Hi,
while posting GR to a PO i am getting an error ' Purchase order XXXXXXXXX does not contain a confirmation control key'
it is true that i have not defined any confirmation control key in PO, Aknowled rerd checkbox is also not ticked
Still why this message coming, what setting would be bringing this message

Hi,
Until the installation of Note 589422 (with SP SAPKH46C43) you could due to a program error - create a delivery even though the purchase order did not contain any confirmation control key.
This is now prevented through error message M7394. The transfer of this check (Confirmation control key existing in the purchase order, see Note 589422) was necessary as otherwise you could post a purchase order as desired. (Refer to also Note 616944 -> SAPKH46C44)
589422 Several inbound deliveries can be created with MIGO :
"Implement the program correction.
With Transaction SE91 create message M7394 with the message text:
Purchase order & & does not contain a confirmation control key".
After you implemented this correction, when you want to create an
inbound delivery with Transaction MB01 or MIGO or with
BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE and if the purchase order does not contain a
confirmation control key the system displays error message M7394
"Purchase order & & does not contain a confirmation control key".

I f the confirmation control key is maintained in PUR.info record is automatically will fetch into PO though you have not selected manually in PO. The CC maintained in vendor master or PIR can copy into PO. In your case please see whether inbound delivery is needed to perform GR? CC implies many types of confirmations like order acknowledgement, advanced shipping notification or confirmation of delivery dates. Please see specifically to the error. Try to know the type confirmation system needs to post GR. Thanking you.

Error of PO - "Purchase Order Does not exists"

Dear Experts,
Here i am facing one error of Purchase Order Creation and its further processing.
I have created purchase order and saved it, system issued message that, Purchase Order XYZ is created. (I have taken trial for 2-3 Purchase orders).
When, i am posting Goods Receipt for the PO, system is issuing the error message, Purchase Order does not exists.
Also in ME2M (PO list display) and Me23N (Display PO),
system is issuing the same message - Purchase Order Does not exists, but in PO Creation it is generating Purchase order normally.
Here is no matter of release strategy, because, PO release is not configured.

there can be hundred of different reason for a failure. Most common reason is a problem with the number ranges, e.g. system tries to create a record with a number that is already there.
This can happen if the number range was reset (or transported from a developement system).
But transaction SM13 gives you all the details.
There you see a line for each posting failure. Double click this line again to get more details.
There you will certainly find a line in red that indicates in which function the failure ocured.
Double click this red line to get more info. Use the buttons above to see the content of the posting. For some failures you can create a dump that gives you much more details.
Best you sit together with an ABAPer who can certainly tell you more how to read a dump and how to find the reason.

If you know the number is correct and you get the same error from both t-code I would believe the message
if the number may be incorrect search for the correct number with me2n, many options to refreence for P.O. search with me2n

Mysite Error - The site does not contain a default keywords termstore

I know this error has to do with the Managed Metadata Service. I recently had to delete my User Profile Service and Search Service, and then recreate new ones. Do I need to connect them to the existing Managed Metadata Service somehow?
I get this error when trying to change certain user profile columns in Mysites.

Go to the list of shared services in Central admin, highlight the Managed Metadata Service Proxy and select the properties button from the Ribbon. You'll see four checkboxes. Make sure the one labeled 'This service application is the default
storage location for Keywords' is checked. Depending on the order of installation of services or if the Managed Metadata service is deleted and recreated this sometimes doesn't happen.

Uploading AIR for IOS thru Application Loader I get the following error - The package does not contain an Info.plist.

I'm publishing an .fla in AIR for IOS.
I'm in CC 2014 so first I need to know which AIR should I publish in?
newest is AIR 14.0.0.178 for IOS
IOS deployment type is App Store
publishes with no error.
I see the following files included .swf and app.xml
I convert the .ipa to a zip file
Upload that thru the Application Loader I get the following error
The package does not contain an Info.plist.
Where is the infoplist for this and do I convert the .ipa and the info to a zip file?
I converted the .ipa to a .zip and the intoplist file is NOT THERE how do I generate this?
Any help here?

Ok this is becoming very very frustrating as I have been at this for hours now. So the only way to explain this is to write what I did step by step as I have to be doing something wrong, just to recap:
I was publishing from Flash CC 2014 using AIR 14.0 and getting Digital Certificate is not valid message.
Was instructed to download new AIR 17 , I did this installed into Flash and used to publish.
I used my previous p12, app ID and distribution certificates all generated properly.
The file worked ONCE but I got an app ID error ( I understood I used the wrong app ID)
I changed it to the right app ID and the very next time and after 10 attempts I got the same error Digital Certificate is not valid
SO I then downloaded AIR 16.0
RE DID ALL MY CERTIFICATES AND P12'S
went to publish and I STILL GET THE SAME MESSAGE Digital Certificate is not valid

InfoObject does not contain alpha confirming values

Hi ,
I am trying to load data into the object called ZAML_CODE, the type is CHAR and Length is 3.
The characteristic is enabled with ALPHA - Conversion exit.
we are loading data to this object since 3 years successfully.
But now only it is saying that InfoObject ZAML_CODE does not contain alpha confirming values.
Especially we are getting error for numeric values like 1, 2,3 etc only.
Previously numeric values were also loaded successfully.
Now the source system is ECC6.0, previously it was 4.6C. This is the only difference.
Please respond with your suggesions.

Hello,
Just check if there is space in the front of these numeric values or some garbage value...if there is... then it may not be able to pad it up with zero and hence the issue...check in R/3 about how these values are stored...you can remove the space from the front and change it in PSA...and then load but first do the analysis of the source system and see why its coming up wrong.

Try creating a new Flex project and dragging the files from
the zip into the
src folder. You may find that you need to rearrange things a
bit, depending
on how they set up the project, but this should get you
started.

Getting the "The site does not contain a default keywords termstore" error in mysites (SharePoint 2010). The "This service application is
the default storage location for Keywords." box is already checked. Which from my Googling, is normally the fix.
Any ideas on what else i can try?

According to your post, my understanding is that you get an error in SharePoint 2010 My site.
Do you have more than one managed metadata service applications set as the default for the same web application?
If you have more than one managed metadata service applications, you can try to uncheck the “This service application is the default storage location for keywords” option for other managed metadata service applications.
If you have only one managed metadata service applications, you can try to delete this managed metadata service application and create a new one to test if it works.

During our execution of report we are getting the below error:
Set 0102PCBT1IPROVDIV in set 0002$ZA13#######ROW0236 does not contain any entries
Message no. GR657
Diagnosis
You cannot use empty sets to define reports. The single-dimension set contains a basic set that does not contain any values.
Procedure
Use a set that contains at least one value, or enter values for the set defined.
This has been discussed in a similar Thread in May 2010 by puri & Praveen Jagdeesan,
However I am unable to trace the set & how to delete the blank values.
0002$ZA13#######ROW0236 or ROW0236 in the system.
Set 1IPROVDIV is exisitng in system.
Also when we go to KAH3 - Cost element hierarchy & see in the where used list we are not able to see the set being used in the report whereas the system from where we have exported the report we can see that this set is being used in the report.
Please could you help in resolving the same.

The cardinalities 0..n and 1..n correspond to the declaration of an internal table. The cardinality 1..1 corresponds to the declaration of a structure.

Details you have provided for account assignment in item detail is not faulty or not sufficient.
If you are charging PO to a cost center, check for cost center and GL account.
If you are charging PO to network....check for GL account, network and activity.

BOXIR2 SP4 Error - Specified directory does not contain an installation

Upgrading from BOXIR2 SP3 to SP4. Cannot get past the 4th screen (where it asks for installation directory). I do have an existing installation but the install does not see it.
