Maximum number of accounts allowed in Mail?

Here’s a unique one for you: Is there a maximum number of email accounts you can set Mail up to receive? I’m involved in three businesses, which means that between my personal accounts and professional ones, there are 25-30 different email accounts that need continued access to.
Can’t find anything in the documentation about this. Odd, I know.
Also, will the addition of more accounts slow or hinder the functionality of Mail (other than obviously increasing the time required to check that many servers)?
Thanks in advance.

There is no limit that I am aware of. How many of them, if any, are IMAP? If there are a lot of IMAP accounts, then depending on certain settings, there might be some increase in time to check. Of course you should never check more often than every 5 mins, and and perhaps with this many account only every 10 minutes.
However, I have 10 accounts of mixed type, and no issue.

  • Set maximum number of responses allowed for a form

Would it be possible to set a maximum number of responses allowed for each form? Say, if more than 1000 responses are received, the form will be closed automatically and no more new submission can be made.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
FormsCentral doesn't support this functionality. Currently 50, 500, 5000 limits are set for free, basic and plus accounts, you cannot set a different limit for individual forms.

    Dear Members and Support,
Please help me out. I wanted to buy Nokia C2-01 but i wanted to know what is the maximum number of notes allowed. Is it restricted to 15 (or something more) or unlimited notes are allowed.

I didn't know there is limit on notes. As per my knowledge the limit is there only in basic phones and in these its based on the amount of phone memory available

  • Hi, i have a second hand iphone 4s and i made a AppleID and everything was ok, but when I turn on the icloud, i write the appleID and the password but then appears a error message saying: "This iPhone has been activated the maximum number of accounts"

Help me how can i put/activate my icloud account

If you are getting that message you will not be able to create a new iCloud account on your phone because the maximum number of accounts has alread been created.  Your only options are to either re-use one of the accounts previously created or create a new account using a different iOS device or Mac, if you have one.

  • Maximum number of photos allowed in an i photo6 slide show???

What is the maximum number of photos allowed in an i photo 6 slide show???
In a previous version, it was 99, I believe. I can't find the answer in any documentation.
    g-5   Mac OS X (10.4.8)

    photo princess:
There never was a limit to the number of slides in an iPhoto slideshow. That 99 limit was for slideshow created in iDVD from imported stills. iDVD can not have more than 99 slides in any one slideshow that's created entirely in iDVD but at 99 the chapter number of the next slide (each slide is considered a chapter) reverts back to 1. It's a DVD standard issue, not an iDVD thing.
    Do you Twango?
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.

2)Maximum length of record group query?a meaningful query in record group up to unlimited extent will be accepted

The other argument is that Oracle has to be able to automatically create any partition required and it can only create 1024k - 1. So if you create yours with sysdate how could it create all of the others? Not sure I follow. What is the purpose of counting potential partitions? Partition part# iin sys.tabpart$ is not assigned based on potential partition position. If I issue a DDL to create new partition regardless of interval/non-interval partitioning Oracle has to check how many partitions table has so far or po and raise same/similar exception if partition I am asking to create is over the limit. And, in any case, knowing we can create all potential partitions at table create time doesn't mean I will not try to insert data outside the range. So there is absolutely no guarantee Oracle can automatically create any partition requested. Again, I don't understand why creating non-interval partitioned table with a single initial partition has partition count of 1:
    SQL> DROP TABLE tbl1 PURGE
      2  /
    Table dropped.
    SQL> CREATE TABLE tbl1(

      3    WHERE table_name = 'TBL1'
      4  /
    PARTITION_COUNT
                  1
SQL>And interval partitioned table with same single initial partition has partition count of 1048575:
    SQL> CREATE TABLE tbl1(
      2                    id number(6),
      3                    dt date
      4                   )
      5    PARTITION BY RANGE(dt)

I tried to sign in iCloud's but it is written that "maximum number of accounts has been activated on this mobile". How to correct it?? It is not working

Q: I tried to create an iCloud account,  but I received this message: “Cannot sign in. The maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone.” What does this mean?
A: Apple limits users to 3 iCloud accounts meaning you can only create three iCloud accounts on an iOS device. You are seeing this error because you are trying to create the fourth iCloud account on your iOS device (iPad, iPod or iPhone). Unfortunately it seems that all (3) iCloud accounts have been created and you can’t create a new iCloud account on this device. Restoring or resetting your device will NOT change this. Your options are to either re-use one of the accounts that you previously created, or create a new iCloud account on a different iOS device or Mac.

  • Maximum number of accounts

Have been using macs for twenty years but this one is driving me nuts.
I have NEVER ever accessed iCloud on ANY device, though I probably tried in the past.
Anyway, the other day I wanted to give it a try and I systematically get the message "you have reached the maximum number of accounts". So I can't login to iCloud.
What I find pretty stupid is:
    - I am currently using ONE account that I wanted to use on ONE device
    - I can't create another account
    - I can't even manage my account to unactivate, for instance, the iPhone I'm not using anymore.
So what the heck is this maximum number and how can we reset that?? This is nonsense!!
    Thanks
    Olivier

    Thanks.
    But I'm still lost.
I'm pretty sure I didn't create three accounts on any device (as I said, I never ACCESSED iCloud before) and even if I did accidentaly, I don't remember which accounts they were.
Ok, let's say I will start from scratch :
    - if I try to create a new id I get the message "this computer cannot create any more free account"
So... I kind of understand there is a limit of a mix of devices and computers. But is there NO way to at least know what account is linked to what machine? I mean, let's say I DID create these accounts... how can I get a hand on them again??
    Thanks

All you can do is create an account to use on another iOS device of Mac running OS X 10.7.2 or higher, if you have one.  If you don't, perhaps a friend with one would do this for you.  Or, as a long shot, you could try going to the genius bar at a nearby Apple store to see if they would allow you to do this on one of their devices.
