More than 200 emails on iPad?

I'd like to keep all emails on my iPad instead of keeping them all on the POP server (that is, delete emails after downloading resp. after seven days).
Unfortunately, the Mail app has the limit "Show x Recent Messages" where x = 25, ..., 200. -- Not that much considering that the iPad has 32 GB.
How can one keep more than x emails in an iPad mailbox?
I'd like to use the iPad as the main mail app.

Check the bit rate for your songs. If 200 songs use up 7GB, they must be in a large bit rate format.
In iTunes, highlight a song and click on File/Get Info/Summary and check the Kind, Size and Bit Rate. Apple's figures for the number of songs on an iPod is based on a four minute song at 128Kbps.
I have a song in three different formats in my iTunes Library. Notice the difference is Size for the different formats. The song is 3 minutes 55 seconds long.
Kind is AAC audio file. Size is 7.5MB. Bit Rate is 256Kbps
Kind is Apple Losslesss audio file. Size is 20.8MB. Bit Rate is 738Kbps.
Kind is AAC audio file. Size is 3.8MB. Bit Rate is 128Kbps
Notice the enormous difference. I believe the iTunes Store now sells MP3s in 256KBps format, wheras they used to be in 128Kbps MP3 format. For a given Bit Rate, the MP3 format is about the same size as Apple's AAC format.
So you will need to check several songs, because there will be a variety, I'm sure.

If there are more than 200 messages in a mailbox, there is or should be a load more messages selection available at the bottom of the mailbox to load more messages that are available on the server.

Apple desktop mail sync with iPhone mail more than 200 emails

I want to have all my 8GB of email on both my iPhone and Apple desktop in sync.
Currently I have several tens of thousands of emails on my desktop Apple Mail but iPhone only holds 200.
My iPhone is 32GB has plenty of room. My desktop Apple mail folder is only 8GB.
The best solution so far is Easy-Email proceedures and use OneMail on the iPhone.
But Easy-Email requires several hours of somewhat complex set up and unfortunatly relies on Gmail to work.
How to sync all my email on iPhone and desktop Apple Mail as easily as syncing using iTunes?
I already know the answere, there is no solution.
Any guesses if/when that will ever be possible?

Your second paragraph is not relevant. No one would expect to download thousands of messages via cellular.
The intial download of my thousands of messages would be via the iTunes sync. Any new mail in or out would be downloaded the same as it is now.
Other persons starting new accounts wouldn't see anything except their mail boxes growing normally.
My email ISP is POP. I've had the account for 14 years. I don't want to change my email address so I'll live with the problem and keep investigating alternative ways to have all my email on my devices, not just in the cloud.
Though Apple's new cloud attitued does give me some hope that I'll be able to purchase extra GBs to keep all my Apple downloaded email devices in Sync and with the mail files accually on them even when not connected with the internet.
By the way I do receive 300-500 emails a week. Due to the 200 message limit I have to check my iPhone often which is a pain. I get only 2-3 spam emails a week.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

The 200 limit is for users generated through trasnc USERS_GEN.
If an organizational structure with a large number of dependent nodes is displayed in the overview area, access to the transaction can take a very long time.

Is there any way to have more than 200 messages in your inbox?

My iPhone 3gs only allows 200 messages in my inbox per email account. On the contrary, my girlfriends blackberry will hold 1500+ emails.
Does anyone know how to change the settings to allow more messages to be kept in the inbox or if the new iPhone 4 will allow more messages to be kept in the inbox?

What you see in regards to the Show Recent Messages settings is the only thing available.
If a mailbox has more than 200 messages and you want to view more than the 200 most recent messages in the mailbox, there is a load more messages selection at the bottom of the mailbox or below the 200th most recent message.
Don't know if iOS4 will have different options available for the show most recent messages setting for a mailbox. iOS4 for existing 3G and 3GS iPhone will be released on 6/21. iPhone 4 will have iOS4 pre-installed.

Hi,
Are you talking about the authorized list ? If Yes, you have to logon to your ePrint account (HP Connected) and add more email address(es) to the list. ONLY authorized email addresses can send successfully to your ePrint printer email address. You can use any email address on the list one any device given it can access to email account on the list.
For example, in my authorized list, I put my hotmail and yahoo emails addresses in there. I can access both accounts on my smarthone, iPad, desktop, laptop ... and I can use my hotmail or yahoo email address to send to my ePrint printer email address to print.

You didn't specify whether you are using the "official" Yahoo mail app, or some other email application like K-9. But either of those allow for the specification of multiple email accounts, and you don't even really need to sign in/out. Once you set up the accounts within the app, just select the email account that you want to view. It might be a little more problematic if you want to prevent each other from being able to see the other's email, however.

Cannot select more than one email address at a time from Contacts. Before I upgraded to Yosemite, I could view all mail addresses in "All Contacts" and select multiple or single email addresses by "command and tap" for mail. Now I have to open each card and select one address at a time. I don't want to create groups just want to select the addresses I need at the time.

i dont pay for hosting at all.. i just pay every two years to keep my domain name and with that i get free email forwarding and web forwarding... so i can create email addresses but need to forward them to somewhere else...
i forward them to one of the POP3 email addresses i was given by my ISP...
in entourage i set up two email accounts on the one identity so i can send email from the ISPs email or from my domain name email... now if someone sends me an email to my domain name email i get it twice... it only does this on my new mac though, it didnt do it on my old one...
