  • FODC0002 [{bea-err}FODC0002a]: Error parsing input XML: Error at line:2 col

    I have an ODSI Physical Service that is based on a Java Function. The Java Function builds a SQL statement and uses JDBC to query for a ResultSet. One of the columns that is queried is a Clob. Sometimes, the data in this column causes an XMLBeans validation exception in ODSI: {err}XQ0027: Validation failed: error: decimal: Invalid decimal value: unexpected char '114'
    The issue is not consistently replicable with particular database record, the database records that present this issue at one point in time will be resolved after a restart of ODSI and replaced by another list of records that present the same error.
    As can be seen from the stack trace, it looks like the issue is happening after the database query has returned and while the process is assembling the SOAP response.

    Here is the java function:
         * Iterate through the search results and build out the XmlBean response
         * @param helper A helper class used to simplify common JDBC commands
         * @param doc The XmlBean document to populate
         * @param isCollectionsIncluded True if Collection info should be included in results, False otherwise
         * @param isFullDetailsIncluded True if Result data should be included in results, False otherwise
         * @throws Exception

    Hello Ali Salehi,
    Thank you for posting in the TechNet forum.
    Have you made any changes before this issue?
    As this issue is related to VMware, to receive better support, it is recommended to contact the VMware support.

  • Error Parsing Feed XML error and Item requested not available in US Store

    Here is my feed:
    http://www.fccetown.com/mp3/podcastfeed/podcast.xml
    It validates with no errors through the Feed Validator, however when I submit the podcast I
    receive the following error:
    Error parsing feed: Invalid XML : Error on line 86: The element type "link" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</link"
    I defined the link like this so I do  not understand:
    <link>http://www.fccetown.com</link>
    I also tested the feed by Subscribing to the podcast and when I click on the link to the podcast from our web page I get the following but the proper feed is displayed:
    Item Not Displayed
    The Item You Requested is not available in the US Store.
    I set the language tag like this so I do not understand:

    This is the link on our webpage to the podcast:

    I am confused by all of these errors.
    Please let me know how to proceed.
    Thanks,

    You give two feed URLs: in neither case is there a file present on the server. You say you changed the feed: did you place the 'itunes:new-feed-url' tag in the old feed to redirect iTunes? In any case since there is no file present in either case the Store would be unable to read the feed and your podcast appears to have been removed from the Store as a consequence.
    You will now need to start again from scratch: once you have a working feed you will have to submit it as an entirely new podcast. You will need to change the title slightly or you will be told it has already been submitted.
    Before submitting you should check that your feed works by subscribing to it manually in iTunes, from the File menu in v11 or the Advanced menu in earlier versions.

  • Error parsing a XML file

    Hi!
    I'm using the package org.apache.xerces
    when I run this code:
    DOMParser parser= new DOMParser();
    parser.parse(new InputSource(new FileInputStream("test.xml")));
    Document doc=parser.getDocument();
    Node node=(Node)doc;
    NodeList nodeList = node.getChildNodes();
    System.out.println("Inicio...");
    System.out.println(nodeList.item(0).getChildNodes().item(0).getNodeName());
    System.out.println(nodeList.item(0).getChildNodes().item(0).getChildNodes().item(0).getNodeValue());
    System.out.println(nodeList.item(0).getChildNodes().item(1).getNodeName());
    System.out.println(nodeList.item(0).getChildNodes().item(1).getChildNodes().item(0).getNodeValue());
    I get has expected:
    one
    tag one
    two
    tag two
    But if I put spaces or returns on de xml file I get error. Why I can't format the file. It only works when the text is all on the same line!!

    <parent>
    <one>Test1</one>
    <two>Teste2</two>

    Your parent element has 5 children. The first is a text element containing only a newline character. The second is a one element. The third is a text element containing only a newline character. The fourth is a two element. The fifth is a ... you get the picture now?

  • Jax-ws reading fault saop messges - error parsing the xml source

    i have a class for reading soap messages including fault:

    public boolean handleFault(SOAPMessageContext c) {
    try {
    SOAPMessage msg = c.getMessage();
    msg.writeTo(System.out);
    } catch (SOAPException ex) {
    but c.getMessage throws an javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException as you can see above.
    & # 28 is the char not understood properly by the parser (as ou can see above )
    this kind of fault soap message is a standard for the remote webservices i used and, i cant change it!
    the exception thrown don't write the soap message of response because the line msg.writeTo(output stream) is not executed
    so, how can i get the response without exception, how can formatting the message before exception can be thrown without change jax-ws library code??

  • "Error while parsing SOAP XML payload: no element found" received when invoking Web Service

    Running PB 12.1 Build 7000.  Using Easysoap.  Error ""Error while parsing SOAP XML payload: no element found" received when invoking Web Service".  This error does not appear to be coming from the application code.  Noticed that there were some erroneous characters showing up within the header portion of the XML ("&Quot;").  Not sure where these are coming from.  When I do a find within the PB code for ""&quot;" it gets located within two objects, whereas they both reference a "temp_xml_letter".  Not sure where or what temp_xml_letter resides???   The developer of this is no longer with us and my exposure to WSDL and Web Services is rather limited.  Need to get this resolved...please.
    This is the result of the search.  Notice the extraneous characters ("&quot;"):

    Maybe "extraneous" is an incorrect term.  Apparantly, based upon the writeup within Wiki, the parser I am using does not interpret the "&quot;"?  How do I find which parser is being utilized and how to control it?

The other 248 HTML character entities can be used as long as the XHTML DTD is accessible to the parser at the time the document is read. • Unable to display tree view; Error when parsing an XML document (Premature end of file.)

    Hi folks,
    I am using a cascaded mapping in my OM. I have a graphical mapping followed by the Java mapping. It is a flat file to IDOC mapping. Everything works fine in Dev but when I transport the same objects to QA, the Operation mapping though it doesn't fail in ESR testing tool, gives the following message and there is no output generated for the same payload which is successfully tested in DEV. Please advise on what could be the possible reasons.
    Unable to display tree view; Error when parsing an XML document (Premature end of file.)

    kalyan,
    There seems to be an invalid xml payload which causes this error in ESR not generating the tree view. Please find the similar error screenshot and rectify the payload.

  • SaxParser error  parsing xml encoded string

    I'm trying to parse an XML string with Java's SaxParser. The program

    The Sax Parser works fine on files.

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

  • Error parsing XML file

    Hi Everyone:
    When I wrote a java class to parse an XML file,
    I got this strange error:
    "Unconvertible UTF-8 character beginning with 0x97" (line number may be too low)."
    I am using the XMLReaderImpl provided by appache, here is how i wrap it
    String READER = "org.apache.crimson.parser.XMLReaderImpl"
    XMLReader reader = XMLReaderFactory.createXMLReader(READER)
    reader.parse(xmlFile);
    now I copied and paste my xmlfile from Word doc to notepad, and then rename it as an XML file, does this have anything to do with the error i am getting, please let me know,,
    Thanks,

    Okay...I am replying my own thread..this is odd...
    but i found the solution to it...
    if you are editing your xml in a notepad or other text editor, remember to change the encoding from ansi to utf when you save it. That is all you need to do.
    You don't actually need to specify the encoding scheme in your xml doc, it is utf by default...hope this helps, so someone else won't run into the same problem
    cheers, everybody

  • SQL*Loader problem - not efficient, parsing error for big xml files

    Hi Experts,
    First of all, I would like to store xml files in object relation way. Therefore I created a schema and a table for it (see above).
    I wants to propagate it (by using generated xml files), hence I created a control file for sql loader (see above).
    I have two problems for it.
    1, It takes a lot of time. It means I can upload a ~80MB file in 2 hours and a half.
    2, At bigger files, I got the following error messages (OCI-31011: XML parsing failed OCI-19202: Error occurred in XML processing LPX-00243: element attribute value must be enclosed in quotes). It is quite interesting because my xml file is generated and I could generated and uploaded the first and second half of the file.
    Can you help me to solve these problems?
    Thanks,
    Adam

  • OSB download 250 MG file results in error Error parsing XML: {err}FORG0005

    Hi,
    Using OSB 11.1.1.5. I have service to download files from Oracle ECM. Running into an issue where the file size is over 250 MB service is failing. Giving me an error
    OSB Replace action failed updating variable "body": Error parsing XML: {err}FORG0005: expected exactly one item, got 0 items
    I have service callout to get the binary content of the file and it's taking over 5 minutes and then this error. I also set Read Timeout and Connection Timeout to 20 seconds at the business service level
    but looks like it's not taking that timeout values and still waiting over 5 minutes before it dies. My JTA Timeout is set to 12 minutes. After service callout I have a log to write the output but it's not even getting there and throwing that error above
    How can I trap that kind of errors. How can I set timeout at service level i.e. if after 1 minute if the file is still downloading close the connection etc.
    I don't want to have some many open threads in the back ground as this service is being called in a loop to download files. Smaller files like 30 MG downloads fine but the larger ones are not.
    I have a error hndler at the root level but the error is not trapped there either. Looks like system errors are not getting trapped.
    So Just wondering if OSB is suitable to download that huge files.
    Thanks
