Movement type 342 O is not listing in MB1b T.code, hw to make it active

Movement type 342 O is not listing in MB1b T.code, hw to make it active. i need to transfer post the materials to vendor.

Hi,
If it is not listed in the MB1B transaction then there is a very good reason and so just adding it is not going to work.
342 is the transfer from restricted to unrestricted and so is related to batches. The O you mention indicates stock with subcontractor. Do you actually mean 342 and not 542?
If you DO mean 342 then you should not try to do this via MB1B you have to use the correct process and do this via the batch functions.

  • When I try to save on some websites I will try to save a pdf or mp3 file. Down below it will list the file and in the 'save as type' box it will not list as save as '.pdf or .mp3' but instead always says 'all files' which will not save it in a way it can

Why won't the 'save as type' section list .pdf or MP3 to save a PDF or MP3 file but instead always says 'save as type' -- 'all files "."'. How can I get rid of the 'all files'.?

Sorry, I have no idea what you are doing; can you give us some details?

  • JDeveloper SCA/BPMN: Types from Business Catalog not listed

I'm designing a BPMN flow in JDeveloper 11g. I try to create an implementation from an interface in the business catalog. Unfortunately, the interface that is in the catalog is not selectable. Nor is any base type. The selection box is completely empty. Any help is much appreciated. The following screenshot shows the empty dialog: http://www.eltes.se/BusinessCatalogTypeDialogEmpty.png. Please note the interface in the business catalog of the BPN Project Navigator, which is the one I expected to be able to pick for the implementation.

    Dan,
No I did not use Reusable or Manual processes, I use processes (asyn) with a Message Start event, and yes, I see them nicely in the Composite's Exposed Services and the wsdl's in the project's SOA Content folder. But my 'concern' is why the Business Catalog (BC) is not populated with BPMN processes like it is with BPEL processes. In the "Services" module of the BC I see the submodule BPEL with my BPEL processes so I had expected a submodule BPMN with my BPMN processes. From a business perspective I certainly would also see my business processes in the BC, so for me it seems 'unbalanced'
(I ran against this issue when using correlation:
In the process receiving an 'in flight' message I defined a Message catch event step in where I defined in the box "Message Exchange" Type :"Define Interface". Then building the process that throws the message to the in-flight process instance I defined the Message Throw event step and in that step I had expected to be able to use the Message Exchange Type "Use Interface" but that was not possible because I could only select BPEL services.
I solved this by selecting "Process call" in stead of "Use Interface".)

  • Error in MIGO of Subcon PO in MTO scn, not triggering Movement type 543/E

    Dear Consultants,
I am trying to perform Goods receipt against a Subconctracting PO, in a MTO scenario. The components are linked to Sales Order (Special Stock - E). I have maintained '0' in the Individual / Coll requirements field in the MRP 4 view of the component.
So after creation of PO(Subcon), I am trying to perform MIGO - without issuing components to vendor as 541/E movement type for componenets is not allowed in standard.
While performing MIGO I am getting the error no stock available with vendor, the system is trying to trigger 543/O movement type whereas I am expecting 543/E to be triggered for the components.
I am also not able to perform 311/411 E movement type for the components as they are linked to WIP Batch.
Can anyone sujjest if there is a way by which the MIGO should trigger 543/E during MIGO.
    Thanks
    Arindam.

    Hi
i donr think the movement type 543 E will trigger as the subcontracting only supports 543 O in standard , you need to do customizing as follows
Also check in SPRO > Logistics - General > Tax on Goods Movements > India > Business Transactions > Subcontracting > Maintain Movement Type Groups > here for Movement Type Group "0002", Movement Type "543 E" should be maintained.
just check following link for the subcontracting with sales order ,

  • Goods Issue not possible with ref to Reservation using 201 mvt type when reservation created by 311 movement type

    HI MM Folks,
My requirement is reservation should be created with 311 movt type. When we do good issue with 201 movt type with reference to reservation
system is throwing an error "Goods movement not possible with mvmt type 311". Due to MRP run we should create a reservation using 311 movement type but not 201 mvt type, (If we create a reservation 201 movt type, during MRP run automatically reservation quantity also taking into consideration, to avoid this we will be creating reservation as 311 movt type). Is there any enhancement to available to reach the requirement. If it is possible give me guidelines.
your help will be highly appreciable.
    Regards
    Vinay

    Dear,
Movement type 311 is for doing transfer posting from storage location to storage location with single step. But Movement Type 201 is to have consumption entry with respect to cost center etc...
You are creating a reservation using 311 movement type and while posting the entry you are selecting the"Executable action in MIGO" is "A08-Transfer Posting" so system will always use the movement type used at the time of reservation only. Here you can not change.
And more over if you process entry with 201 movement type system creates accounting documents but with movement type 311 system will not create accounting documents.

    Pardhu

  • Movement Types in the Delivey Document

    Hi all,
I have some problems regarding the Movemnet types used in Outbound Delivery Documnet.
    1. Can use the Transfer posting function in the delivery documnet. Becasue i want to transfer the Goods at the Post Goods Issue level to another Storage location.
    How can i do this.
    2. Can i have list of Movemnt types which i can do in the delivey Document Level.
    Thanks
    Uwanthi

    Hi
Can use the Transfer posting function in the delivery document
    No not possible
First of all Transfer posting is an MM process and outbound delivery is an SD process
Transfer posting means shifting from one head to another
    That is Transfer the postings
Under one plant say plant no  1000 stock is shifted from one storage location A to another storage location B  is an example of this
In SD outbound delivery we normally have the PGI that is goods issue and logically that is entirely different from Transfer posting
i want to transfer the Goods at the Post Goods Issue level to another Storage location.
I am not able to understand the meaning of this
Can you elaborate little more  on what you want to do so that i can help you out
Can i have list of Movement types which i can do in the delivey Document Level.
Go to VOV6 and select any schedule line category and go to its details
Say CP and its details and in the Movement type field press F4
The list of options available are normally used in SD outbound delivery
That is the list of Movement types  used in  SD outbound delivery
It starts with 601 (I think so I dont have access to SAP right now )

  • Returns Process - movement type 161 and 122

When I do returns process with help of movement type 122 then it picks stock from "blocked stock". But when I do it from movement type 161, it does not pick it from blocked stock. I have checked transaction OMJJ and found no major difference in settings.
I want to pick the stock from blocked stock from returns process. Please let me know the setting?

    hi
    Steps are as follows
    1. Create return purchase order
The return purchase order is exactly the same as standard purchase order except the return flag. Go to transaction ME21N and enter orgnization info, material, vendor and tick the return flag.
    2. Review requirements
Reviewing stock requirements will help determine timing/urgency for allowing normal process to replenish returned items or whether a PO must be created immediately. Go to transaction MD04, the new created return PO is listed as an MRP element.
    3. Create delivery document for Return PO
This step is executed by warehouse clerk and generate delivery note, transfer order for return PO. Go to transaction VL10B and choose create delivery in background. The delivery doc will be created automatically.
    4. Picking Confirmation
If the storage location is managed by warehouse, an open transfer order is also created. You need to confirm transfer order before posting good issue. There are two methods to confirm transfer order. Go to transaction LT21 and choose Transfer Order -> Confirm -> Transfer Order. The other method is VL06. On the Delivery Monitor screen, select For Confirmation button. Choose confirm in the background.
    5. Post Goods Issue
Go to transaction VL02N, enter delivery number and press Enter key. On the next screen, choose Post Goods Issue button. After the good issue has been posted, the quantity of stock has been decreased. The return MRP element in step 2 is also removed in MD04.
    6. Manual Review of Pending Credits
Go transaction ME2L, enter plant, purchasing organization and choose RECHNUNG for Selection parameters. A list of open invoices including a list of items where the invoiced quantity is less than zero (Credit return) is reviewed.
    7. Create Credit Memo
Create a credit memo to vendor which relieves the liability to the vendor. Go to transaction MIRO and enter necessary information to create a credit memo. You can choose simualte button to check whether the error messages exist in the credit memo.
    regards

  • MOVEMENT TYPES - SD

    Friends
List  the Movement Types used in SD. Could anyone just explain the movement type with some examples.
    Will reward you.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    Further information
Below you will find a short description of the standard movement types. The reversal movement type is the movement type + 1 (reversal of 101 = 102).
101 Goods receipt for purchase order or order
If the purchase order or order has not been assigned to an account, a stock type (unrestricted-use stock, stock in quality inspection, blocked stock) can be entered during goods receipt.
If the purchase order or order has been assigned to an account, the goods receipt is not posted to the warehouse, but to consumption.
In the case of non-valuated materials, the goods receipt is posted to the warehouse, although the purchase order has not been assigned to an account.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    •     K Goods receipt for purchase order to consignment stock
    •     O Goods receipt for purchase order to stock of material provided to vendor
    •     E GR for purchase order or order to sales order stock
    •     Q GR for purchase order or order to project stock.
    Goods receipt for
subcontract order: at goods receipt, the consumption of the components is posted at the same time (see movement type 543)
    Goods receipt for
stock transport order: at goods receipt the transported quantity is posted in the receiving plant from stock in transit into unrestricted-use stock (stock in quality inspection or blocked stock).
103 Goods receipt for purchase order into GR blocked stock
You cannot receive goods into goods receipt blocked stock for stock transport orders.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    K, O, E, Q
105 Release from GR blocked stock for purchase order
Movement type 105 has the same effects as 101.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    K, O, E, Q
    121 Subsequent adjustment for subcontracting
This movement type cannot be entered manually.
With a subsequent adjustment for a subcontract order it is possible to correct the consumption of components. In this case, the material produced by the supplier is credited with the excess consumption / under-consumption. For this reason, if there is a subsequent adjustment, an item is generated for the produced material using movement movement type 121.
Movement type 121 does not have a reversal movement type.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    O, E, Q
122 Return delivery to supplier or to production
Using movement type 122, you can distinguish real return deliveries for a purchase order or order from cancellations (102).
In the standard version, you must enter a reason for the return delivery if you are using movement type 122. This enables you to carry out evaluations for return deliveries.
The effects of movement type 122 correspond to a cancellation of movement type 101.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    K, O, E, Q
    123 Reversal of return delivery
If you returned a goods receipt using movement type 122, you can reverse the return delivery using movement type 123. This movement type has the same effects as movement type 101.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    K, O, E, Q
124 Return delivery to vendor from GR blocked stock
Using movement type 124, you can return a goods receipt to GR blocked stock ( 103).
Movement type 124 has the same effects as movement type 104.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    K, O, E, Q
125 Return delivery from GR blocked stock - reversal
If you returned a goods receipt to GR blocked stock using movement type 124 , you can reverse the return delivery using movement type 125.
Movement type 125 has the same effects as movement type 103.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    K, O, E, Q
131 Goods receipt for run schedule header
This movement type cannot be entered manually. It is generated automatically at notification of goods receipt for a run schedule header.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    E, Q
141 Goods receipt for subsequent adjustment for active ingredient
This movement type cannot be entered manually. It is generated automatically upon subsequent adjustment for a proportion/product unit . Subsequent adjustment is necessary if the system finds that there has been excess consumption or under-consumption after a goods receipt posting.
    Possible special stock indicators:
    K, O, E, Q
    161 Return for purchase order
If a purchase order item is marked as a returns item, the returns to vendor are posted using movement type 161 when the goods receipt for purchase order ( 101) is posted.
Movement type 161 has the same effects as movement type 122.

  • Movement Type 101 K

    Hello,
I have a question regarding movement type 101 K. Currently we are trying to do vendor consignments and I have came across few documents stating to do a movement 101 K  when doing MIGO.  I do get an erro message stating that Movement type 101 k is not planned. My question is in the drop down list for movement types, am I suppose to see 101, 101 K for special stock indicator? I do see 201 K, 501 K and etc... But for 101 I do not see one for 101 K. Is this movement type setup by default? If not how can I setup movement 101 K? Please advise.
    Thank you

    Hi
do we have to create a purchase requisition(PR), then a consignment purchase order (PO), then do a MIGO with 101 K will that create any accounting document once receiving the material?
Yes as this is from an External source you have to create a Purchase order & then MIGO for the same.Creating PR is SPRO setting whether directly create PO or always with reference to PR.
MIGO must be done in order to get payment to vendor & exice etc.
Do we use movement type 411 K to transfer posting consignment to own? Will that create any accounting documents or will hit any G/L accounts?
In OMJJ check the entry in account grouping tab against the 411K.
    Check account assignment
Indicates that the account assignment is checked.
If this indicator is set, the system checks whether a G/L account or an account assignment has been specified on the item screen. If so, the system copies this data to the posting line.
If this indicator is not set, the system always uses the G/L accounts or account assignments determined automatically.
means G/L account is hit when you are transfer posting consignment to own.
