. Before you try sending it again, you can check to see if the address is correct and that no attachments are too large."
The Mail App give the following error:
"There's a problem with sending messages from [email protected] at the moment. Check with your provider for more info."
If I create a new email there is no problem.
I have searched all over the internet for a solution to this problem, but could not find somebody with exactly the same problem.

I have exactly the same problem, but unfortunately no solution either... I'll be watching this thread, or post a solution if I find one...

Lightroom mobile for Windows Tablets and Windows Phones?

are there any plans to bring Lightroom mobile for Windows Phones and Windows Tablets? Why don't use the Universal App Concept which Microsoft has reavealed recently.

Not so far, only for Apple, although there has been a statement about it being available for Android devices at some point in the future.
The http://lightroom.adobe.com website should work for displaying your LR-synched collections in a web-browser.

Communication between Windows 7 and Windows 8(and above) using Sockets(TCP and UDP)

I need to use TCP and UDP using Sockets to communicate between two(or more) applications installed in Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Is it possible.? I tried within a LAN, but in vain. If needed I would post the appropriate code.
Note: I only tried running exe(s) in these machines and not with installation.

It is not clear what develop language you are using, here are examples which uses the C# based on .NET. It created the communition between two machines by using sockets with TCP protocol, a server and a client:
Synchronous example:
Client and
Server.
Asynchronous example:
Client and
Server.
Multi-client per one server - socket programming in .net(C#)

Known issue: BackgroundTransfer sample fails with 0x80070002 error when using Windows Phone Emulator (Windows 10 Insider Preview SDK and tools, April 2015 release)

When running the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) BackgroundTansfer sample (C# or C++) in a phone emulator (i.e., Debug Target is Emulator 10.0.1.0) the sample builds and deploys successfully, but clicking any button in "Scenario 1 File Download",
"Scenario 3 Completion Notifications" or "Scenario 4 Completion Groups" will result in the following exception:

I am getting the same error even with the references recommended here. This is my code

I can read it back as long as I don't stop the app/emulator. When I run the emulator again the file is gone. I tried loading the app to my Windows Phone and the same thing still happens.

Icloud sync only works between mac pro and windows outlook, not with iphone and ipad anymore

Can anyone help me with my problem?
I do have icloud installed on my MacBookPro, on my Windows Outlook computer, on my iPad 2 and on the iPhone 4S.
Now until yesterday everything synchronized perfectly well.
Then I created some groups on my MacBookPro address book and since then (I believe that was when it started) icloud no longer synchs from and to the ipad and the iphone. It still works between the Mac and Windows Outlook.
On the iPad/iPhone I have tried everything but it still won't do. I have even reset the whole iPad and obviously lost all data and tried again. I all sometimes get is a few contacts back into the address book on the ipad. But only a limited number, not all.
Also, to delete the icloud account on the ipad/iphone is sometimes not possible. It just hangs and I can see the message "Deleting..." for ever.
Anyone an idea?

One more comment. Wired connection seem to be stable neither. I have ping running to the Windows computer and after a couple of minutes, it gets broken.
However if I have both WiFi and cable connection to the home router and disconnect from cable (after ping is broken), I get the network to the Windows comptuer back. Nothing serious on the network change, I just get 192.168.1.x instead of 192.168.1.y as IP).
During this network switch I do nothing with the Windows computer.
This is not valid if I want to connect to the Windows computer via Microsoft sharing (smb://192.168.1.x), then it immediately breaks the connection. Can't get it back until Windows is restarted.

Flash Player is not supported on Windows Phone. At this time, there are no plans to support Windows Phone. I am not aware of alternatives on Windows Phone OS for viewing Flash content.

Difference between Windows 7 and Windows XP EXE downloads

Is there a difference between the Windows 7 and Windows XP Adobe Reader 10.0.1 downloads? I was thinking of packaging the exe I downloaded for XP and deploy to Win 7 too so I don't need to keep 2 copies of EXE's.

do you mean CC or CC 2014? I also work on Windows 8.1 and it seems to me that CC 2014 runs much slower than CC. I checked on Adobe`s website and the technical requirements for CC 2014 are the same like for CC, but it seems like the new version needs more CPU and faster hard drives.

I am thinking of buying a iPad but my main desktop machine uses Windows 7 and MS Office. How easy or difficult is it to transfer data files between the iPad and Windows? Are there obvious problems or the need for some form of conversion programs?

You don't need conversion programs, iTunes can copy most of your content over to the iPad via the file sharing section, and some apps also support Dropbox, email attachments, transfer via your wifi network. There are a number of apps that you can get that support Microsoft office file (microsoft don't make an app versions of their software) e.g. from Apple there are Pages (word support), Numbers (excel) and Keynote (powerpoint), and from third-parties there are apps such as Documents To Go and QuickOffice HD

Sharing files between mac os and windows on same computer???

I am going to get a new Intel based mac. Is there a way to share files between the mac and the windows os?
Example: I would like to share my iTunes music library from mac os so it is also available in Windows iTunes.
Is there a way to do this without having to mirror the entire library within Windows?

It also depends on how you want Windows to be working on your PC - do you want to have a dual boot system (i.e. you choose whether you want to use OS X or Windows when you turn the computer on) or do you want to use a 'virtualization' program like Parallels (i.e. Windows loads up as a window on your OS X desktop).
Depending on how you want to do things will affect the ease of integration between OS X and Windows. Via the virtualization route, what you want to do can be done in a couple of clicks - you go into network neighbourhood (in Windows) and set up a Network shortcut to the files you want. You can do the same trick via OS X using the 'Network' functionality in Finder.
