Midldle Earth: Shadow of Mordor - Pre-order Bonuses?

Hello!
I recently got off the phone with a Best Buy representative and wanted to confirm what was said is true. I was late on jumping on the order ship for Shadow of Mordor. I was planning on pre-ordering, but was waiting for confirmation on which is the "better" version (PS4 vs Xbox One, resolutiongate continues!). As a result, I didn't "pre-order" and ordered it today.
The phone representative said that any order before the 3rd of October still qualifies for the pre-order bonuses (despite the game coming out on September 30th). Is this true? I'd like to confirm that I'll be receiving the $10 rewards certificate and pre-order bonus code before picking up the game.
I'd confirm it myself, but it appears the My Reward Zone site has changed and you can no longer see pending points.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Like Kinsella5 mentioned, pre-order bonuses are typically only available to customers who reserve an eligible item prior to its release date and subsequently purchase it. I'm not personally aware of such an extension being offered, so I'd have to say the rep you spoke with was mistaken.

I am a gamers club unlocked member and pre ordered Shadow of Mordor. I picked it up on release day but have yet to receive my certs. What should I do?

Help with pre-order bonus Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2

I recently placed an online order for Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 but it was cancelled almost immediately from bestbuy.com itself for some reason. I'm really trying to lock in a pre order bonus with this game and I am unable to go the store personally today and pre order. I was hoping that the proof of placing an online pre order was enough to get the bonus if I go to the store tomorrow and buy the game regularly. Like I said I can't make it to store today, and really wouldn't want to drive all the way over there to pre order then come back the next day to pick it up if i could just make it one trip instead. Please respond quickly as I'm weighing in my options with gamestop and amazon at this moment if you guys won't allow this.

I purchased Shadow of Mordor and at the time it was still advertising the $10 rewards certificate for doing so. However I just looked at my Purchase History and it did not append the bonus 500 points ($10 reward credit) as it has done with similar purchases in the past. Please Help!

The $10 Reward Certificate you receive per our Get $10 promotion is in fact a pre-order bonus, as enuf has mentioned. Purchasing any eligible game after its release date will no longer yield the $10 Reward Certificate.

Dragon Age Inquisition Pre Order Bonus never emailed

I pre ordered Dragon Age Inquisition and never got an email with the Pre Order Bonus.
When I check the order status, it says ready to download and that it would be sent to my email.
I checked all my email folders and it's no where to be found.
I read the "Game Codes - Read Me First" thread and messaged the Gaming -BBY Inbox with my information but has not got a reply from them either.
I tried calling 1-888-Best-Buy and it will only give me my order status through automated system.
It seems like no one knows what went wrong and can't help. Can't Best Buy just re-send the email that supposedly has been sent or send another code?

500 Pre-Order Bonus Points Missing

I have several games I've pre-ordered and picked up this year but I can't seem to find the bonus points and I can't look back more than 90 days. The most recent is COD: MW but there have been others. I have GCU and have followed the rules. Can somebody look into this?

Destiny Vanguard Armory Pre order bonus

Bungie recently revealed that when you pre order Destiny you receive access to the vanguard armory. When I went to check the Destiny page at Best buy.com, there was no mention of it. Will people who will or have pre ordered Destiny receive this content.

This bonus is actually a national offer, which means all pre-ordered copies of the game will include the bonus with the game. Pre-Order Bonus - Same Title on Different Platform

If a qualifying title is preordered on two separate consoles, does the pre-order bonus apply to both since they are differnt skus or just once?
For example, if I preorder Wolfenstein on PS4 and Xbox One, will I receive $20 in bonus points or $40? Thanks in advance.

Good question! Pre-order bonuses are limited to one per account per gaming title. This means you would only be eligible to receive $20 in reward certificates regardless of the number of copies of Wolfenstein: The New Order you reserve -- even if those copies are on different consoles.

Kmart is now offering 20$ pre order bonuses on many upcoming releases, including Destiny, Watchdogs and several others. Plus with there offer you can get one for each system and collect the bonus for each of them. Is Best Buy going to start offering the same deals to compete with them? I will end up pre ordering were I get ther best bonus and deal.

So I want to Pre-Order Shing Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 2 and it does not confirm the bonus with the Soundtrack, Decal set and the collectable box. Other reatailers like Amaon and Gamestop does however. I was wonderong if I Pre-Order the game from here, will I get the bouns?

Nba kevin Durant pre order bonus

When there is a preorder bonus I usually get the code on the receipt when I purchase the item, and I did not receive the Kevin Durant's preorder bonus why is this?
