Most of my music is missing, I can not locate them on my computer.

This is unfortuante. The Itunes store won't allow me to repurchase these songs, and they are missing from my library.
I need help.

Check out the article below to assist you with trying to locate the songs on your computer. If the music was purchased through the iTunes Store, you can always download them again for free. If they were from CD’s then you may have to reimport them in again if you cannot locate them.

The pic sync is one way - computer to iPhone.
You should be storing all of your photos on your computer. Jut sync them to your iPhone.

I currently have an iPhone 5, 16gb. I Do Not want to Loose any photos or albums by deleting them from my phone and not backing them up correctly. My iCloud backup is only storing my "Photo Stream" and I can not locate them in iTunes after I sync/Back up.

(Even after endlessly reading through support and help topics as well as calling) My concern is about Not Losing any of my photos if I delete them from my phone. I have to delete a large portion of my camera roll as well as the Album Folders I have created. Although it would be great if there was a way to just keep my albums still. I have already backed them up to an external hard-drive, my computer and a geek stick. I'm not trying to be too paranoid about these photos, but, they are all of my 3 children. There are over 4000 pictures stored on my phone. Some photos go back as far as 2009. Can you offer any information about backing up my Camera Roll, not just "Photo Stream", and albums I've created On my phone? I read that it's good to back photos up on both iTunes as well as icloud. I even purchased extra icloud storage to back them all up. I do regularly back up/sync, my phone to my computers. However, I cannot even locate where they are stored on iTunes, let alone look at them. And as far as my iCloud backup, it only stores the new pictures from "Photo Stream". Please offer any advice you may have. I do not use up a lot of storage on my phone other than Photos and Contacts (it's a work phone). I would definitely be able to sleep better knowing my children can one day see these pictures of themselves. I appreciate your time. Thank you,

First of all, you should always save you photos on computer like any other digital camera.
Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.

Yes, that is correct. The organizer is just a database, so your photos are wherever you put them intially. Did you import from iphoto? In that case, organizer does make duplicates (to avoid writing into the iphoto library, which would be a Bad Thing to do). If you didn't specify a location, the copies that PSE uses will be inside subfolders in the Adobe folder in your Pictures folder.

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.

Similar problem here. My Ical refuses to edit or delete events. Viewing is possible, though sometimes the whole screen turns grey. Adding new events from mail is still possible. The task-pane completely disappeared. My local apple technic-centre messed about with disk utility for a bit and than told me to reinstall leopard. I could of course do that, but it seems to me that reinstalling Leopard just to fix iCal events is a bit invasive.
I tried also tried removing everything, installing a new copy of iCal from the leopard-cd, software updates, all to no avail.
At the moment I'm open to all suggestions that do not include a complete leopard reinstall.

You can download everything you purchased from the iTunes Store without having to pay again:

Here is the procedure for your reference, using iTunes 10.7. The procedure and screenshots for newer versions are contained in the above link.
This assumes what you purchased is still available in the Store.
Open iTunes and click on iTunes Store on the left
On the right you will see this
Sign in with your Apple ID, then click on "Purchased" (with the orange blob)
On the summary page that appears select the tab "Not on This Computer" on the right.
On the list that appears, select what you want and then click the "Download" button.

Winmail.data are not usable files. They just preserve RTF within the message.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
You cannot. However, you can solve this problem by setting the iPhone as a new device and upgrading iOS in Settings -> Software Update.
After upgrading iOS, open Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings. Finally, Setup Assistant will let you restore the backup.

-Connect your iPhone with your Computer
-Open iTunes
-If a notification for restoring from an older backup appers, do that
-If not, do right-click your iPhone (you fond your iPhone on the left side of the iTunes window) and choose "Restore from an older Backup " (I'm not sure if t's exactly named like this, because my iTunes is in German)
