Missing storage from icloud??

Hello,
can anyone please explain the issue?
I have a 2.1 GB of iPhone backup on icloud and it hows me that my icloud drive is full...
I have even erased my icloud account and started from scratch but still missing around 2 GB...
I tried everything... I don't know why??? Apple holding 2 GB out from my iCloud account...
anyone can help???

What do you mean by "its not showing that i have more storage"?
The storage you but on iCloud should show on iCloud and not on your device.
There is no way to increase the amount of storage on an iPhone short of selling the old one and buying a new one with more storage.

I have bought one movie from iTunes - great! Tried to purchase another and hit with no enough storage. Bought extra storage from iCloud and still unable to buy movie due to limited storage - how do I store the movie to iCloud to view?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I have a new iPad, my iCloud account is set up and verified (I wouldn't be logged in and writing this otherwise), auto backups are turned on, but it's never completed a backup. If I manually select 'Backup Now' in iCloud Settings, it times out while estimating time remaining. Strangely, today my iCloud free storage space went from 5G to 4.9G then back to 5G. Annoyingly, I'm now getting reminders that I've never backed it up! The iCloud help I followed from the forum didn't cover this error message.

I purchased more icloud storage because mine ran out from photo capacity and it's not adding the extra storage. Should I repurchase or troubleshoot? Anyone know how to help?

Missing apps from iCloud restore, change AppStore country

Moved from Philippines to the UK earlier this year. Had an iPhone 5 in the Philippines and purchased apps through Philippines AppStore. Kept using this in the UK but eventually switched to a new AppStore account for the UK. Had to create a new account for this. Upgraded this past weekend to an iPhone 6 with UK provider Three mobile. I restored the new device from iCloud backup. All apps from the old phone have replicated and synched over except for the iwork apps. These were purchased when I was using the old device and through the Philippines AppStore. They are showing up with price tags in the store vs the download from cloud icon.
How can I get these apps to come through since I've already paid for them before. And how do I ensure I dont lose the documents I already have on the old device?
Not sure if relevant, but I now have garage band which I've never purchased before.
i've attempted the usual restart and reboots to try to correct the problem.

Apps are tied to the account they are purchased with, so a new account wouldn't show purchases from another account. You can change the country for an account however.
Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account
Note with the new iPhone you get Pages (GarageBand and others) for free.

So the question becomes, how to save your Pages documents. You will want to back them up to your computer via iTunes. Instructions here.

How to reconnect missing file from iCloud on PSE 12?

I placed all my photos in the iCloud and also copied them to a flash drive and removed them from the hard drive. Now Organizer asks to reconnect missing files. The drop down menu in Browse does not list the Cloud as an option. How do i reconnect from the Cloud?

I am using a MacBook Pro with Yosemite

You will need to keep the flash drive connected. PSE will contain links to it and the images.
Otherwise you would need to copy the files to a folder in Pictures on your internal drive or an external hard drive.

Did you created your NEW Apple ID or just change the alternate email? You have to create your own Apple ID based on your email.

Missing movies from iCloud

Certain movies I've purchased don't appear in iCloud. Are there some studios that don't allow it? The most recent is This means War... I downloaded it on my iPad but can only play on the apple tv, etc through AirPlay. I did check for it on a couple apple tvs and 2 iPhones, and reconnected to the store to refresh views and such. I'd like to know if there is a method to knowing this or if it is permanent. I'm missing several others, like the most recent in the Narnia series. ICloud is my primary backup for these movies and if it's incomplete I need to develop a different strategy.

Yes, the ability to re-download movies is currently a trial, it is taking place in the US only, and only a handful of movie studios have agreed to participate.

ITunes missing songs from iCloud

I received a new macbook air for christmas and connected it all with my existing appleid. However, I have clicked into iTunes and only 10% of my songs are on there - yet I know they are on the cloud as I have checked iPads and iPhones also connected to the apple id. Why are they missing? Do I need to do iTunes match and pay £21 ? I must be doing something wrong surely.
Any help appreciated

Did you copy your entire user folder from old computer to new computer?

I downloaded and paid for more storage from ICloud but cannot download movies...why??

Also can't download update because it says I don't have enough storage but I purchased 60MB!

You can purchase extra storage from iCloud. So shouldn't you be able to store stuff there as opposed to using your phones storage? How would I sry this up?

In theory, you should, but Apple doesn't let you at this moment. You can send this idea to Apple > http://www.apple.com/feedback
The iCloud storage idea is a bit confusing for users because it's not designed to store the files you want. Instead, you can save on it files created with apps that are compatible with iCloud, for example, iWork apps. In this case, you can store data on iCloud, but it doesn't let you to move other files like movies or photos
