Monthly Invoice Ballooned-Incorrect

Please pass along to whom it may concern ASAP. This is not the amount agreed upon when I renewed at the end of April/May of this year.  The cost was approximately $55 or so, more than agreed upon.  I do NOT want to pay the amount on recent invoice.  I spoke to a couple Comcast people last night and was disappointed in the answers received.  I am going to cancel my entire Comcast account and move to competitor if this is not resolved within the next week.  I have been a loyal customer for 14+ years in my current household and want to support a local corporate company but paying this exorbitant amount is not what I signed up for. I'll await future contact and if not I will proceed with cancellation.

  • Strange behaviour of data field in Monthly Invoice.

    Dear all,
    I need to create new layout  for monthly invoice using Print Layout Designer. I need to add the closing date procedure code, so I create new data field refering to the Closing Date Procedure file. This first data field shows many files. But when I want to add another new data field, this second data field only shows the Administration and Closing Date Procedure file. I need to add field from other file, but it does not appear. 
    If I delete the second data field, I can find the file I need in the first data field (the one supposed to be fill with closing date procedure code).
    Is there any idea how to get other files in the second data field ?
    By the way, I am using SBO version 2004.2b for Japanese user, and  monthly invoice is an important function in Japan.

  • Monthly invoice ... again

    Hi all,
    I've subscribed to CC on 28 Dec 2012 and immediately got an invoice emailed to me, complete with everything my accountant (and the tax authorities) require. In January, no invoice. Support told me to donwload the receipt from the "My Account" area, which was not what is required - e.g., missing invoice numer. Now, the correct invoice for February was emailed to me; hence I only miss January's invoice. Does anybody have an idea of how I can get it (and make sure that emailing invoices works as reliably as charging my credit card).
    Furthermore, the downloadable receipt says that an official (paper) invoice will be sent to my postal address. But nothing so far.
    Long story short: I DO need a proper invoice every month and surely all company customers at least in Germany do as well.

    " define the default series of monthly invoice in document numbering first - 80061-6 ."
    I checked the Document Numbering-Setup , Of course, it defines it.
    And also checked the Series-Setup. It's OK , I think.

    Welcome to SAP Business One Forum.........
    Please try this. Go to Administration> System Initialization> Document Numbering.
    Open the AR Invoice Series and when you set any of the series default it asks for certain options.
    Are you aware about that Options?
    Please select right one and then try to add.
    Else select for all users and then try.....

  • Legal Entity on invoice is incorrect.

    Legal Entity on invoice is incorrect.  This started occuring after our 12.1.3 upgrade.
    We began receiving an error when trying to create draft invoices ("Invoice type not found for invoice organization").  So we ran IMP: Create Invoice Organization Transaction Types for the operating unit as indicated in Doc ID 1484742.1.  Since we have run that the legal entity has been incorrect on our invoices, but accounting is correct.  We do have many Legal Entities under the same Operating Unit and different organization on the project that is linked to the correct legal entity. 
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    When I go to My account - My orders - My orders history, the only entry I find is the one invoice of my subscription to creative cloud - no monthly invoice at all. Where can I find the monthly printable invoices?

    Bottom line is that, oddly for such an accountant-driven corporation, Adobe does not make this at all easy and, despite repeated requests from customers, no-one is sure why such a simple admin task is made so difficult. So we're stuck with workarounds for the time being.

    I really need new invoice or receipt from every monthly charge.  (like Google and every other monthly subscription based service gives me...)
    So, where, when and how i can get it? I need it for our company accounting.

    Hi,
    If you wish to print the monthly invoice, visit creative.adobe.com and then go to My Account:-
    Just above you can see the arrow for "view Transaction history" will show you all monthly records along with the transactions.
    Each trnsaction will allow you to print.
    I hope this should work.

    I have not received an invoice for a monthly fee of Creative Cloud.
    On my account I can not see the last transaction, even though the charge was taken from my credit card.
    Polish support center confirmed the payment, but they can not help me with getting the invoice.
    Is there any way to receive a monthly invoice?

  • Why am I not receiving monthly invoices????

    Why am I not receiving monthly invoices???? And why are they not appearing in my Adobe account even though Adobe are happily taking the monies out of our account every month!!

    I have the same problem. I contacted Adobe support a couple of times because of this. I always get the answer, that invoices are in my order history. But the history is completely empty. Even though my company bought a lot of products from Adobe.

  • Invoice Reduction - Incorrect Document Number Transferred

    I am attempting Total-Based Invoice Reduction on an IDoc that is held up in Invoice Overview.
    As far as I can tell, the document types are correct and the number ranges are correct.
    The RD and RS ranges are pointing to internally assigned numbers beginning with 51 and the RE and (invoice reduction) ZI document types for MR1M are pointing to number range 51 which is external. 
    What can I be missing to get the following error?
    Incorrect doc.no.: $ 2. Select document number between 5100000000 and 5199999999
    Message no. F5151
    Diagnosis
    The document number you specified, "&v1", is not in the appropriate number range. The number range is dependent on the document type.

    It seems that the Invoice Reduction Document Type did not have the correct numbering assignment - it was external when it should be internal.
    In my mind I was thinking the invoice reduction document would be a transfer from MM, but it is not.  It is an internally created financial document so it need an internal document assignment.
