Mic in for Skpe connection not working

Hi all! I have just bought a Sennheiser PC111 headset so I can Skype. I'm using the line for the mic and have this configured on Skype and my system prefs. I can't get an input level at all, but I have ot. There are no drivers for this as it just works...
G5 Leopard 10.5.8 btw
Any clues anyone?

I receive compliments all the time using my Presonus TUBEPre pre-amp. I settled on the Heil PR-40 microphone ... but you don't need to spend that much for excellent results.
I also grabbed a Tung-Sol 12AX7 tube off of eBay to compare with the stock tube. It may be a little "warmer" - but the stock tube was just fine.

The mic on my iPhone4 has just quit also. Similar symptoms to yours in that people I'm talking to hear only static or my voice very faintly. The voice/memo recorder also only really records static.
It happened suddenly and seemed to get better after a day or two but then went completely after another day.
I'm returning it to Vodafone New Zealand shortly but will have to wait 5-10 days for a replacement. There are NO Apple accredited means to speed this procedure up in NZ.
We don't even have a single physical Apple Store where you could walk in and talk to a Genius.

X-Fi Titanium PCI Express front pannel connection not working

<font face="verdana,geneva" size="3">I can not get any signal to or from the front pannel connector of my X-Fi Titanium PCI Express. (The rear jacks are working fine.)
<font face="verdana,geneva" size="3">The front header cable from my Antec P-80B worked perfectly with my onboard motherboard sound. Now that I have it connected to my X-Fi I get nothing from the jacks on the front of my case. (The onboard sound is disabled in my BIOS.)? I've double and tripple checked the connection and it is properly keyed and fitted. Is there a step or a setting that I'm missing somewhere to get this working? Can anyone confirm that the front pannel connection is acti've on the X-Fi Titanium PCI Express?

I have a coolermaster case, and it has the AC97 jack on the inside with all my other other front panel connectors for hard dri've activity light, reset, and power on. Three inches down from the AC97 jack, the INTEL HD *which works beautifully with the X-FI, only differs by three wires in different locations and the two pinouts configurations match those of the INTEL site identically.
Please tell me what happens as I would like to post a step by step guide for the others here in the forum. You will know when you have successfully adapted the connector because in VISTA and Windows 7, your sound applet in control panel will have a display of the connectors "lit up" when they are successfully connected. Mine shows FP microphone in the applet when its plugged in, and grayed out when its not. Its great for telling if I am connected on the rear of the soundcard of the front.

F4 help for 0MAT_SALES is not working in BI 7

The F4 help for 0MAT_SALES is not working when distibution channel is selected as (!=02) in Bex Analyzer. But for all other values for distibution channel i am getting values in F4 help.
Since 02 is excluded it is supposed to give values for all other combination. but it not so.
Could anyone of you please help me on this?

Firefox will not appear in the Market for most phones with incompatible hardware. You can check if your phone is supported here:

Reflow in Adobe Reader for Android does not work

The reflow option in my Adobe reader for Android does not work. The PDF book I am trying to read is too wide to be legible when I fit it into the screen (even in landscape), but the reflow button doesn't change that. When I click it, nothing happens. The only thing I know to do is to uninstall and re-install, but that did not work. Any other tips or ideas?

It does not appear as though the PDF I am trying to read would have an element in it that would block it from reflow, but that is always possible. It’s a textbook, and I understand that toward the end of the book there are some charts and diagrams, but I haven’t gotten to those chapters yet. So far, I’ve just been trying to use the Adobe Reader to read the introduction and first chapter and nothing I have done has made it reflow.
I’m enclosing a copy of the entire book. Perhaps you can uncover something in it that I didn’t see.

when I click on a package body - I get "loading ..." below it but it never puts the

Noticed that the SQL tab when you select an object works fine - displays the
DDL for the object
Do you think you'll have functionality so you can select many objects (shift left click) and
then create a DDL script for them? It looks like you can do this for all objects in a schema but
the ability to select a subset of objects in a schema would be very useful for our DBA's.
Couldn't see any good reason for keeping using SQLNavigator

What is the product number?
Did anything change before this started happening?
Power the system on and press F10 about once a second to get into BIOS. Once you are in BIOS, go to the configuration tab (typically next to last tab) and set Action Keys to enabled. Save the changes, exit, and the system should reboot automatically. Test the brightness keys wihtout pressing the Fn key. I suspect they will not work in this state, but I want to rule out the possibilities while awaiting the product number.
