Hi - I recently purchased a new iMac. I have a registered cs5 design premium package which is an upgrade - I have no disc for cs4 but have the qualifying serial number for it. I have installed cs5 via download onto my iMac but it is not accepting the serial number. Can anybody help. Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

You should be able to. Just deactivate your copy of CS5 on your old computer. Open one of the applications and choose Help > Deactivate.

My problem is that my mac is falling apart and I don't know how long it's still working - can be hours or can be months. I'm not sure if my next computer is mac or PC, so I'd like to know if the same serial number can be used with both mac and PC? I have understod that I can delete the program from my old computer and then use the same serial number in my next computer (Is it working that way?). So if I now buy a lisence for mac, can I use the same lisence later with PC?

Lost serial number for Aperture 1.5.1
I have just bought a new MBP as my previous one crashed with a swollen battery. Here's my problem i have been using Aperture for a few years and have original disks for versions 1, 2(upgrade),3(upgrade) I cannot find the version 1 serial key anywhere although I have the original disks but I do have 2 & 3 upgrade keys. Can anyone advise how I can get another serial key for version 1.5.1? I do have a time machine which should have data from my old MBP is there anyway I can field the original serial number on my time machine?

Recovering original serial number for Lightroom 2.4
I'm am trying to recover from a harddrive failure and am reloading some of my software. I've been using Lightroom 3.6 which I got as an upgrade and I have the serial number for that upgrade. I saved the installation program on a separate drive. I've installed 3.6 on my new drive without difficulty; its the activation process that is giving me a problem. When I enter the serial number for my 3.6 is says that its an upgrade serial number and then asks for the original serial number. I started with Lightroom 2.4 and purchased upgrades to 3.6. How can I reacquire the original serial number? Who do I contact; where do I go?
