Mouseover text

Please. Could somebody point me in right direction?
Web page has text in English and in Foreign languages.
If customer place mouse over word in English, this word and the corresponding word in Foreign language should change color. It is not difficult if it is short text and I use textbox for each word.

I will add parameter to
"do something;" and will change color.
But if text long  I cannot place few hundreds textboxes on the page.
How to achieve this if text is long?

My problem is that  corresponding word in Foreign language should change color
How can I do this?
It is easy with textbox or label or literal. How to with long text if not only word but also corresponding word on foreign language should change color.
Example:
I am Sam                Foreign-I   Foreign-am    Foreign-Sam
I am Sam               
Foreign-I   Foreign-am    Foreign-Sam
